Triple, sv:Trippel, de:Dreifach

Hi!

MenoBot just iw-linked the article on the German book titled "Dreifach" (translated from the book "Triple" by Ken Follett) with the Swedish and English article versions (not concerning or mentioning this book). I'll undo the changes; I just drop this note here to make sure your bot doesn't accidentally restore them. Best, JoergenB (talk) 18:08, 7 October 2008 (UTC)

Thanks for the report. --Meno25 (talk) 11:24, 18 October 2008 (UTC)

Arabic translation

Hey mate, I was wondering whether you could translate "Do not speak English? Click here." into Arabic for me. I have my own welcome template that I use to welcome new users, and I'd like to have this phrase on them in the five official languages of the UN, as they are the Earth's predominant languages. So if you could, drop me a line with the translation, if you can't, no biggie either. Thanks! +Hexagon1 (t) 05:09, 9 October 2008 (UTC)

Hi. That would be "لا تتحدث الإنجليزية؟ اضغط هنا." Note that Arabic is written from right to left (RTL language). Hope I have been helpful. See you. --Meno25 (talk) 00:42, 10 October 2008 (UTC)
Thanks! Shokran! +Hexagon1 (t) 00:46, 10 October 2008 (UTC)

Disagreement with Menobot

Hi! Menobot is linking the Spanish article es:Doma to the English and German articles with the same four letters: en:Doma and de:Doma. In Spanish, 'doma' means 'animal training' (or, in German, 'de:Dressur'), particularly related with horses, and also circus shows with animals, etc. In English and German 'Doma' stands for several toponyms. I have reverted it, but Menobot (working jointly with Synthebot) is reverting my reversion! Please, help me to stop this edit war. Thank you. Vivero (talk) 21:41, 16 October 2008 (UTC)

Thank you for the report. Should be OK now. --Meno25 (talk) 11:27, 18 October 2008 (UTC)

Can Menobot do this?

HI, I've just changed Love Is to Love is (album) because of disambig issues. However, there are lot of pages on Special:WhatLinksHere/Love_Is. Is it possible for your bot to go through a list of articles, find those containing [:Love Is]] and change that wiklink to Love Is (album)? thanks and best regards, Jim Butler (t) 11:56, 28 November 2008 (UTC)

help!

Hello, I don't know who I should speak to about this important matter. The Golan article has been taking over by Israelis and they have removed everything mentioning an occupation and changed it to "disputed" They have also removed the "the neutrality of this article is disputed" that was on top of the article while it is written in a completely pro-Israeli way. Please do something about this! —Preceding unsigned comment added by SwedishArab (talkcontribs) 19:53, 1 January 2009 (UTC)

Little context in WebCopier

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on WebCopier, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because WebCopier is very short providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting WebCopier, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself.
