Request: Alright, I know this is a tall order, but would it be possible for someone to please create SVG files for the 35 finalist designs of the 2002 Salt Lake Tribune contest which attempted to find a new flag for Utah? They can all be seen if you go on this page here, scroll down to the "2002" section, and then click on the PDF link titled "vol. 35 no. 2 (April-June 2002)", and then scroll down to Page 8. I know there's a lot of them, so even if anyone wanted to have a go at creating only some of them rather than all, it would certainly be greatly appreciated. Thanks. @Argenti Aertheri: Those are great, and thanks very much for your contribution to this request! And since two of the ones you created are "Design 19" and "Design 32", I was wondering if you'd also be willing to create files for the alternate versions of both of them, as described in the NAVA newsletter? I know they're not shown in the gallery displaying the 35 finalists, but if you read the article directly above the gallery, it says that four of the designs (including "19" and "32") were rendered in two versions, with the main versions having the beehive in the centre, and the alternate versions having the beehive in the hoist. Vectorization of the "star-anchor" emblem for the Vietnamese Navy

Request: The Vietnam People's Navy is using an emblem that can be considered as its official symbol. That emblem can be observed here (on the top-left section of the background banner) and there was also a slightly different illustration used here that shows better detail of the anchor but slightly weird and inaccurate roundel design (the cogwheel should be 5-teeth instead of 3). The rendering of this Emblem of the Vietnam People's Navy may get use of the existing File:Emblem VPA.svg (including the file's historical version, if you want to get use of the already-made rays from the star) since it derives from the VPA emblem. Cap badge, and the Flag of Vietnam Self-Defence Militia (and also the Ensign for Vietnam maritime militia)

The Vietnamese flag

Request: I would like to request the render for the cap badge (emblem) and the flag/ensign of the Vietnam Self-Defence Militia (VSDM). The cap badge, as illustrated by state document here, is simply a Vietnamese golden star (much identical to the one in the Emblem of Vietnam or the Emblem of the Vietnam People's Army) with rays pointing from the center framed by rice ears, below which is a five-teeth semi-cogwheel with the word "DQTV" scripted on the cogwheel, all contained in a yellow-border biased square (square rotated 45 degrees). Talking about the size, assuming that the biased square has a side length of 33 units, the yellow border corresponding to the biased square should be 4 units, and the outer and inner diameters of the rice ears should be 25 and 17 units respectively. Talking about the star size, the distance between the two opposite corners of the star shall be 23 units, and the center of the star should correspond to the center of the circle made by the rice ears. The color shades is suggested getting it from the File:Emblem VPA.svg.
About the flag, it's basically that same cap badge (with the 2D version of the star) placing on the red banner. The size of the emblem (the diagonal of the unbiased square) should be 2/3 to the width of the 2:3-sized red banner, and I suggesting getting all of the color shades from the Flag of Vietnam.
