Speedy deletion nomination of File:Lil-tecca-2019.jpg

A tag has been placed on File:Lil-tecca-2019.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Copying images from the Internet

You cannot upload images you find on the internet unless they have been made available under a free license acceptable to Wikipedia. Most images you find on the Internet are copyrighted. Continued upload of such images is a copyright violation and will result in you being blocked from editing. You have arelady been blocked on Commons twice for copyright violations. I feel that I have been unblocked or a good while now. I've learned form past mistakes. I just want to edit (legit and true information) for the better of society's knwoledge.
