Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Nantgarw tradition has been reverted.
Your edit here to Nantgarw tradition was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (http://www.youtube.com/user/cariffmorris) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a media file (e.g. a sound or video file) on an external server, then note that linking to such files may be subject to Wikipedia's copyright policy, as well as other parts of our external links guideline. If the information you linked to is indeed in violation of copyright, then such information should not be linked to. Please consider using our upload facility to upload a suitable media file, or consider linking to the original.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page.   Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added to the page Cardiff do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used as a platform for advertising or promotion, and doing so is contrary to the goals of this project. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia.

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Culture and recreation in Cardiff. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it.

Nantgarw tradition

edit

Please read, and act upon, Wikipedia:Identifying reliable sources and Wikipedia:Citing sources. Many - I think, most - of the sources you are using in the article are not reliable in Wikipedia terms - including blogs, Youtube, and so on. They are likely to be removed, and the text they support then deleted as unreferenced. Also, by using bare URLs in your references you are not meeting the requirements for citations. Rather than requiring other editors to go through the article making all the changes and corrections necessary, please try to do it yourself. Ghmyrtle (talk) 12:48, 13 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

PS: I just noticed that you asked for comments at Wikipedia:Requests for feedback/2011 September 12#Nantgarw tradition, but you haven't yet had any replies. Please take my comments above as a response to that request, and I apologise if I appeared snappy. I'm happy to help if you need advice. Ghmyrtle (talk) 20:07, 13 September 2011 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for your comments - I'll certainly take a look at it. One minor point - I think you nominated it at WP:DYK under the wrong date. It is supposed to be at the date the article was first created, which I think was the 12th. Regards, Ghmyrtle (talk) 14:04, 15 September 2011 (UTC)Reply
PS: I'm not sure that both the lower two photos are needed, particularly as the captions don't explain very clearly what they show! Ghmyrtle (talk) 14:43, 15 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

Hi Tabula, I have reviewed your nomination at Template:Did you know nominations/Nantgarw tradition and there are several issues. Could you please have a look and reply there? Thanks. Crisco 1492 (talk) 14:20, 20 September 2011 (UTC)Reply
