Beware of the Dog
editLink for "Beware of the Dog" needs to be changed in the departure from Parlophone section. Correct link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beware_of_the_Dog_(song) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.3.245.151 (talk) 00:49, 30 March 2012 (UTC)
Image
editHello! I removed the image, because there isn't an image with that name... The old imagetag was: [[Image:Jamelia may04 250x190.jpg|220px|thumb| Jamelia]]. I didn't copy it, because I'm not sure if I am allowed, because I do not understand everything of the copyright. Could someone add this image, if possible? --Marc-André Aßbrock 19:07, 12 January 2006 (UTC)
Birthday
editI dont know because i found that her birthday is on the 2nd january 1981, ino this is only like 9 days diffenert but it does matter because then we know what day she was actually born.
Does anybody know if Jamelia's birthdate is correct.

She celebrated her birthday on January 17, this year which i find odd. --InDe 20:24, 25 September 2006 (UTC)

- I've heard her on television saying the former rather than the latter. Robwingfield (talk) 07:25, 27 September 2006 (UTC)
Chart figures in Australia
editI dont think Jamelia's 2006 singles have been released in Australia yet, so cant have a ranking of 17. I work as a DJ so i would have noticed.
Place of birth
editSmethwick or Winson Green? Only a few hundred yards difference but it matters you know - it's the difference between a Black Country lass and a Brummie. Cutler 11:19, 24 December 2006 (UTC)
See It in a Boy's Eyes

Question Time
editI removed the bit about her liking Margaret Thatcher as she later elaborated that she misspoke and meant to say she was a fan of old labour —Preceding unsigned comment added by 77.98.17.166 (talk) 15:31, 2 August 2010 (UTC) She has said it was a mistake here http://www.metro.co.uk/music/831320-jamelia-i-was-threatened-by-the-russian-mafia . Seems keeping it in would be an unfair representation of her character. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 77.98.17.166 (talk) 20:57, 6 September 2010 (UTC)

File:Jamelia.jpg Nominated for speedy Deletion
editAn image used in this article, File:Jamelia.jpg, has been nominated for speedy deletion at Wikimedia Commons for the following reason: Copyright violations

Film with Vinnie Jones
editIn one of her Never Mind The Buzzcocks performances she mentioned a film "which is crap" that she was shooting. Vinnie Jones was in it and apparently she had to enter a bear enclosure. I can't find any mention of that in the article. Which film was that? Shouldn't it be mentioned? 94.64.114.187 (talk) 23:25, 30 March 2014 (UTC)
"cnt" in Infobox
editThe "Occupations" field of the Infobox contains an acronym "cnt". Unfortunately, it points to a disambiguation page, and I don't know what "cnt" represents. Would somebody please either point "cnt" to the exact Wiki article or explain the acronym? Thanks.

BLP issues
editA personal life section mentioned her relationship with her father without a citation. It further listed her relationships with the names of her children and DoB, using tabloid newspapers as citations. These are serious BLP issues and they have been removed. Please discuss below if you feel you have the sources to include them. Karst (talk) 22:36, 23 January 2017 (UTC)
- And as per the RfC the Daily Mail (used twice in this case) is not considered a reliable source. Karst (talk) 09:10, 13 February 2017 (UTC)
