editWe are going to have the full protection for Lee Kuan Yew, Lee Hsien Loong, S.R. Nathan, Halimah Yacob and Tony Tan which they are the Singapore Politicans to protected from vandalism.
They will be using in Full Protection instead of Semi Protection to prevent from Vandalized which causes their politicans from upsetting when they edit anything on them.

Your edit on Kawasaki Heavy Industries & CSR Sifang T251 and Kawasaki Heavy Industries & CSR Sifang C151B
editHi, I spotted that you change the article, on T251. But however you know that this one shows about T251. As you did it was TS251 and there is not such contract and C951 does not cover on T251 page. the revenue service for C151B does not served yet. That means you did not put in any reliable source — Preceding unsigned comment added by 119.74.47.12 (talk) 10:51, 22 October 2015 (UTC)

Replaceable fair use File:Front view C830c circle line.jpg
editThanks for uploading File:Front view C830c circle line.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the file description page and add the text
{{di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}}
below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing<your reason>
with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable. - On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Steel1943 (talk) 03:29, 11 November 2015 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free image File:Front view C830c circle line.jpg
editThanks for uploading File:Front view C830c circle line.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 18:31, 13 November 2015 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. MRT Station Edits
editI refer to you numerous edits on MRT Station pages. It is overly excessive and should only reflect the current service and not future ones. Several recent edits
editHello. I noticed several different issues with some of your recent edits --
- Most important, your edits to WSAG were an improper copy-and-paste move. If you believe an existing article should have a different title, never try to fix this by creating a new article and pasting the old text into it. This breaks the edit history, which is essential for authorship attribution. Instead, Wikipedia has a "Move" function that allows changing a title while keeping the edit history intact. If you aren't able to move an article yourself, there is a process for requesting help at WP:RM.
- You should not replace a disambiguation page with a redirect to one of the topics, unless you are sure that the topic meets the criteria for being a primary topic. When in doubt, start a discussion with other users instead of making the change unilaterally.
- Please don't add extra links to line items on disambiguation pages. The manual of style for disambiguation pages specifies that there should be only one (blue) link to an existing article per line.
- [edit] WSAG (Radio Station) should have been WSAG (radio station), as per WP:AT#Article title format.
Thanks. --R'n'B (call me Russ) 22:02, 17 April 2016 (UTC)
Uploading files
editHey. Glad to see another Singaporean here. I just want to tell you that next time when you upload files, it is best to upload on Commons as Commons is a global multimedia database. editWelcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, articles should not be moved, as you did to Kawasaki Heavy Industries & CRRC Sifang C151C, without good reason. They need to have a name that is both accurate and intuitive. Wikipedia has some guidelines in place to help with this. Generally, a page should only be moved to a new title if the current name doesn't follow these guidelines. Also, if a page move is being discussed, consensus needs to be reached before anybody moves the page. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Your draft article, Draft:Template: East West MRT Line navbox

Providing wrong information to Wikipedia pages
editHi Dayton12345, I have noticed user 175.144.197.17 has been giving a lot of wrong information to wikipedia pages and end up I have to erase and put in the correct information. May I know are u able to stop the user from editing wrong information. For example the jurong east MRT station should have East West Jurong Region and North South the user removes East West and replace it with Cross Island. I hope u get it and so could u please help me by stopping him for furture edits? This is very irritating and annoying if the user continue to do that. Thanks! Best Regards, 202.166.73.171 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 202.166.73.171 (talk) 08:12, 3 June 2018 (UTC)
- Yes. I will try my best to stop him and correct his mistakes. However, I do not have a lot of time to sink into looking after the wikipedia pages. But what we can do is fill up a blocking form to get him off wikipedia, however that's not a foolproof method. I feel the best way is to give them warnings. Thanks! Regards-- Dayton (talk) 11:12, 26 July 2018 (UTC+8)

editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Bixby (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

editTEL contracts
editHello. Here's a thanks for your contributions for the TEL contracts for the various stations. Hope if you can dig up some for the Downtown line stations as well? By the way, how did you obtain information and sources pretty fast, or was it already prepared beforehand?--ZKang123 (talk) 02:03, 7 March 2020 (UTC)
- Downtown line stations will be harder due to contracts being released before 2013. The LTA website does not have public data before 2013. The info I got from LTA, the various contractors' websites and other news and secondary source websites. I have a certain template which I just plug and replace info. Some tweaks are required sometimes. DayT 10:25, 17 March 2020 (UTC)

- Thanks! Quite busy so gonna take a while. DayT 10:23, 17 March 2020 (UTC)
- Suggest you keep catching up by following LTA on instagram. And yeah I also realised that the newsroom is pretty limited. I was wondering is there an archive somewhere to refer. Maybe we have to email LTA about the past contracts, if they are willing to provide details.--ZKang123 (talk) 13:42, 17 March 2020 (UTC)
- Also a note; you can just provide the actual source instead of going directly to the web archive first; then on the revision page history you can go 'fix dead links' and add the archive-url automatically (also remember to tick the 'Add archives to all non-dead references'). Also you can save them to the web archive first of course.--ZKang123 (talk) 07:34, 23 April 2020 (UTC)
Problem with your custom signature
editYou have a custom signature set in your account preferences. A change to Wikipedia's software has made your current custom signature incompatible with the software.
The problem: Your preferences are set to interpret your custom signature as wikitext. However, your current custom signature does not contain any wikitext.
The solutions: You can reset your signature to the default, or you can fix your signature.
- Solution 1: Reset your signature to the default:
- Find the signature section in the first tab of Special:Preferences.
- Uncheck the box (☑︎→☐) that says "Treat the above as wiki markup."
- Remove anything in the Signature: text box. (It might already be empty.)
- Click the blue "Save" button at the bottom of the page. (The red "Restore all default settings" button will reset all of your preference settings, not just the signature.)
- Solution 2: Fix your custom signature:
- Find the signature section in the first tab of Special:Preferences.
- Uncheck the box (☑︎→☐) that says "Treat the above as wiki markup."
- Click the blue "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
More information about custom signatures is available at Wikipedia:Signatures#Customizing how everyone sees your signature. If you have followed these instructions and still want help, please leave a message at Wikipedia talk:Signatures. 19:04, 3 September 2020 (UTC)
