Original games

edit

No word under Releases of AGD's own game, Al Emmo and the Lost Dutchman's Mine? I know nothing about the game, but it's certainly a release of theirs. 96.240.136.246 (talk) 23:56, 16 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

Licensed?

edit

I removed this change [1] as it appears to be factually incorrect. I've never heard of them being licensed nor does their website mention it and it seems to disagree with the fact that they've pretended to be anonymous. As far as I'm aware, they have no license or official sanction. Sierra have simply turned a blind eye to most of their activites because they're not making a profit and may be even helping Sierra. However this doesn't change the fact they are not licensed and Sierra could therefore at any time send them a cease and desist or even sue them Nil Einne (talk) 16:09, 10 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Read their legal page and you will see it clearly states AGD Interactive are using the Intellectual Property with permission. This equates to having a signed and legally-binding document that licenses AGD Interactive to remake Sierra's games.

This has also been mentioned in various forum posts too, and one of the requirements to continue was to change the name from "Tierra Entertainment" to "AGD Interactive". —Preceding unsigned comment added by Bumpitybump92 (talkcontribs) 20:44, 10 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to 2 external links on AGD Interactive. Please take a moment to review my edit. You may add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it, if I keep adding bad data, but formatting bugs should be reported instead. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether, but should be used as a last resort. I made the following changes:

When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true or failed to let others know (documentation at {{Sourcecheck}}).
