Rakul's Height is actually 1.73 m

I think i can improve a lot of things in this article. She was Miss India 4th runner-up and this thing is mentioned nowhere in this article. She is also chosen as south zone mentor for Miss India 2018 contest to mentor girls from south Indian states. Apart from that, her early background and childhood were not elaborative enough to give readers an insight into her background prior to gainings stardom. "No good reason"

@MB: With regard to this, you've twice stated that the content was removed for "no good reason", when I think that a failure to adhere to the purpose of the |education= parameter, i.e. listing what sort of degree the person has, is probably a decent reason to exclude the content. I also moved the gist of the content to a different section, so I'm not entirely clear on what purpose your most recent restoration had, since I'm still unclear what "Mathematics (Hons)" means. Did she graduate? Did she receive a degree? Did she just take a few units? What does the vague "(Hons)" mean? Is that a Dean's list? Given how vague the claim is, I certainly don't think WP:IAR applies, since the poorly-written claim is meaningless. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 03:21, 10 October 2020 (UTC)

Cyphoidbomb, the source says she graduated with a mathematics (Hons) degree. That is a 4-year BS degree as opposed to a non-Hons 3-year program. I clarified this with a wikilink to BSc (Hons). If this was not clear to you, why not just tag it with {{clarify}} rather than removal - especially since it was sourced. I'm not sure from your above comment if you think this does or does not belong in |education= - but that is exactly what it is for ("e.g., degree, institution and graduation year") which allows almost anything education-related. As far as the ways to use |education= and |alma_mater=, I think the instruction at the template is overly-prescriptive. This was recently discussed at Wikipedia talk:Manual of Style#Use of "education" and "alma_mater" parameters in infoboxes and it didn't elicit much comment - so I don't think it's a big issue if both are used. I think you've exposed a glaring gap in my understanding of international college degrees, as "mathematics" sounds like a subject or major to me, and "hons" sounds like a ranking. But if what you are saying is that she graduated with a bachelor's degree, wouldn't the content be "BSc in mathematics" or similar phrasing? If not, then I'll consider the matter dropped.
