Please also see MOS:INFOBOXFLAG. Generally, such icons as you included in Alexander Kerensky are avoided in the infoboxes (apart from a few exceptions). While on the Russian Wikipedia they are included in a similar way as you did for the offices and succession, this is a different project so the policies and manual of style are different. Thanks.
