Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited History of Odisha, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Kalinga (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 08:41, 4 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. This is just a note to let you know that I've moved the draft that you were working on to Draft:Vishwanath Dev Gajapati, from its old location at User:Mihirbhoj/sandbox. This has been done because the Draft namespace is the preferred location for Articles for Creation submissions. Please feel free to continue to work on it there. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to ask me on my talk page. Thank you. -Liancetalk/contribs 17:59, 11 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I noticed that in this edit to Kingdom of Jeypore, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Materialscientist (talk) 10:12, 17 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

Unsourced material

edit

In this edit you again re-inserted unsourced material that had been challenged. That breaches the expected standards of behaviour for editors of an article that is subject to WP:discretionary sanctions. I am giving you an opportunity to self-revert before I take steps to seek sanctions against you. Please take this warning seriously. --RexxS (talk) 23:52, 19 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Personal attacks
The following discussion has been closed. Please do not modify it.

Take this case to other administrators. Who do you think you are ? You taking it as a personal grudge. I am not going to change because every other Wikipedia page has it. And it’s no where written that you can’t even use one or two sources of British Raj. If the entire article was based on it then it would make sense. Send me your email or phone number and let’s talk it out. I’ll make you understand in a couple of minutes. I know how to explain things to people when they act like you are doing for the past few days.

We know some People do fake Black lives matter protests to SHOW OFF. Everyone knows how fake some people are. They do Systematic racism, target one page that they don’t know anything about and misuse their admin role and just edit and scribble only on this one wiki page.

Atleast be a man and reply to this Or send me your phone number or email, let’s talk it out. Airavan (talk) 00:04, 20 June 2020 (UTC) Airavan (talk) 00:04, 20 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Go kiddo, read that book by the Odisha Govt and you will find all kings mentioned in the table. And don’t come back with your little head until you have finished reading it. Don’t know how some **** become admins, I’m better than you. LOL.Airavan (talk) 00:18, 20 June 2020 (UTC) Airavan (talk) 00:18, 20 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Why did you do this? And leave that edit summary? Surely you can see that the paragraph is trivial information? You have also reinstated a bunch of stuff from the 1966 gazetteer, claiming it is in your hardback version, but when I removed it I linked to an open access Indian Government scan of that source, which neither shows the information you claim nor finds it using the search facility across the entire volume. To be honest, I went looking for it because the quality of writing is extraordinarily competent for an Indian article on the English-language Wikipedia and I was concerned it might be a copyright violation. - Sitush (talk) 12:43, 20 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
