The Exceptions
editHi, just a courtesy notice - you PRODded The Exceptions this article, which I deleted. However I have now restored the article as an editor has stated they wish to improve. If you remain unconvinced about notability you may wish to consider an WP:AFD. GiantSnowman 09:12, 10 September 2014 (UTC)

Speedy deletion declined: Fusion music
editHello Aeternus. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Fusion music, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: G4 only applies when the previous deletion was due to a deletion discussion. Thank you. Jackmcbarn (talk) 00:31, 2 February 2015 (UTC)
- There was a deletion discussion. --Λeternus (talk) 08:47, 2 February 2015 (UTC)
- Sorry, I didn't notice the discussion you linked to. I just saw that the original deletion reason for that page was G8. It's gone now. Jackmcbarn (talk) 19:03, 2 February 2015 (UTC)
Assistance is needed on a Topic
editAlbania is mistakenly listed as an Axis force instead of an Ally. As a knowledgeable person can you intervene? -- I created a talk topic under https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Allies_of_World_War_II#Editors_Needed_On_Clarifying_the_Albanian_Case -- The facts are clearly there, but I cannot edit it and there need to be more people involved to convince a Editor which does not know the basics of WW2 in the Balkans. --
Editors Needed On Clarifying the Albanian Case[edit] Dear Editors, -- Please let me kindly invite you to investigate and clarify the status of Albania as an Allied force. Since there is an editor below who unilaterally refuse even considering the provided facts and historical sources, then I invite a quorum of other editors (preferable with knowledge on WW2 history and Balkans) to investigate the case. Best Regards LupinoJacky (talk) 14:44, 4 February 2015 (UTC) Albania was an Ally state, the book "Enciclopedia of World War II, Volume 1, Section "Treaties Ending the War", Page 824, ISBN-10: 0816060223, ISBN-13: 978-0816060221" acknowledges that Albania signed the peace treaties in the end of WW2 as an Allied country. Tal Wilkenfeld and Toto
editHello,
You have just reverted my reversion, so let's better discuss the thing and not start a silly edit war.
You point me, quite rightly, to Template:Infobox_musical_artist#associated_acts to support your decision to add Toto to Tal Wilkenfeld's list of associated acts. There we can read, as a criterion for inclussion:
- Other acts with which this act has collaborated on multiple occasions, or on an album, or toured with as a single collaboration act playing together
But we can also read as criterion to avoid:
- One-time collaboration for a single, or on a single song
I can read in the Toto XIV that Tal is indeed credited, but along four other bass players. And the source for those credits singles out David Hungate as the bassist. So it is quite unlikely that Tal's collaboration went further than playing on a single song, or maybe some scattered overdubs. I thing this falls under the criterion for avoidance, rather than the criterion for inclusion, don't you agree?--Gorpik (talk) 13:15, 10 February 2015 (UTC)
- Hi, and thanks for starting a discussion. According to the source, both Hungate and Wilkenfeld (among others) are listed as bassists on the record, so we cannot know precisely how much they have contributed. I say we wait until more detailed sources come out and see to make the correct assumptions. But for now I think Wilkenfeld is, technicaly at least, associated with Toto. --Λeternus (talk) 13:30, 10 February 2015 (UTC)
- According to C. J. Vanston, the record producer, on March 25th 2014: "Tal Wilkenfeld killed it today in my studio with Toto... Played on two songs, we had a blast, what a player. Great project." So it looks like she played in just one session for two songs. To me, though the current wording is unclear, the criterion collaborated on an album means collaborating on equal terms, such as Metallica and Lou Reed in the infamous Lulu, or at the very least playing in all songs, such as Tal herself did with Ryan Adams. That's why it is mentioned along with on multiple occasions or toured with as a single collaboration act playing together (and not played a concert together, for instance). Otherwise, the Associated acts list for session players would be endless. This collaboration is worthy for the main article body, but not for the infobox.--Gorpik (talk) 15:12, 10 February 2015 (UTC)
- I mostly agree with you, so I reverted my edit. --Λeternus (talk) 08:56, 11 February 2015 (UTC)

