Welcome!

Hello, Maxximus777, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for helping us build a great free encyclopedia. We have five basic principles, but other than that, we advise that you be bold and edit. If you ever have any questions or need help, feel free to leave a message at the help desk, and other Wikipedia editors will be happy to assist you.

Thanks again and congratulations on becoming a Wikipedian!

P.S. New discussion threads for you will appear at the bottom of this page.

Judgeford

edit

Hello Maxximus777,

It seems to me that an article you worked on, Judgeford, may be copied from http://www.poriruacity.com/porirua_city_live_display.mv?client_u_id=20000301-500006&database=item. It's entirely possible that I made a mistake, but I wanted to let you know because Wikipedia is strict about copying from other sites.

It's important that you edit the article and rewrite it in your own words, unless you're absolutely certain nothing in it is copied. If you're not sure how to fix the problem or have any questions, there are people at the help desk who are happy to assist you.

Thank you for helping build a free encyclopedia! MadmanBot (talk) 05:19, 1 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

Ways to improve Judgeford

edit

Hi, I'm Kudpung. Maxximus777, thanks for creating Judgeford!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. This appears to be poorly written and needs taking to encyclopediac standards. Please check out some of our other articles about smallsettlements to see how you can improve it, otherwise it may be listed for deletion.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 06:13, 1 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Horokiwi

edit

The article Horokiwi has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Not notable tiny subdivision. No refs. No claim of notability.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Speedy deletion of "Boggie"

edit

A page you created, Boggie, has been tagged for deletion, as it meets one or more of the criteria for speedy deletion; specifically, it is about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how they are important or significant, and thus why they should be included in an encyclopedia. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and the guidelines for biographies in particular.

You are welcome to contribute content which complies with our content policies and any applicable inclusion guidelines. However, please do not simply re-create the page with the same content. You may also wish to read our introduction to editing and guide to writing your first article.

Thank you.  —Josh3580talk/hist 05:20, 25 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

Your draft article, Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Horokiwi

edit

Hello Maxximus777. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Horokiwi".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Horokiwi}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, click "Save page", and an administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. JMHamo (talk) 13:43, 1 June 2014 (UTC)Reply
