Lisa Hunt
I could not follow the reasoning for deleting her page. She is a well known author and artist/illustrator. I'm not sure what reputable sources you require as there were ones cited. Her professional credentials match or surpass many other similar authors and artists who still have Wikipedia listings. A simple web search shows her to be a well-known entity. I would like very much for this matter to be reviewed once more and her page to be reinstated. Please advise how to proceed to get this accomplished, thank you. -KortKramer (talk) 22:10, 7 April 2014 (UTC)
- Not done - this Requests for Undeletion process is only for articles that were deleted uncontroversially, and does not apply to articles deleted after a deletion discussion. Since the article you are here about was deleted after a discussion took place at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Lisa Hunt, it cannot be undeleted through this process. However, if you believe that the outcome of the discussion did not reflect the consensus of the participants, or that significant new information has come to light since the article was deleted, you may contact the administrator who closed the discussion. After you do so, if your concerns are not addressed and you still seek undeletion, a request may be made at deletion review. DP 01:20, 8 April 2014 (UTC)

Matthew Christopher
Hello I am writing the wiki about Matthew Christopher. I AM NOT Matthew Christopher. I am posting this as a living notable person entry. Matthew Christopher is a couture wedding gown designer in the league of Monique Lhuillier. As a matter of fact, i looked at her wiki page to try and make certain all rules were met. Please refer to this. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monique_Lhuillier I also added all references and verification you requested. Please be more specific on what you feel is in violation and I will correct this immediately. This wiki is not advertising or promotion it is an article about a notable person in the couture bridal business.

- Well I would suggest that you register a new user name as your name seems to be a name that would promote the company. Even if you are not Matthew Christopher, it looks as if you are representing Matthew Christopher's interests, especially the earlier versions that were promotional. I think that your latest version of the article does not meet the spam deletion requirement and could be undeleted. However your username is an advert. - Not done. Well, several others disagree with you. It was a 1-sentence article that did not assert any significance, therefore it was deleted in accordance with WP:CSD#A7. Radom Chamber Orchestra
Radom Chamber Orchestra's article has been deleted on the wrongly based PROD - non-notable orchestra. It is an ensemble of NOTABLE phonographic output, active in it's home city Radom, and in it's country. Little Kids Rock
Little Kids Rock (www.littlekidsrock.org) is a reputable national nonprofit organization that seems to have been taken down from wikipedia. Here is the article explaining its deletion: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Little_Kids_Rock
The deleter, who is no longer editing for Wikipedia and thus has not been available to debate the deletion, claims not to have been able to find any recent news coverage of Little Kids Rock on Google News. I find lots! Please refer to their news index: http://www.littlekidsrock.org/news-events/news-index/
Please also refer to their 4 star rating on Charity Navigator: http://www.littlekidsrock.org/news-events/news-index/
Finally, see all of the artists who have worked with them to help transform more than 300,000 kids' lives by donating music educational resources to their schools: https://www.littlekidsrock.org/friends/our-big-fans/
The person who initially created the page back when Little Kids Rock was a much smaller organization was, in fact, an employee there. The organization has since grown, as has its independent network, and the content has been edited drastically since the time it was initially created.
How can I get this page reinstated to Wikipedia and the relevant hyperlinks on other pages (like their artist supporters' Wikipedia pages) also reinstated? -100.1.8.28 (talk) 12:39, 8 April 2014 (UTC)

- Not done A community-level festival, recurring or not, is not something that meets thenotability guidelines for inclusion in an encyclopedia (even if U2 once played at it, which they didn't). On top of that, the wording of the entire article was promotional - even down to including the exact time of an event. There are several articles by reputable sources to prove this is a real person. From imdb, to news articles with pictures to prove his identity. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1237255/ -DavidBoorboor (talk) 19:16, 8 April 2014 (UTC)
- Identity is not in question. Notability is what matters here. Please read:
- Wikipedia:Autobiographies
- Wikipedia:Notability (people)
- WP:42 provides an overview.
- Basically a subject must have had significant coverage in multiple reliable sources that are independent of the subject, before meriting an article on Wikipedia. I know this was deleted via PROD, but it's been in this state for years without improvement, and simply restoring it will not cause it to improve. This would be best userfied and submitted to WP:AFC. ~Amatulić (talk) 19:28, 8 April 2014 (UTC)

