Knight v. Knight

Hello Will.S, I was wondering, where did you come across this case? I looked it up on Westlaw and there's no copy of the reports up. Hayton and Marshall (which you probably know, one of the leading textbooks) does not even have it in a footnote. Then again, neither does it cite an authority for stating the three certainties together. Which source did you come across initially that told you about this case? I'm planning to fish out the report tomorrow, but I'm intrigued nonetheless. Wikidea 22:23, 15 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

And by the way, you should contribute more often! We need a few more English lawyers. Especially for the trusts law and public law pages, if that's what you're into. Wikidea 22:24, 15 July 2008 (UTC)Reply
