Did You Know nomination
Hello Neelkamala!
Thanks for creating the article on M. S. Shinde. I have now added some more information to the article and nominated a hook from it to the DYK section. You can see and follow the nomination at Template:Did you know nominations/M. S. Shinde. I notice that you are quite new to Wikipedia and hence must not have been aware or this DYK thing. In case you were aware and were planning to nominated soon, i am sorry to seize this chance. Hope you don't mind.
In case of any doubt, about this nomination or my edits to the article or anything else, feel free to contact me. §§Dharmadhyaksha§§ {T/C} 09:07, 1 October 2012 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Sakuji Tanaka, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Japanese (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

User:Jenovettoor is spamming wikis with links to http://runlinemovies.com/ website, in some places replacing reputed news websites with his blog, like he did here
All his changes can seen here, all those pages need corrections. Someone put an end to this madness--Neelkamala (talk) 07:17, 9 October 2012 (UTC)
- Hello and thanks for bringing this to my attention, I've reverted the links I could find from the users contribution and added a notice to the talk page. May I suggest you look into using a tool like Twinkle, that would help you to revert vandalism like this quickly and efficiently and will automatically add a warning to the user's talk-page? Once a user has received sufficient warning, they can be reported at WP:AIV where they will be blocked from further disruptive editing. Hope this helps. - Thanks for the help with the spammer and on your suggestion have started using twinkle :) --Neelkamala (talk) 04:43, 10 October 2012 (UTC)

The article Andhra Pragathi Grameena Bank has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Fails WP:ORGSIG
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. WingtipvorteX PTT ∅ 20:32, 12 October 2012 (UTC)
DYK for M. S. Shinde
On 21 October 2012, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article M. S. Shinde, which you created or substantially expanded. The fact was ... that for the 1975 Bollywood classic film Sholay, M. S. Shinde edited 300,000 feet (91,000 m) of reel down to 18,000 feet (5,500 m)? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/M. S. Shinde. You are welcome to check how many hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, quick check) and it will be added to DYKSTATS if it got over 5,000. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page. |

Hello, I'm Secret of success. I noticed that you made a comment on the page Talk:Bollywood that didn't seem very civil, so it has been removed. Wikipedia needs people like you and me to collaborate, so it’s one of our core principles to interact with one another in a polite and respectful manner. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Secret of success (talk) 13:57, 26 October 2012 (UTC)
- Huh? The SriLankan IP abuses Indians which you don't delete but my fair reply to him pointing out his own inadequacies gets deleted. Try to be fair and not one-sided. I suggest you either remove that provocative text or reinstate my reply to him, you cant censor my voice while allowing others to abuse me and my nation.--Neelkamala (talk) 14:03, 26 October 2012 (UTC)
- Please assume good faith, and plus, posting of the IP's tracer revealing his location is an unnecessary invasion to the user's privacy. Your interpretation of the IP's comment to extend to national discrimination would also edge close to a legal threat. Persistence of this behavior will get you blocked. Secret of success (talk) 14:27, 26 October 2012 (UTC)
- I suggest you first assume good faith and stop threatening me. You had no right to delete my reply and now you are repeating the mistake of siding with the Srilankan I.P. bigot who abused Indians and Bollywood. And now you are trying to bully me and diverting attention from the real topic. If an I.P. can behave in an uncivil manner and his post remains uncensored why did you dare to delete the retort, answer me rather taking recourse to subterfuge. --Neelkamala (talk) 14:37, 26 October 2012 (UTC)
- The IP's comment was not directed to any editor, it was towards content. Whereas yours was otherwise, that is a personal attack. So to put it simple, you were attacking him whereas he was not attacking anyone. All the problems I mentioned above and your failure to acknowledge them add up to your persistent bad faith accusations which all constitute behavior befitting to land you in trouble. For now I'll let this pass. But in case your behavior continues, you will be looked upon and eventually land up in the midst of trouble. Secret of success (talk) 16:59, 26 October 2012 (UTC)
- The IP editor is blatantly abusing Indians and Bollywood if you care to read his comment. He was attacking Indians as a race that makes him a bigot. Instead of dealing with the problem you take recourse to legalese and persist in threatening me for standing up to your blatant censorship and double standards. I suggest you stop your bullying. --Neelkamala (talk) 17:07, 26 October 2012 (UTC)

