Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:MVSR GROUPS LLC
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Draft:MVSR GROUPS LLC, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly defined criteria, then it may soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:
- It seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. (See section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
- It appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement of https://www.linkedin.com/company/mvsrgroups/. (See section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Hello, RDJ07. Thank you for helping to build Wikipedia-- the world's largest free content encyclopedia. A page you created Draft:MVSR GROUPS LLC has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seemed to be unambiguous advertising which only promoted a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to have been fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic.
This article needs to be rewritten from scratch from reliable, third party sources unconnected to the subject. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted.
Information on content and common pitfalls to avoid can be located here and here, however be aware that this is not an exhaustive list. Pages can sometimes avoid these pitfalls and still be seen as an ad copy or unambiguously promotional, particularly if the editor appears to be a paid editor or has some other conflict of interest. Please review these policies, including the FAQ page on organizations to determine if this applies to you.
Common mistakes or beliefs about promotional editing center on the assumption that promotional editing only applies to promotion for commercial gain. Some tags or G11 nominations are met with confusion by creators, particularly if they spend much time reading or creating corporate documents, mission/vision statements, or similar copy for their organization. The frequent exposure to promotional tone may make it difficult to notice non-neutral phrases or styles, as the editor has grown accustomed to seeing it as everyday writing or speech. This can be difficult, but not impossible, to unlearn.
Another common assumption is that the prohibition against promotional editing applies only to businesses or organizations. It applies to any topic, including a person, a non-commercial organization, a point of view, etc. and CV/resumé's are by their nature promotional.
Wikipedia is an encyclopedia-- subjects must meet notability guidelines with reliable sources that are unconnected with the subject and providing verifiable information. That generally means someone unconnected with the subject needs to have written a great deal about the subject. Please see this page on citing sources and Wikipedia:Common sourcing mistakes (notability). This page has templates you can use in citing your sources. Place the template {{Reflist}} at the bottom of the page, and references cited in the text will appear there. New article creation can be difficult, but the Article Wizard can help you. The new user tutorial can help you avoid future problems. You can ask for help at Wikipedia:WikiProject Articles for creation/Help desk and on IRC chat Wikipedia:The Wikipedia Adventure is a useful tutorial.
New article creation can be difficult and frustrating. Sometimes it is better to first gain experience by fixing and helping maintain existing articles. Wikipedia:Community portal/Opentask contains links to things that badly need doing, if you are so inclined. -- Deepfriedokra (talk) 16:04, 6 April 2024 (UTC)

Hello, RDJ07, welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. Your editing pattern indicates that you may be using multiple accounts or coordinating editing with people outside Wikipedia, such as Siva Raghavan Murugan Venkatasubramanian (talk · contribs). Our policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow this, and users who misuse multiple accounts may be blocked from editing. If you operate multiple accounts directly or with the help of another person, please disclose these connections. Please read and heed WP:PAID -- Deepfriedokra (talk) 16:05, 6 April 2024 (UTC)

Request reason:
Sorry for the vandalism things. I can assure you that these things will not happen again. I left my laptop idle, where my friends did these things. I will make sure that this will not happen again. Please accept my reason RDJ07 (talk) 16:15, 13 October 2024 (UTC)
Decline reason:
Since you allowed others to operate your account, it will need to remain blocked as compromised per standard internet security procedures. See WP:COMPROMISED for more information. Let this be a life lesson to you to better secure your internet accounts against use by others. 331dot (talk) 16:29, 13 October 2024 (UTC)

editUser:331dot I am really sorry for the thing I did. At least please make time definite block to become a life lesson for me. RDJ07 (talk) 16:35, 13 October 2024 (UTC)
- Did you see WP:COMPROMISED? 331dot (talk) 16:40, 13 October 2024 (UTC)
- Putting a time limit on the block does nothing to demonstrate an understanding of the reason for the block, nor does it un-compromise your account. 331dot (talk) 16:41, 13 October 2024 (UTC)
- Okay give me few minutes. I will get back with you. Thank you for your reply. RDJ07 (talk) 16:42, 13 October 2024 (UTC)
- I have carefully read and understood WP:COMPROMISED. I acknowledge that my account was previously compromised due to leaving my device unattended. I deeply regret this and have since taken steps to secure my account. I have changed my device password to a strong, unique one and ensured no one else can access my account or device. I now fully understand the importance of account security and will not allow others to use my account in the future. I respectfully request that the block be reconsidered in light of these actions. Thank you for your time and consideration. RDJ07 (talk) 16:45, 13 October 2024 (UTC)

