Proposed deletion of James Paxton (actor)

The article James Paxton (actor) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No significant acting roles, no major fan base, and no notable contributions to the entertainment industry; fails WP:NACTOR.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Aaron Booth (talk) 01:15, 29 March 2013 (UTC)

The Wikipedia Adventure: Text Mockup (feedback welcome!)

Hi TWA folks!

It's been a long time since we worked on The Wikipedia Adventure together, but this spring I proposed the game for an Individual Engagement Grant and it was accepted :)

I spent the last two months refining the script and getting ready to build the game using Guided tours. I am working with an amazing designer and getting expert curation tips from the Grant program leader.

Here is the full 7-mission text version of the game: http://jatspan.org/twa2.html#29

I'd love to have your feedback on it, before I get started with the build. I would love it if you would leave any thoughts, tips, comments, recommendations, suggestions, ideas, or concerns, at WP:TWA/Feedback.

Hope you're doing great,

Online Ambassador

Hi Sonia,

I am planning on using WIkipedia in a psychology class this semester and I would love if you could help out. Psychology expertize is not needed, I just need someone to help my students with Wikipedia/editing related questions. I've used Wikipedia in class before, so that should be pretty much it. Looking forward to hearing from you! S.mereu (talk) 15:24, 4 August 2013 (UTC)

Your article submission Victoria Bond

Hello Sonia. It has been over six months since you last edited your article submission, entitled Victoria Bond.

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note, however, that Articles for Creation is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Victoria Bond}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, click "Save", and an administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. HasteurBot (talk) 00:03, 8 September 2013 (UTC)

Motto of the Day Help Request April 2014

Today's motto...

Either war is obsolete or men are.

Nominate one today!

Motto of the Day (WP:MOTD) is in a state of emergency and really needs your help! There are not enough editors who are reviewing or nominating mottos at Wikipedia:Motto of the day/Nominations/In review, and this probably means that you will notice a red link or “This space for rent” as our mottos for the next weeks and months.

Please take a moment to review the nominations and nominate your own new mottos at Wikipedia:Motto of the day/Nominations/In review and Wikipedia:Motto of the day/Nominations/'Specials. Any help would be appreciated! MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 09:13, 29 April 2014 (UTC)

Wikipedia stub. Editing Help.

Hey! my name is Shekinah and I am wondering if you could please review a stub page that I edited. This is the first time that I have edited a page so any feedback or help would be greatly appreciated. I hope this is the right section where I ask editors for help, for I seem to be a bit lost on where to go to on this website.

Thank you and have a great night.

Kind Regards,

"Much of my work for Wikipedia has been off-wiki, assisting newcomers (through email or IRC) or maintaining contact with the local schools to ensure that Wikipedia is accessible and utilized in the classroom. I believe the Wikipedia of the future depends on how it is viewed in academia today. I am always happy to help in any way I can, so please don't hesitate to contact me via email or my talk page. I'm also available on Skype and several other media if necessary- email me if you need these details." i really appreciate your passion, i will try to be an ambassador of this passion in helping and seeing my student use wiki in their class so that they can learn a lot beyond four wall classroom structures, — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sanibalashehu (talkcontribs) 19:10, 25 October 2014 (UTC)
