Speedy deletion nomination of Sanjana Sanghi
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Sanjana Sanghi requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), web content or organised event, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. CyberXReftalk 20:22, 21 December 2013 (UTC)
Tips
Don't create articles in your sandbox. Use something like User:Mr RD/draft1 (2, 3, 4 etc for further ones). You've got the move history of another article in Sanjana Sanghi because you can't clear it. You can blank it, but the history is still there when you start another thing. When you want to get rid of a user space draft, put {{db-u1}} at the top of it and save. An admin will see it and delete it properly. You can use u1 on your sandbox, but doing it my way means you can work on more than one thing at a time. By the way, you need much better than IMDb and Facebook as references. Those aren't considered to be reliable independent sources WP:RS because the information comes from the subject (or in the case of Adolf Hitler's IMDb page, from someone we don't know to be reliable...). Doing commercials isn't very notable, while Mandy is a fairly minor role. Most people in show biz start with minor roles (excepting Shirley Temple, Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson...). It really needs more prominent roles in a few films to pass our requirements. Peridon (talk) 21:01, 21 December 2013 (UTC)
- Hello Peridon, thanks for your invaluable suggestion, I shall keep it in mind for future. Also as in case of Sanjana Sangavi, though I could not find any reliable independent sources, I heard about her lead role in an upcoming movie. But not much about it is public till now. So I guess we should wait for some time. Also, I thought the reference of her fb page would work fine as per WP:SELFSOURCE. Thanks Mr RD (talk) 06:40, 22 December 2013 (UTC)
- It only really works for things like a list of winners on the award's site, or a list of subsidiaries on a company site. It's for things that there is no reason for the site to put up false or misleading information about. It can't establish notability - it's just a fact check. And remember Clause 5: so long as "the article is not based primarily on such sources". Peridon (talk) 14:42, 22 December 2013 (UTC)
- Thanks for doubt clearing. Shall keep it in mind. Regards Mr RD (talk) 14:45, 22 December 2013 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Kathryn Eisman
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Kathryn Eisman, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

Conflict of interest
Hello, Mr RD. We welcome your contributions to Wikipedia, but if you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest or close connection to the subject.
All editors are required to comply with Wikipedia's neutral point of view content policy. People who are very close to a subject often have a distorted view of it, which may cause them to inadvertently edit in ways that make the article either too flattering or too disparaging. People with a close connection to a subject are not absolutely prohibited from editing about that subject, but they need to be especially careful about ensuring their edits are verified by reliable sources and writing with as little bias as possible.
If you are very close to a subject, here are some ways you can reduce the risk of problems:
- Avoid or exercise great caution when editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with.
- Be cautious about deletion discussions. Everyone is welcome to provide information about independent sources in deletion discussions, but avoid advocating for deletion of articles about your competitors.
- Avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).
- Exercise great caution so that you do not accidentally breach Wikipedia's content policies.
Please familiarize yourself with relevant content policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.
For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. Thank you. —Unforgettableid (talk) 22:31, 25 December 2013 (UTC)

The article Baer & Bosch Auctioneers has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- No evidence of notability - the references are purely promotional and seem mostly to originate from press releases. This appears to be a small auction house that once sold one moderately valuable item. BTW the article was written by a prolific spammer.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. andy (talk) 11:06, 26 December 2013 (UTC)

Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Phuket Province. While objective prose about beliefs, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Thank you. andy (talk) 10:59, 26 December 2013 (UTC)
- Hello Andy, thanks for suggestion. I thought addition of information about the biggest source of income for the province would be a good addition for wikipedia in a similar manner as Phuket Province#Attractions proves to be useful. Although I agree with you on the point of promotional content but sometimes its becomes difficult to analyse the content created by yourself in such cases related to tourism. Hope you understand and try to edit the content from a neutral point of view rather than blatantly deleting it. Mr RD (talk) 13:28, 27 December 2013 (UTC)
The article BioScale Inc. has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- This low-quality article is a POV press release originally written by known spammer[1] Mr RD. The cited Boston Globe article is a stub and fails SIGCOV. Citing the low-circulation Boston Business Journal is probably not helpful: see WP:AUD. The cited Harvard Business Review article might pass WP:AUD, but I think we still need more WP:42-compliant sources. I suspect we probably need two or three more such sources, and this page makes me suspect they don't exist. If you find such sources, please point us to them on the talk page before contesting this deletion.

Article notice: Svea Josephy
Dear Mr RD
Thank you for the notice that you placed on the Svea Josephy page. A few days ago we moved this article from the WikiAfrica Incubator to the main Wikipedia space. This article was created by a member of the Public Culture course at UCT, a course offered by the African Studies Unit at UCT in collaboration with WikiAfrica in order to encourage students to learn about and contribute to Wikipedia. Part of their marks involved creating an article about a notable African-based artist or photographer. The member in question does attend UCT (as is indicated on their talk page), but UCT is a large university and this person does not have any dealings with Svea Josephy, and is not a student at Michaelis. Further to this, Svea Josephy is an experienced and well known South African artist, and is therefore of encyclopaedic value to South African and other readers. We will now work to ensure that citations are more diverse and gained from other sectors. Let me know if this allays your concerns. As far as my created pages are concerned, I have WP:COI in case of the Khon Kaen MICE City and related pages to it. But I only created the pages keeping in mind the content and abiding WP:NPOV. - If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive until the dispute is resolved through consensus. Continuing to edit disruptively may result in your being blocked from editing. Bbb23 (talk) 20:23, 22 February 2014 (UTC)