Request reason:
I fully understand the consequences of my actions and take responsibility for allowing others to access my account. I deeply regret the incident, and I have taken steps to ensure it will never happen again. I have secured my account and will not let others use it in the future. I respectfully request that the indefinite block be reconsidered and changed to a time-limited block, so I can return to contributing positively to Wikipedia after learning from this experience. Thank you for your understanding. RDJ07 (talk) 16:39, 13 October 2024 (UTC)
Decline reason:
You allowed your account to be compromised. This is the end of the line, no further unblock requests will be considered because it is not possible for us to know the original account owner is once again in sole possession of the account. Do not make another request. Yamla (talk) 17:06, 13 October 2024 (UTC)

Yamla (talk) I understand the seriousness of the situation and deeply apologize. My account was not compromised in the traditional sense. The issue occurred because I left my laptop unattended at home, and someone close to me used it while I was away. This happened within my household, and I have taken steps to ensure it won't happen again, such as setting a password on my laptop and enabling automatic lock. I take full responsibility and assure you that no external third party had access to my account. I kindly request reconsideration of the indefinite block. Thank you for your understanding. - No. --Yamla (talk) 17:15, 13 October 2024 (UTC)
- Suggest me actions which I can do. RDJ07 (talk) 17:16, 13 October 2024 (UTC)
- With regard to Wikipedia, I have no suggestions. I'll note that your contributions even before the vandalism were completely inappropriate. With regard to other sites, I strongly suggest talking to your "friends" to discuss the personal cost to you. This is not the sort of thing friends do to one another. It's also a good opportunity for you to understand how to better protect your accounts. Always lock your laptop when you leave, even for a moment. If you are using your laptop outside of your home, never ever leave it unattended, even for a moment. And consider password managers and multi-factor authentication, though neither would have helped in this case. This is my last response to you. --Yamla (talk) 17:25, 13 October 2024 (UTC)
- Yup Thanks for your reply. I value your suggestions. You were speaking about my past contributions. I don't have any past contributions except those happened today. I just submitted draft page for a notable company, which also eventually got declined since it was not on my own words. RDJ07 (talk) 17:29, 13 October 2024 (UTC)
- Feel free to reply here since it is apart from the topic. RDJ07 (talk) 17:30, 13 October 2024 (UTC)
- It's amusing how you think talking to my friends is the solution here. As a woman, you might not fully grasp the dynamics of male friendships. They might pull some pranks, but that’s just how guys keep things interesting. Maybe next time, think twice before throwing stones. I'll manage my friends, thanks! RDJ07 (talk) 17:35, 13 October 2024 (UTC)
- Wow, it’s really telling that you have nothing to say after all that. Maybe next time, instead of judging my friendships, you should reflect on your own understanding of male dynamics. You have 10 minutes to prove that you know what you’re talking about, or else it’s clear you’re just making assumptions. I’ll be waiting for your reply! RDJ07 (talk) 17:40, 13 October 2024 (UTC)

User:331dot Is it okay if I create a new account and delete this one? I want to start fresh and ensure I follow all the guidelines moving forward. RDJ07 (talk) 17:44, 13 October 2024 (UTC)
- Some pranks are not appropriate. Would you be okay with your male friend taking control of your bank account as a prank? No, you should not create a new account, that would be block evasion. Your so called friend has ruined your Wikipedia career, marginal as it was. I concur that you should address that with them. You've now lost access to this page. 331dot (talk) 18:15, 13 October 2024 (UTC)
- The reply about friendship by @RDJ07 was really hilarious. Haha. LOL 115.240.194.54 (talk) 09:01, 5 November 2024 (UTC)

If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, you should read the guide to appealing blocks, then contact administrators by submitting a request to the Unblock Ticket Request System.
Please note that there could be appeals to the unblock ticket request system that have been declined leading to the posting of this notice.
Now you're merely trolling. Favonian (talk) 17:47, 13 October 2024 (UTC)