Please don't remove content unless it violates Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. His post was about the topic—Bollywood—and was not inappropriate to be removed. Wikipedia is not censored. Let me quote from it "Discussion of potentially objectionable content should not focus on its offensiveness but on whether it is appropriate to include in a given article. Beyond that, "being objectionable" is generally not sufficient grounds for removal or inclusion of content." Besides that, content from talk pages should be removed only in the following cases: (i) if it is libel, personal details, or violations of copyright, living persons or banning policies (ii)if it is a personal attack, trolling and vandalism. It was not under either of them. Please understand that Wikipedia operates under certain policies and guidelines. It would be better if we follow them, instead of trying to promote our bad faith comments and end up in trouble. Secret of success (talk) 06:22, 27 October 2012 (UTC)
- You seem to have extensive knowledge of WP guidelines but don't have the basic courtesy to be even handed and follow them continuing your support for that abusive bigot. Even the guidelines that you quote allow libellous comments to be removed but you restore to them and seem to take pride in your censorship. --Neelkamala (talk) 07:27, 27 October 2012 (UTC)
Please stop
If you don't know much about the Kashmiri Pandit's then don't remove what a Pandit knows. Kashmiri Pandits speak Hindustani. Many Bengali people speak fluent Hindustani but it is not their on their article, this the case of the KP's, Hindustani is belongs to another ethnic group. --VibhasKS (talk) 16:49, 26 October 2012 (UTC)
- You are deleting a language spoken by an ethnic group without assigning any reason other than claiming you belong to group. This is not how wikipedia works, stop making such unsourced and unverifiable edits. --Neelkamala (talk) 16:59, 26 October 2012 (UTC)
- The fact that Hindustani is unsourced is a reason in itself to remove it. Please stop your additions of these scripts, I had given you an example with the Bengali people, and anyway how must I find a source that says "Pandits don't speak Hindustani" that can't be found. So you are the one who is adding unrefrenced additions to topics that you know nothing of. --VibhasKS (talk) 17:03, 26 October 2012 (UTC)
- Look here my friend, I didn't add the Hindustani language section, It has been there since many years since the article was created. Now you are the one deleting that section and making changes to the wiki which are contrary to the opinion of many wikipedians who have contributed to that page. So the burden of proof to prove your claims rests on you. --Neelkamala (talk) 17:14, 26 October 2012 (UTC)
- Its been there for years but still unsourced, Let me try and give you another example: Most Dutch people speak English but it's still not noted as the language they speak. Same with Hindi-Urdu/Hindustani for the Kashmiri Pandit's. --VibhasKS (talk) 17:19, 26 October 2012 (UTC)
- Not done, you need to prove claims, such analogies wont work, you are even changing significant portions of the wiki by removing the "Hindu Brahmin community" and subsituting it with vague "indigenous community". What was the reason for such changes?
- I will be silenced when you prove your claim that the Kashmiri Pandits language is Hindustani, please provide a source --VibhasKS (talk) 18:19, 26 October 2012 (UTC)

Hi Neelkamala, I was adding Indian Ordnance Factories Health Service (IOFHS) to your template and accidently changed the format as a result of which, it was not displaying properly so I removed it. I am extremely sorry for ruining your hard work. Would you like to add it back again with IOFHS who are Group A doctors and some corrections in the spellings of Administration and Controllerates. Equipment supplied by OFB
Hi Neelkamal,
- The reference http://www.strategypage.com/htmw/htsf/20101201.aspx already states INSAS as the standard issue weapon of Garud. Also, the other equipment such as the body armor, mine clearing devices, and arms are all supplied by OFB. They are the sole manufacturers of arms and ammunition in the country. Some of the new arms are manufactured indigenously under license and has Indian names rather than their respective or NATO names. Also, the OFB's website hasn't been updated for 5+ years (particularly, the products secction) like any other GoI website. If you are happy with this explanation, you can add the information along with the references. Thanks. :) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 117.222.24.32 (talk) 08:46, 6 April 2013 (UTC)

