I don't believe that restoring it would be a good idea. For one thing, it reads like a press release: the whole article is promotional, so it would need to be rewritten completely from the beginning. As well, parts of the article are copyright infringements of http://thevistech.com/hopes.org.pk/index.php/history — administrators may not restore copyright infringements. The copyright company or the website has no issue with this article as it was confirmed by the HOPES Executive Men. Retrieval of the page will help the organiztaion to approach as much people as they can and concurrently i will make it more better.

For one thing, you would need to provide proof. However, there's no need for that, as your intentions of using the page for the organization's own purposes make it even more evident that this is spam. Be aware that further spamming will result in you being blocked for spamming: this is an encyclopedia, and we have no use for people who want to come here for advertising purposes. That article had been on the site since 2015 and clearly speaking the advertising is not the purpose of this article. There are a lot of articles regarding upcoming movies etc. that provide information about the movies that serve as a pre release advertisement on wikipedia. But i think this will be far better that i will work up on the page again to make it more suitable. Please guide me that what information and within what limits should i enter in the article so that no issue will be faced in future.
