Please do not move a page to a title that is harder to follow, or move it unilaterally against naming conventions or consensus, as you did to Kherson offensive. This includes making page moves while a discussion remains underway. We have some guidelines to help with deciding what title is best for a subject. Shameful Block

I have been blocked for editing my own page! This is shameful and will not be repeated. When unblocked in the next few hours, I will show that I am a useful editor. You're not getting off to a good start here at Wikipedia. You are fortunate that this is a short block, I have seen editors who were similarly disruptive, removing speedy deletion and AFD tags from pages, get indefinitely blocked. You can't say comments like "This deletion is unacceptable" when everything being done is according to Wikipedia policy. You would benefit from reading more about Wikipedia's policies because you don't seem to be familiar with the grounds for deletion or what "promotional" is. Please educate yourself more so you can get up-to-speed because you are doing disruptive actions that will have consequences. If you continue after your block is over, the next block will be substantially longer.

One resources you might use is taking any questions you have about editing on Wikipedia to the Teahouse. There are experienced editors there who can explain decisions that seem to frustrate you, they are there to help you navigate through the many policies that govern this project.
