Hello, I'm Shanze1. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Tamil Nadu, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Shanze1 (talk) 14:15, 30 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add or change content, as you did at Kongu Nadu, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Begoon 08:32, 3 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

Kongu Nadu

edit

Please see WP:SEEALSO - pages already linked in the article should not be linked in that section again - I just reverted a whole bunch of your unnecessary, gratuitous insertions (and please stop spamming "Kongu Nadu" everywhere you think you can - you don't seem to be here to do much else). Read WP:SPA and WP:RGW. Thank you. -- Begoon 02:44, 13 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

Kongu Nadu Edit Page

edit

Hello Begoon!! Let us clarify who is vandalising the Wikipedia with ugly and bad heart. Can you explain what is wrong in adding the Educational Institutions, Sports, Tourism and related things in the Kongu Nadu page??. Even if you go and check the aspirant states pages like Vidarbha, Such things are available. You have the freedom to be an Anti Kongu Nadu, but you don't have a rights to remove good things like the educational institutions, sports, tourism, temples etc available in Kongu Nadu region. Don't think that, you are a BOSS of Wikipedia. I appreciate that, You have been in Wikipedia editing for more than 10 years but that doesn't mean that, You can remove even the good things like educational institutions, tourism, temples, sports things available in the Kongu Nadu region. Above things can make people easier to read and increase the economy of the region with education and tourism. Analyse and revert back with positive comments??. Again I am telling you that, You and some Co who is vandalising the Kongu Nadu page by removing the content have the freedom to be an Anti Kongu Nadu but you don't have any power to stop me in being an another KCR (K. Chandrashekar Rao|Telangana CM) of Kongu Nadu (a part of ancient Chera Dynasty and modern day Tamil speaking Chera Nadu as well). Thank You!! Writer Holder (talk) 02:25, 14 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

I've already explained the problem in my edit summaries: If there is something notable to say about any of these items, supported by reliable sources, then add some referenced prose - otherwise this is utterly unencyclopedic - WP:INDISCRIMINATE. We are an encyclopedia, not a gazeteer or a listings magazine - indiscriminate listings like this are inappropriate. Do not restore it in that format.

Additionally, read WP:NPA. The fact that you are a single-purpose account dedicated to spamming "Kongu-Nadu" wherever you think you can does not make people who revert your edits "anti Kongu-Nadu". As is often the case with editors dedicated to pushing a "cause" you see everything in that light, while the rest of us take a wider view and care much less about your "cause" than we do about your pushy, damaging edits. This is not the place to fight your campaign - we are very used to editors who mistakenly think it is, and if they disrupt the encyclopedia they are prevented from continuing. Quite honestly I couldn't give a damn about your battle to right great wrongs - but I do give a damn about the encyclopedia and will protect it from low quality content and non-encyclopedic agenda-driven editing. You would do well to read the links I have given, and alter your approach if you want to keep editing here. Thanks for the note. -- Begoon 02:42, 14 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

Hello Begoon!! Let me clarify it in a genuine way. I am not an expert in Wikipedia editing. Though I have started editing the pages in recent days, my quality or technics of editing is not up to the mark. Though you have been in this wiki editing for more than 10 years, why don't you add even more colours to such page without removing the content like Education, Tourism, Temples, Sports etc??. A good 10 years experienced Wikipedia Editor will keep the content and make it even more colorful to the page if the technics and quality of editing is not up to the mark. Removing the contents like Education, Sports, Tourism, Temples etc clearly shows that, Some Anti Kongu Nadu people are vandalising the page!! If you're are a 10 years experienced Wikipedia Editor, You can add Education, Tourism, Temples, Sports and other things available in Kongu Nadu region with such quality and high technics. Thanks!!! Writer Holder (talk) 03:02, 14 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
Stop fragmenting the conversation and keep it here, in one place, please.

No, I'm not going to do your editing for you. I've explained how you can add content that will be acceptable and encyclopedic. If you don't want to, or can't do that then you'll need to wait until somebody can and does. Unencyclopedic content will not be left in place in the meantime though.

There are no shortcuts to building encyclopedic content - it's hard work - if you're not prepared to do it then you might need to ask yourself if wikipedia is the right place for you, or if you might be better off starting a website or blog of your own, where you can offer whatever content and opinions you wish about your pet "cause" to your heart's content. Or you might find discussion forums aligned with your agenda where you can discuss your ideas freely. At wikipedia, though, content you add needs to comply with all of our policies - particularly reliable sourcing, neutrality, style, relevance and compliance with the goals of the encyclopedia, or it is subject to removal. I hope that makes things clearer, and I really don't think there's much more I can add to what I've now explained in detail, and at length. -- Begoon 03:14, 14 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Kongu Nadu, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Salem (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
