License tagging for File:58 Kahlil Gibran Flounder print2.jpg
editThanks for uploading File:58 Kahlil Gibran Flounder print2.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.
For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 20:05, 14 November 2010 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Sky Phoenix
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Sky Phoenix requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. - Happysailor (Talk) 00:51, 24 March 2012 (UTC)
Removing Speedy at Sky Phoenix
editWelcome to Wikipedia, thank you for taking the time to create a page here. It might not have been your intention, but you recently removed a speedy deletion tag from a page you created yourself. Because Wikipedia policy does not allow the creator of the page to remove deletion tags, an automated program has replaced the deletion tag you removed from Sky Phoenix. Please do not continue to remove the deletion tag, instead, if you disagree with the deletion, you can follow these steps:
- Go to the page by clicking this link. Once there, select the button that says Click here to contest this speedy deletion.
- This will take you to the talk page, where you can make your case by explaining why the page does not meet Wikipedia's criteria for speedy deletion.
Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do. For further help about the deletion, you could contact the user who first placed the tag or a highly active user who is willing to help with deletion. This message was left by a bot, so please do not contact the bot about the deletion. Thank you, - SDPatrolBot (talk) 01:11, 24 March 2012 (UTC)
File permission problem with File:Vihuela1954Text2.jpg
editThanks for uploading File:Vihuela1954Text2.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.
If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either
- make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
- Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.
If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en wikimedia.org.
If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read the Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. -- ТимофейЛееСуда. 18:08, 18 April 2012 (UTC)

editPlease do not add or change content, as you did at River Phoenix, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. General Ization Talk 01:40, 9 August 2015 (UTC)
- If, as you claimed on my Talk page, you are a family member of River Phoenix, then you have a conflict of interest and should not be editing the article at all. Whether that claim is true or not, if you do edit it, you must provide citations of reliable sources to support the information you add. See WP:BURDEN. We are not able to "take your word for it" merely because you claim to be a member of the subject's family. General Ization Talk 02:00, 9 August 2015 (UTC)
ok ...i am not a blood related member .....so how come someone can write information that is not true, and have it posted, just because someone wrote in a book? does make it true, those authors of RIVER LIFE NEVER MET HIM OR HARDLY HAVE A CLUE ABOUT WHO HE REALLY WAS ...so if you dont want the real story... good luck to wiki on having correct information from users and contributors. PS how does one prove that the Family was vegan in South America? when that is not when or how they became vegan
again good luck and warm regards who ever you may be — Preceding unsigned comment added by Skyphoenix6 (talk • contribs) 04:19, 10 August 2015 (UTC)
- I don't know how you can claim to be "a family member" in trying to make your edits appear credible, and then say that you're not a "blood related member" expecting that to make a difference. In any case, it doesn't matter. Click on the highlighted words in my response above if you want to know the reasons for the policies I described to you. If you don't care to know, or to follow them, that's fine, but prepare at best for your edits to be removed, and at worst to be blocked from editing. General Ization Talk 04:30, 10 August 2015 (UTC)
Your recent edits
editHello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:
- Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
- With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.
This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.
Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 04:38, 30 August 2015 (UTC)

editPlease do not write or add to an article about yourself, as you apparently did at Sky Phoenix. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to an existing article about yourself, please propose the changes on its talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was my page deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss it with the deleting administrator. Thank you. Good day General Questions and Answers
i had someone else write the article Sky Phoenix, they used my login...should they use their login..? or because they know me they are also not allowed to write an Article about me?
sorry to make you work extra on my edits but in no way are any of my edits Vandalism, i tried to correct false information on River Phoenix page, which by the way is full of untrue and incorrect statements, which i would call Vandalism and if i cant remove it well i guess no one else will, because very few really know the inside of River Phoenix's life story. Not one of those books wriiten about him di the author know or ever meet him and just researched a bunch of here-say.
So my question to you is, Is there any other way to correct those false and or incorrect statements on River's page.
sorry to trouble you with my lack of wiki knowledge ..which can be very confusing to someone that is not as educated as the editors on the wiki page.
Sky 22:15, 7 September 2015 (UTC)SkyPhoenix6
The article Sky Phoenix has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. If Google Books had a digitized copy of the work, that would help our readers because then they could look up the page in question immediately; the link you want added is the publisher who doesn't give any free preview or the like, and linking to it could be seen as promoting sales of the book. editPlease do not edit the name of files in articles as you did to Kahlil Gibran (sculptor), it breaks the link to the file. I have corrected the mistake. In the future, please use the preview button before you save your edit; this helps you find any errors you have made and prevents clogging up recent changes and the page history. Below the edit box is a Show preview button. Pressing this will show you what the article will look like without actually saving it.
It is strongly recommended that you use this before saving. If you have any questions, you are welcome to ask on my talk page, or to post at the help desk for assistance. Thank you. Katniss May the odds be ever in your favor ♥ 15:32, 5 September 2018 (UTC)

Problem with your custom signature
editYou have a custom signature set in your account preferences. A change to Wikipedia's software has made your current custom signature incompatible with the software.
The problem: Your preferences are set to interpret your custom signature as wikitext. However, your current custom signature does not contain any wikitext.
The solutions: You can reset your signature to the default, or you can fix your signature.
- Solution 1: Reset your signature to the default:
- Find the signature section in the first tab of Special:Preferences.
- Uncheck the box (☑︎→☐) that says "Treat the above as wiki markup."
- Remove anything in the Signature: text box. (It might already be empty.)
- Click the blue "Save" button at the bottom of the page. (The red "Restore all default settings" button will reset all of your preference settings, not just the signature.)
- Solution 2: Fix your custom signature:
- Find the signature section in the first tab of Special:Preferences.
- Uncheck the box (☑︎→☐) that says "Treat the above as wiki markup."
- Click the blue "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
More information about custom signatures is available at Wikipedia:Signatures#Customizing how everyone sees your signature. If you have followed these instructions and still want help, please leave a message at Wikipedia talk:Signatures. 19:04, 3 September 2020 (UTC)