Articles for deletion/Igorrr
editHello Aeternus,
Thanks for your time and investment to make Wikipedia more clear. However, as far as I see, some pages need to be still open as they fill in the Wikipedia's rules and are very regularly visited. I think about the Igorrr page, the artist is noticeable enough to have an article on the site as many people seems to be concerned by his music. CF, the amount of interviews he has done, the large amount of reviews about his music, some of them, in noticeable magazines as "Les Inrockuptibles", "Trax", "Rock Hard" or "Rock A Rolla", the amount of concerts Igorrr has done by the years, some of them, again, in noticeable festivals like "Dour Festival", the International touring he has done these years (All Europe, Canada, Russia, Middle East, Armenia). To take some sources, here are some online articles about his music : https://www.facebook.com/notes/igorrr/online-press/10151220601778049 And some concerts he/they have done : http://www.igorrr.com/#tour We can notice also that Igorrr has worked with important bands as Morbid Angel, Mayhem, Tryo, Estradasphere, and has been programmed on the biggest French radios as "France Musique", "France Culture", "Le Mouv'" to speak only a few words about that. Sources : - "Les Inrockuptibles" : http://archive.wikiwix.com/cache/?url=http://boutique.lesinrocks.com/heavy-metal-hs-p239.htm&title=Les%20Inrocks - "Trax" : https://www.facebook.com/IgorrrBarrroque/photos/a.305585923048.143291.241913148048/10150095331148049/?type=1&permPage=1 - "Dour Festival" : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Rk1K5Mmnbg - Collaboration with Morbid Angel : http://shop.season-of-mist.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=Illud%20Divinum%20Insanus%20%E2%80%93%20The%20Remixes
Not to mention also that Igorrr is going to play with some of the most important Metal band like Slipknot at Forta Rock this year ( source : http://www.fortarock.nl/ ).
I think he became noticeable enough to leave his page open, and people like me needs such informative media about that kind of music. Same for his label Ad Noiseam, the label has done so much important work on this scene that we need its page to be visible and open to read any time.
Thank you again for your time and for understanding.

- Hi, notability is established when the subject is covered by reliable sources. This doesn't seem to be the case with Igorrr. If you find any reliable source that has him covered in detail, please take it to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Igorrr. Thanks. --Λeternus (talk) 12:26, 19 February 2015 (UTC)
Hello, if I can just add something. The notability for the artist has its own criteria, to be seen as a notable a musician should meets at least one of 12 points. Number 4, 5, 7 and 12 are evidently completed by this musician. Moreover the numerous articles in a popular music magazines are taking part of a reliable sources (Metal storm webzine, Side-Line magazine etc). All of his work was physically published in a form of digipack CD or vinyl.
As I know there are also few master thesis about his work, although I am not sure if this one can really count as a reliable source. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Bagienna (talk • contribs) 12:59, 19 February 2015 (UTC)
I believe my Article was notable enough this time
editHello. I believe my Article was notable enough this time however it is deleted without giving me any satisfactory explanation. The procedure i have followed: Make draft, join chat and spend 1 whole day to edit and compose excellent article based on suggestion and edits by experts at the chat, submit draft, draft accepted, draft reviewed and edited by WikiProject_Video_games editor and completely published. Then i ask chat again about isn’t this too much edit? then primefac opens speedy delete then it is deleted without giving me any explanation in matter of minutes. If you check the issue i appreciate ty very much : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MonsterMMORPG . And there were not any discussion it was deleted immediately. One more notice: I checked same genre games articles and majority of them have way more less authority references and even some have 0 references. Thank you very much for your help. Since you often contribute to the music topics, could you, please take a look at the Oleg Bezuglov article and express your opinion in discussion on whether it should be deleted or not. It was nominated on suspicion of not passing the WP:MUSICBIO criterion. The discussion is currently dead in the water, and I'm afraid it might be relisted again because of that. Thanks in advance! Removing templates
editPlease don't remove clean up templates like {{Primary source inline}} as you did at Daniel Freeman (psychologist) without fixing the problem. Those templates are there for a reason, and you don't fix the issue of a lack of secondary sources by adding more primary sources. If you're unsure of the requirement for independent secondary sources for all biomedical claims, please review WP:MEDRS. Thanks --RexxS (talk) 17:31, 2 November 2017 (UTC)
- Sorry about that, User:RexxS. I don't have much experience in dealing with medical articles and WP:MEDRS, so any help in improving the article along WP:MEDRS would be appreciated. Thanks. --Λeternus (talk) 08:25, 3 November 2017 (UTC)
- No need to apologise: adding relevant sources to an article is going to improve it 99% of the time, and I certainly don't want to discourage you from doing just that. It's just that a single study on 30 people is a primary source for its conclusions. Where those conclusions make claims about the ability of a procedure or drug to treat a condition, we have agreed not to use them for Wikipedia content. We prefer instead to wait for a secondary source like a literature review or meta-analysis of multiple primary sources, because it's one step removed from the original experiments and is more objective. In other words, if the primary study has accurate conclusions, it will be reproducible and will be reviewed by third-parties. That's the level of evidence we're looking for for medical content and why we need that template to remain at present. I hope that makes sense, and that it helps you. Cheers --RexxS (talk) 17:27, 3 November 2017 (UTC)

Future Beat Alliance
editHi - I think the sorting of "last name" first, such as "Alliance, Future Beat", would only apply if "Alliance" were actually a person's last name. Future Beat Alliance doesn't sound like that sort of name. ("Mr. Alliance said this is the most personal work he's ever recorded," for instance.) I'm going to switch the sorting back so the article is found under "F". If you know for a fact that the performer is referred to as "Alliance", as if it were a family name, then you can ignore me and sort back as you just did. --Ken Gallager (talk) 13:58, 19 December 2017 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Samir Gervalla
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Samir Gervalla, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
