Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thanks for writing this article. Unfortunately it doesn't conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines for new articles. However, please do not be disheartened by what may happen to your first article, if indeed it is deleted. Please continue to edit Wikipedia and add articles which conform with the inclusion criteria. For more help, see Help:Contents and to find out what will probably be deleted, see Wikipedia:Criteria for speedy deletion. Thanks, and if you have any questions, please ask them on my user talk page. To do this, click on my name (just after this sentence) and click discussion at the top and then the (+) button at the top. Martinp23 12:19, 18 November 2006 (UTC)
- Hi - it appears that the article has been deleted by J Di (talk · contribs · blocks · protections · deletions · page moves · rights · RfA). It was originally marked as blatant advertising by Swpb (talk · contribs), I then decided it was not advertising, and listed it from proposed deletion, leaving the message above at the same time (out of courtesy). J Di (about 5 mins ago) deleted the page for being CSD A7 (unremarkable people. groups or things). To contest the deletion, it's best to contact J Di. Thanks Martinp23 13:51, 19 November 2006 (UTC)

Please do not post copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder, as you did to Centerless grinding. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites (http://www.efunda.com/processes/machining/grind_centerless.cfm in this case) or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.If you believe that the article is not a copyright violation, or if you have permission from the copyright holder to release the content freely under the GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL) then you should do one of the following:
- If you have permission from the author leave a message explaining the details on the article Talk page and send an email with the message to "permissions-en (at) wikimedia (dot) org". See Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for instructions.
- If a note on the original website states that re-use is permitted under the GFDL or released into the public domain leave a note at Talk:Centerless grinding with a link to where we can find that note;
- If you own the copyright to the material: send an e-mail from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en(at)wikimedia(dot)org or a postal message to the Wikimedia Foundation permitting re-use under the GFDL, and note that you have done so on the article Talk page. Alternatively, you may create a note on your web page releasing the work under the GFDL and then leave a note at Talk:Centerless grinding with a link to the details.
Otherwise, you are encouraged to rewrite this article in your own words to avoid any copyright infringement. After you do so, you should place a {{hangon}} tag on the article page and leave a note at Talk:Centerless grinding saying you have done so. An administrator will review the new content before taking action.
It is also important that all Wikipedia articles have an encyclopedic tone and follow Wikipedia article layout. For more information on Wikipedia's policies, see Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Your original contributions are welcome. Steve (Stephen) talk 09:34, 10 April 2007 (UTC)
centerless grinding
editI removed the tag fro the article,but it must have additional content, and references to published works, if it is to stay in Wikipedia. You have probably a day or two to do that. Standard textbooks are acceptable, but do not copy any source.DGG 09:16, 11 April 2007 (UTC)
Broken link at Grameen Bank
editThe link you provided along with Abul Barakat's comments while making this edit to the Grameen Bank article is incomplete (doesn't tell us where the link will lead us to) and when clicked on, it leads to a page that says "news not available". Can you take a look at the problem? The easiest solution would be remove the link altogether :). But, that would make the whole Barakat thingy unreferenced. Aditya Kabir 09:07, 7 July 2007 (UTC)

Articles for deletion nomination of Jabbin
editI have nominated Jabbin, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Jabbin. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.
Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. Joe Chill (talk) 03:59, 18 December 2009 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Medha.jpg
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on File:Medha.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. WikiProject India Tag & Assess 2012 Contest
editHello friends, we are a number of editors from WikiProject India have got together to assess the many thousands of articles under the stewardship of the project, and we'd love to have you, a fellow member, join us. These articles require assessment, that is, the addition of a WikiProject template to the talk page of an article, assessing it for quality and importance and adding a few extra parameters to it.
As of March 11, 2012, 07:00 UTC, WikiProject India has 95,998 articles under its stewardship. Of these 13,980 articles are completely unassessed (both for class and importance) and another 42,415 articles are unassessed for importance only. Accordingly, a Tag & Assess 2012 drive-cum-contest has begun from March 01, 2012 to last till May 31, 2012.
If you are new to assessment, you can learn the minimum about how to evaluate from Part One of the Assessment Guide. Part Two of the Guide will help you learn to employ the full functionality of the talk page template, should you choose to do so.
You can sign up on the Tag & Assess page. There are a number of awards to be given in recognition of your efforts. Come & join us to take part in this exciting new venture. You'll learn more about India in this way.
