Speedy deletion of The Red Miners

edit

If this was the first article that you created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

The page The Red Miners has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appeared to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appeared to be a direct copy from https://fistosports.com/news/the-red-miners-jamshedpur-fcs-pride-and-passionate-fan-base/. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition has been be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

Please do not recreate the material without addressing these concerns, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If you think this page should not have been deleted for this reason, you may contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you may open a discussion at Wikipedia:Deletion Review 331dot (talk) 11:46, 2 September 2019 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Mattythewhite. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Rafael (footballer, born 1990), but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Jamshedpur FC, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Carlos Calvo (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 07:36, 13 September 2019 (UTC) India, along Fix isl intro 🙏 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 89.172.174.211 (talk) 17:35, 16 October 2019 (UTC)Reply

Your addition to Mumbai Football Arena has been removed, as it added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without evidence of permission from the copyright holder. For legal reasons, Wikipedia cannot accept copyrighted material, including text or images from print publications or from other websites, without an appropriate and verifiable license. All such contributions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of content, such as sentences or images. You must write your content in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously and persistent violators of our copyright policy will be blocked from editing.

  • You cannot upload pictures you find on the internet unless you can demonstrate that they have a compatible, free licence.

  Please stop your disruptive editing.

If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Sunil Chhetri, you may be blocked from editing.

You are warned with level 3 to give you a fair chance. Though I could give you a level 5 as you are already warned with level 4, but that does not mean it will not happen in future untill and unless you chance your editing habbits. In your recent edits, it shows how casual you are while updating stats, you are not updating dates and main section while updating infobox only. If you don't update totally then don't partially, it confusing. And visit WP:FOOTY for more knowledge on football articles. This is final time I am addressing issues in details, next time I will not. So be careful. Dey subrata (talk) 16:46, 3 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm GorillaWarfare. I noticed that in this edit to Chongqing SWM F.C., you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. GorillaWarfare (talk) 04:04, 5 February 2020 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add or change content, as you did at 2019–20 Indian Super League season, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you.

Please explain this edit, did AFC announced such?? This is wikipedia not news channel, take time to go through this WP:NOT. And try to refrain from unsourced and unexplained edit. Dey subrata (talk) 06:51, 20 February 2020 (UTC)Reply

Unspecified source/license for File:Red Bull Bragantino logo.png

edit

Thanks for uploading File:Red Bull Bragantino logo.png. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time after the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|cc-by-sa-4.0}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: Once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (TalkContribsOwner) 11:46, 22 March 2020 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned non-free image File:Red Bull Bragantino logo.png

edit

Thanks for uploading File:Red Bull Bragantino logo.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 18:24, 30 March 2020 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of File:JioBrowser Logo.png

edit

A tag has been placed on File:JioBrowser Logo.png requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement of https://www.jio.com/en-in/apps/jio-browser. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. ~ Amkgp 17:28, 2 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

JioBrowser moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, JioBrowser, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. ~ Amkgp 17:32, 2 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

License tagging for File:RPSG Sports Corporation logo.png

edit

Thanks for uploading File:RPSG Sports Corporation logo.png. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions.
