Question regarding Xi Jinping
editI'm working with another editor to verify the image of Xi's signature you added but the problem is, neither of us can read Chinese. Where did you get that image? Is there an image online of a document that Xi signed so we can make a comparison? Thanks. CityOfSilver 18:01, 3 April 2017 (UTC)
- Actually that GIF document was made(by myself) from a picture of a congratulatory telegram,which was sent by Xi to a newly-elected chairwoman (Mrs.Hung,Hsiu-chu) of Chinese Kuomintang in 2016.03.26.See this: http://news.ifeng.com/a/20160326/48227667_0.shtml and you may find the original image(well,maybe you can even recognize that it was in traditional Chinese instead of the simplified one!). --User talk:Wkbreaker 18:38, 3 April 2017 (UTC)
- Umm,the first picture is Mrs.Hung,the second one is the telegram sent by Xi under the name of Central Committee,CPC.And the third picture is the reply from Mrs.Hung. --User talk:Wkbreaker 18:46, 3 April 2017 (UTC)
- My concern is whether or not we're permitted to use that image. Wikipedia is pretty strict about that, and I honestly don't know how it works. The user who expressed concern seems to know more about this so I'll notify them. @Govindaharihari: is this allowed? CityOfSilver 20:45, 3 April 2017 (UTC)

Copying within Wikipedia requires proper attribution
edit Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Land Reform in Taiwan into Taiwan. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution
. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. The attribution has been provided for this situation, but if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, please provide attribution for that duplication. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. If you are the sole author of the prose that was moved, attribution is not required. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 21:51, 10 June 2017 (UTC)

Ways to improve Plough flag
editHi, I'm Boleyn. Wkbreaker, thanks for creating Plough flag!
I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. This article has been tagged because its references aren't clear (it would be clearest to readers if they were WP:INLINECITED and because it has no categories. Thanks for creating it and in detail.
The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.
Image without license
editUnspecified source/license for File:It‘s good-Mao Zedong.jpg
editThanks for uploading File:It‘s good-Mao Zedong.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}}
(to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (Talk • Contribs • Owner) 05:45, 26 September 2017 (UTC)
File source problem with File:It‘s good-Mao Zedong.jpg
edit
Thank you for uploading File:It‘s good-Mao Zedong.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.
If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.
Please refer to the image use policy to learn what images you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. Please also check any other files you have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. A tag has been placed on Chinese Peasants‘ Association (disambiguation) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G6 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an orphaned disambiguation page which either
- disambiguates two or fewer extant Wikipedia pages and whose title ends in "(disambiguation)" (i.e., there is a primary topic); or
- disambiguates no (zero) extant Wikipedia pages, regardless of its title.
Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such pages may be deleted at any time. Please see the disambiguation page guidelines for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Speedy deletion nomination of File:It‘s good-Mao Zedong.jpg
editA tag has been placed on File:It‘s good-Mao Zedong.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.
Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. —MRD2014 Talk • Edits • Help! 16:28, 29 September 2017 (UTC)

The article Plough flag (disambiguation) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
WP:2DABS page not required. Hatnotes exist at both entries
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 13:08, 10 February 2018 (UTC)
