The template only consists of three articles (the film, its soundtrack, and a Netflix spin-off) and two redirects to the film's article. I feel as if that is too few for a navbox to be useful in navigation. I will not be opposed to recreation in the future if more articles are made. Template created for the sole purpose of being used at the obsolete Wikipedia:WikiProject Comics/Webcomics work group/Expand. It is an inferior duplicate of various pagelinks templates. Subst and delete. HouseBlaster (talk • he/they) 20:55, 12 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Unnecessary navigational box. Apart from one link to an article about a floorball team that competed in this championship, this otherwise consisted entirely of permanent redlinks and two recursive redirects back to the head article about the championship itself -- and since I've unlinked all the redlinks due to the head article itself also being a festering mess of permanent redlinks, it's actually serving solely to link just two articles to each other, which both already interlink each other in the article bodies anyway and thus don't need a navbox to repeat the same links. In addition, the template's name itself is ambiguous, since "Canada Cup" also means numerous other things besides the intended topic, so it would have to be renamed even if it were somehow keep-worthy. Unused template and module. Performs the same function as {{Call wikitext}} or {{Expand wikitext}}. The manual parameter substitution at Module:Var nowiki#L-9 is never used, making it effectively identical to the two templates above in terms of implementation. Relisted to generate a more thorough discussion and clearer consensus.

Contains zero transclusions. Any page on Wikipedia can be the subject of an external link; that is how websites work. Here is the external link for this one: "https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:R_from_external_link".

This rcat was previously used for redirects who's ONLY justification for existing was being otherwise completely unlikely titles, but still generate incoming traffic due to people clicking erroneous URLs. However, all redirects on Wikipedia must abide by policy regardless, and every redirect in this category (all four of them) have been deleted for months.

This is not a useful rcat at this time. The title of "external link" doesn't provide sufficient context towards its prospective members (especially so given the members are nonexistent), and its existence and usecases in 2024 are confusing for anyone unfamiliar with the circumstances for this page's creation in 2018, and the Genie (feral child RfD where an external link existed.
