Managing a conflict of interest
editHello, Princeisrael2728. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization, clients, or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{edit COI}} template);
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest § How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam § External link spamming);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. This is regarding Amaka Beatrice Ogba aka Amiexcel. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 15:15, 17 November 2023 (UTC)

Thanks for your contributions to Naomi Mac. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability and please, use the Article for Creation. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Reading Beans (talk) 16:50, 26 November 2023 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Victory Gbakara
editHello, Princeisrael2728,
Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username BuySomeApples, and I thank you for your contributions.
I wanted to let you know, however, that I have tagged Victory Gbakara for deletion, because it doesn't appear to contain any encyclopedic content. You may find our guide for writing quality articles to be extremely informative. Also, you may want to consider working on future articles in draft space first, where they cannot be deleted for lacking content.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top. If the page is already deleted by the time you come across this message and you wish to retrieve the deleted material, please contact the deleting administrator.
For any further query, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|BuySomeApples}}
. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~
. Thanks!

- @DoubleGrazing. Upon checking he met two requirements.. he has won a major award in Nigeria abd his collaboration top spotify easter chart. Princeisrael2728 (talk) 09:20, 12 January 2024 (UTC)
- Sorry, but 'major award' means something genuinely major; Galaxy Music Awards don't even have a Wikipedia article, so it would be very difficult to argue that they are even notable, let alone 'major'.
- And Spotify charts are expressly deprecated per WP:BADCHARTS.
- BTW, what is your relationship with this subject? Please review the advice in the 'Managing a conflict of interest' section I posted here a couple of months ago. Thank you. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 10:17, 12 January 2024 (UTC)
- Hmmm... Alright

- @DoubleGrazing his song has been on rotation airing from different radio stations.. how do I cite or prove that sir Princeisrael2728 (talk) 11:28, 17 January 2024 (UTC)
- How do you know that, ie. where did you learn that that's the case? That's the source you cite as evidence. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 11:45, 17 January 2024 (UTC)
- Because I saw different videos of some of his songs being played in notable radios and I don't think video cite will work that's why I'm asking .. i would like to know if its ok to add video cites through an external link(from his instagram) or it has to be published on newspaper as article Princeisrael2728 (talk) 14:33, 17 January 2024 (UTC)

The article Starry (musician) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. — Jeff G. ツ 10:36, 23 January 2024 (UTC)
January 2024
editHello, I'm Jeff G.. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions have been undone because they appeared to be promotional. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted; Wikipedia articles should be written objectively, using independent sources, and from a neutral perspective. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. — Jeff G. ツ 10:39, 23 January 2024 (UTC)
Hello Princeisrael2728. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.
Paid advocates are strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.
Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Princeisrael2728. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Princeisrael2728|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}
. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. — Jeff G. ツ 10:45, 23 January 2024 (UTC)
- I did not receive payment for those articles
- I have gone through Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. And I know what it's all about. I have an aspiration and that made me join this community. I have been in search for a mentor since I join because I discover there is much to learn on a daily basis
- i am a lover of music and I have listened to the song of those artists I wrote about that is why 90% of the article I have written or edited are for musicians Princeisrael2728 (talk) 15:03, 26 January 2024 (UTC)

May 2024
edit As previously advised, your edits, such as the edit you made to Starry (Music Artiste), give the impression you have a financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. You were asked to cease editing until you responded by either stating that you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits, or by complying with the mandatory requirements under the Wikimedia Terms of Use that you disclose your employer, client and affiliation. Again, you can post such a disclosure on your user page at User:Princeisrael2728, and the template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Princeisrael2728|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}
. Please respond before making any other edits to Wikipedia. Vanderwaalforces (talk) 13:09, 4 May 2024 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Starry(Music Artiste)
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Starry(Music Artiste) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Starry (musician). When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Skynxnex (talk) 02:13, 8 May 2024 (UTC)
- `@Skynxnex Good day
- This page was previously deleted because it does not meet wikipedia requirement. But right now it meets the National Rotation Airplay
- Her song has been Aired in Radio Nigeria .. A radio station which is in all states of the country Princeisrael2728 (talk) 02:33, 8 May 2024 (UTC)
- If an admin thinks the article is sufficiently different from the one deleted at afd, Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Starry (musician), they could decline the speedy deletion nomination. I think, in general, using WP:Articles for creation and their requirements are generally seen as best for writing an article that's already been deleted at AFD. Skynxnex (talk) 03:19, 8 May 2024 (UTC)
