Notability

edit

Whilst I agree the claims for the dermatology practice, if substantiated, might form basis for WP:Notability, that must be provided by secondary WP:reliable sources; which does not included clinic's own claims nor links to its own website blogs. Restored notability tagging, the article currenlty reads as an advert and is liable for deletion nomination (WP:AfD) or even speedy removal. David Ruben Talk 01:12, 14 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Though I understand why you have chosen to tag WP:Notability, and why you flag the potential of an advert, I do not perceive this entry as such. Though it is difficult to prove an advert (or lack of) by exclusions, I do think that the exclusions here are notable, in that specific reference to the practitioners, address, phone, etc are not mentioned (nor was an attempt made to mention in the history of this entry). Instead, the entry focuses on items that are certainly novel to me, as a health care provider, and certainly timely if one looks at the press of others physicians utilizing technology to their patients advantage such as http://www.jayparkinsonmd.com/ who has been on CNN, ABC, and NPR.

I for one, and looking forward to seeing the evolution here. "Spamwatch 16:55, 15 November 2007 (UTC)"Reply

I agree with you, and have indicated so on the discussion page of this article. 00:28, 29 November 2007 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Dermadoc (talkcontribs)