Talk page template
Hey... Please don't waste your time adding the Template:Talkpage on so many talk pages. That templates is used only on talk pages with high frequency of edits. You see, it talks about talk page not being a forum, or a place to fight, etc. Its pointless to add it on pages where everything is smooth or likely to be smooth. Please invest your time elsewhere. §§Dharmadhyaksha§§ {T/C} 10:40, 12 April 2013 (UTC)

Edit on Maryam Nawaz
I noticed you undid an edit of mine: [1]. Note that the original edit simply removed a bunch of text with no rationale; I believe this was a permissible revert given that I notified that user of making a possible test edit. It could certainly be cited as unreferenced instead, though, but I do not think it can reasonably be characterized as a WP:NPOV edit. Please let me know if you do believe that I made this revert incorrectly. (I'm actually a bit new at reverting vandalism on a larger scale, and certainly have made a mistake before.) – 2001:db8:: (rfc | diff) 07:14, 27 May 2013 (UTC)
- I reverted you because it contained POV wordings such as her father's image in the country which was already totally destroyed, Sharif brother and their goons. The sentence conveys the personal feelings of the editor rather than bare facts and violates WP:NPOV guidelines particularly the "Prefer nonjudgmental language" part. --Neelkamala (talk) 07:27, 27 May 2013 (UTC)

Articles you might like to edit, from SuggestBot
We are currently running a study on the effects of adding additional information to SuggestBot's suggestions. Participation in the study is voluntary. Should you wish to not participate in the study, or have questions or concerns, you can find contact information on the SuggestBot study page.
IMPORTANT CHANGES: We have modified the selection of articles SuggestBot suggests and altered the design to incorporate more information about the articles, as described in this explanation.
Note: All columns in this table are sortable, allowing you to rearrange the table so the articles most interesting to you are shown at the top. All images have mouse-over popups with more information.
Changes to SuggestBot's suggestions
We have changed the number of suggested articles and which categories they are selected from. The number of stubs has been greatly reduced, the number of articles needing sources doubled, and two new categories added (orphans and unencyclopaedic articles). We have also modified the layout of the suggestions and added sortable columns with various types of information about each article. The first two columns are:
- Views/Day
- Daily average number of views an article's had over the past 14 days.
- Quality
- Predicted article quality on a 1- to 3-star scale. Placing your cursor over the stars should give you a pop-up describing the article's quality (Low/Medium/High), current assessment class, and predicted assessment class.
The method we use to predict article quality also allows us to assess whether an article might need specific types of work in order to improve its quality. The work needed might not correspond to cleanup tags added to the article, since our method is not based on those. We have added five columns reflecting this work assessment, where a red X indicates improvement is needed. Placing your cursor over an X should give you a pop-up with a short description of the work needed. The five columns seek to answer the following five questions:
- Content
- Is more content needed?
- Headings
- Does this article have an appropriate section structure?
- Images
- Is the number of illustrative images about right?
- Links
- Does this article link to enough other Wikipedia articles?
- Sources
- For its length, is there an appropriate number of citations to sources in this article?
SuggestBot picks articles in a number of ways based on other articles you've edited, including straight text similarity, following wikilinks, and matching your editing patterns against those of other Wikipedians. It tries to recommend only articles that other Wikipedians have marked as needing work. We appreciate that you have signed up to receive suggestions regularly, your contributions make Wikipedia better — thanks for helping!

your void message.
Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to blank the article (without any notice to the contributor) as you did at Kayalpattinam, you may be blocked from editing.
- It is too non sense to say that i added the MY personal analysis.I have never added anything except 3 lines. But we have standard methods in wikipedia to improve an article by putting citation needed tag and other relevant tags. This warning message is to me is totally void. If you are interested in building a good WP article, what you should have done is, you should have addedclean up, re write tag at the top, citation needed tags wherever applicable in the article and then leave a talk message to the contributor who added the message (Its not me) rather than adding such irresponsible messages to my page. Blanking the entire page (while we have options to add relevant tags) will not help build a good WP article. Next time, if i see such void warnings as distruptive for my Good faith edits, you will have to be reported to appropriate people.Wasif (talk) 15:01, 3 June 2013 (UTC)