Igor Janev
It has been proven on 17 Wikies that article on Igor Janev was not a HOAX. See http://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q1449737#sitelinks-wikipedia I can see that the operator of these accounts has behaved foolishly and may well continue doing so, but I don't think deleting the page is the right answer for an encyclopedia. International Association of Fairs and Expositions
I am an Administrative Assistant for the International Association of Fairs and Expositions (IAFE). I noticed that we lacked an entry on Wikipedia, and am investigating why the page was deleted in January of 2007. The reason given was 'closing prod', the meaning of which I am uncertain. If there is no substantial reason for the removal of the page, I would ask for its reinstatement, as the IAFE is alive and well and would enjoy a place on Wikipedia. If the article was deleted due to any kind of lack of information, and requires more in order to be published, I would appreciate receiving a copy of the article text so that we may improve upon it and resubmit for entry. Thank you. -74.84.98.246 (talk) 16:47, 9 April 2014 (UTC)
- Not done. The article was just one sentence and a link to the organization's web site. It was deleted because there was no evidence that the organization meets the inclusion criteria spelled out in WP:CORP, (see WP:42 for a simpler overview).
- The fact that IAFE is 'alive and well' is an invalid reason for having an article on it. Mere existence does not equate to notability. I am sure IAFE would 'enjoy a place on Wikipedia', but we have a cornerstone policy that Wikipedia is not a publicity medium, therefore 'enjoy a place on Wikipedia' is also an invalid reason for restoring the article.
- Because you clearly have a conflict of interest (see WP:COI for guidance), your best approach is to submit a new article using Wikipedia:Articles for creation. ~Amatulić (talk) 17:16, 9 April 2014 (UTC)
Thank you for the information. I am new to anything regarding submission/editing of articles, and was unaware of the COI guidelines. We will look into submitting an AFC. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.84.98.246 (talk) 17:35, 9 April 2014 (UTC)

AAP_2014_Lok_Sabha_Candidates
The page has be to build up progressively with data available, starting with candidate list for each constituencies. The objective of the page is to provide readers with the minimum information of the candidates in each constituencies. Also please note that there are similar pages in progress other parties like
- List_of_United_Progressive_Alliance_candidates_in_the_Indian_general_election,_2014
- List_of_National_Democratic_Alliance_candidates_in_the_Indian_general_election,_2014
specified in India General Election Page - .Indian_general_election,_2014
Those pages are almost the same structure but not considered for deletion and still exists in the general Election Page. It looks lke a targeted attack towards the AAP for providing biased information to the Wiki Readers. Especially this being a political section which can create wrong impression on readers about a specific party.
Considering the similar list for other parties that exists , the page should be undeleted and a progressive update of page has to be done. -Soorejmg (talk) 05:45, 9 April 2014 (UTC)

Colby morrison
I created this wikipeda page to get me and my ex boyfriend back together, we were together for over 4 years and i don't even want to put the page back up, i just want to show him what i wrote about him. Once my article is undeleted i will copy the information and delete it again, i know it isnt a legitimate page but i spent a lot of time working on it.
nvm

