Clean start

Zne0us, while some editors are able to make a WP:CLEANSTART, the expectation is that you do not just continue editing in the same topic areas and display the same behavioural issues that led you to abandon your previous account. See WP:BADCLEANSTART. In addition, a valid clean start requires that you are "not being, or about to be, formally discussed for [their] conduct." I believe you're skirting that requirement and I find your participation in this conversation incredibly ill-advised given your history. Instead of a fresh start, you're using this account to avoid scrutiny given the permission revocation on your previous account.
