Speedy deletion nomination of AbdulKabir Hussein Solihu
[edit source]
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on AbdulKabir Hussein Solihu, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. February 2025
[edit source]Hi, thanks for your message on my Talk page. You asked why you aren't being successful in publishing new articles. I can't see the deleted one, but looking at the draft for Olubukola Dada, as the response says, the problem is that you haven't given enough references to independent sources. You have three sources. One is her university profile, which is linked to her - you need something like newspaper articles or other people who are not connected with her but who have written about her. Then you have her Google Scholar profile. This is things she has written, so it is a primary source - you want secondary sources. The Edugist link may be ok; the text isn't readable when I access it and I haven't come across that site before.
I searched for other resources you might be able to use, and found these: Voice of Nigeria, HighProfile and Nigerian Tribune. Please use with care as I'm not sure any of these are reliable sources; honestly, based on what I have found I'm not sure she is notable. Your best path may be to look for reviews of her books in reliable sources.

Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions did not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. Mirrors
[edit source]
Thanks for contributing to the article Ansible. However, one of Wikipedia's core policies is that material must be verifiable and attributed to reliable sources. You have recently used citations which copied, or mirrored, material from Wikipedia. This leads to a circular reference and is not acceptable. Most mirrors are clearly labeled as such, but some are in violation of our license and do not provide the correct attribution. Please help by adding alternate sources to the article you edited! If you need any help or clarification, you can look at Help:Contents/Editing Wikipedia or ask at Wikipedia:New contributors' help page, or just ask me. Thank you.