I was not given the chance to amend the infringements on the article before it was deleted, could i please have the article re-instated or emailed to me with the source code, so i can amend within the guidelines? This is the first article i have written for Wikipedia, i will gladly remove any text which is found to be copyright, or supply the copyright agreement from the users if given the chance. -Jlr83 (talk) 11:55, 8 April 2014 (UTC)
- Not done. Nearly all of the text was copied from http://www.ascott-analytical.co.uk/salt-spray-or-cct.html
- See WP:CONSENT for information about permitting reproduction of copyrighted material, including the images you uploaded, which are labeled as copyrighted by your company but which you claim as your own work. Both cannot be true. The actual copyright holder needs to give Wikipedia permission, or you need to prove that you have that authority for your company. ~Amatulić (talk) 17:11, 8 April 2014 (UTC)
Amatulić How do i go about proving i have authority from my company, what would be required? Kind Regards Jlr83 — Preceding undated comment added 09:33, 9 April 2014 (UTC)
- A strong way to prove this is to get the company web site modified so that there is a copyright statement that says the content is available under a CC-BY-SA-3.0 license. it could be placed on the bottom of the page you copied or a sitewide statement say at copright.html. That WP:CONSENT link will tell where to send the email that comes from the company, in which you would state the copyright permission. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 20:55, 9 April 2014 (UTC)
- Another way is to have your company's CEO or attorney answer the OTRS ticket you created, saying that you are permitted to release company-copyrighted information to the public. ~Amatulić (talk) 23:48, 9 April 2014 (UTC)
Bernardo Recaman Santos
- Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Bernardo Recaman Santos · ( logs | links | watch ) · [revisions]
I have already searched for the author on wikipedia. A page on him exists in 'Spanish Wikipedia', I was only intending to create a english page for him. Here is the link for the spanish page (https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bernardo_Recam%C3%A1n_Santos). When already an author's page in another language exists I don't see the problem in deleting his page and most importantly he is an author who has written a lot of books. I think this should satisfy the reason for his page on wikipedia. -Foliate08 (talk) 17:50, 3 April 2014 (UTC)

This is not trying to promote business. Punisher Skate boards have over 40,000 followers on Facebook. This is simply a page explaining what it is. (Example: why is there a page for justin bieber?)
- Not done - this article has not been restored because it does not appear to meet our guidelines for inclusion of articles about companies. In general, Wikipedia considers a topic to be notable if there exist multiple reliable sources of information on the topic, external to the subject itself. Articles concerning companies will be deleted on sight if they are considered to be unambiguous advertising or promotion, or if they do not contain a credible assertion of the significance of the subject. Plus it was horribly promotional...might have even been copy/pasted from somewhere. To answer your other question, Bieber has an encyclopedia article because he meets our notability guidelines. Also, please note that the purpose of Wikipedia is 100% incompatible with the purpose for your presence that you state on your userpage DP 09:02, 11 April 2014 (UTC)

Caterina Nix
Hi! I created the page yesterday, and I thought I could add the references later, I'm sorry I took too long, when I was going to do it the page had already been deleted, Is there any way we can restablish the page? I'm a singer and I'm currently working on two big projects, one is Avalon II by Timo Tolkki and the other is my solo album, managed and produced by Frontiers Records and Timo Tolkki, so I think that's pretty relevant, I'm the only latin American who has signed a contract with Frontiers Records, and my previous work was performed under a different name, so I have to have Caterina Nix on wikipedia, since all the other artists I'm involved with are too, thank you very much! I hope we can work this out. BTW I think my page was deleted because I did not add the references...I'm new to this, I'll try to fix all mistakes, thanks! In addition to being one of Florida's ten largest law firms, the firm is WIDELY known in FLorida for their advertising campaigns and for their advocacy for legalizing marijuana. Please restore my page, which was deleted because someone tried to update the content and reformatted our page. My email address is changed and i can not access my original account, which is JadeIce. The original page was an orphan page, but had passed the review process to be posted. My DNA Fragrance has a rich history and international media attention behind it. I would like to request that the page be restored to the original content before someone attempted to revise the page on April 10, 2014. The original article has been on the Wiki since 2008 and there are so many global links back to this wiki page it is impossible to amend this issue if this page is deleted. Thank you for your assistance in helping to restore the page My DNA Fragrance. -Jadeice1000 (talk) 00:07, 12 April 2014 (UTC)
- Note: The page was speedily-deleted under criterion G11. Pages deleted under that criterion are generally not undeleted because they require complete rewrites to be viable encyclopedia articles or because they violate our biographical or fair-use policies. —Jeremy v^_^v Bori! 02:57, 12 April 2014 (UTC)
- Not done. You have got to be kidding. Every paragraph of that article contained PR-speak. It isn't salvageable without a complete re-write, therefore it will not be restored. Also, it didn't exist before 2010, not 2008. Global links to the now-deleted page isn't really a problem for Wikipedia.
