The 2014 United States Senate election in Delaware was held on November 4, 2014 to elect a member of the United States Senate to represent the State of Delaware, concurrently with other elections to the United States Senate in other states and elections to the United States House of Representatives and various state and local elections.

Incumbent Democratic Senator Joe Biden easily won re-election to his eighth term. He was unopposed for the Democratic nomination and defeated Republican businessman Kevin Wade in the general election. This is the second Senate election that Biden decreased his percentage of the votes since the previous election, the second time Biden lost Kent County, and the only time he lost both Kent County and Sussex County. With this election, Biden became the first senator in Delaware to win eight terms, and he became the most senior member of the Senate as of the 114th United States Congress.
