Possible Tephritidae

Hi Nosferatumyia, on Commons User:Pristurus suggested I ask you regarding these two images (1, 2). Pris thinks that these are Tephritidae, and I was wondering if you could narrow this down a bit. The location is in Indonesia. — Crisco 1492 (talk) 16:18, 6 June 2014 (UTC)

Possible Tephritidae?

Hello. I was directed to you about an Tephritidae (see Image on the right). I tried comparing with images I found on Tephritidae an thought that Euaresta aequalis could be the one. Could you help me out? Thank you! Amada44  ^{talk to me} 10:01, 11 November 2014 (UTC)

Sorry, I noted your msg only today. The fly could be Tephritis praecox, if from European Mediterranea, or belongs to the Tephritis corolla group, if from California or near. Nosferatumyia (talk) 17:15, 6 May 2023 (UTC)
