Help me review my draft before I resubmit it for approval

Thanks for correcting me.

I've updated my userpage to reflect the changes you requested of me. Please help me check the draft and let me know what areas to improve on specifically.

Leckson58, Thanks for declaring the WP:PAYDISCLOSE. Regarding your article, you can ask for help at Wikipedia:WikiProject Articles for creation/Help desk and Teahouse. Thank you. ~ Amkgp 17:26, 6 June 2020 (UTC)

I already asked for help and the points noted have all been fixed. The first reviewer noted that the draft uses too much press releases which I got rid of. The subject is discussed in depth in my references. Please help me check and let me know. Thanks in anticipation. Leckson (talk) 17:32, 6 June 2020 (UTC)

Leckson58, I would leave it for the next reviewer for an independent review. Thank you. ~ Amkgp 17:34, 6 June 2020 (UTC)
Leckson58, I can suggest you to go through WP:ORG and WP:NPOV ~ Amkgp 17:36, 6 June 2020 (UTC)

Thanks, so should I resubmit it again or what exactly should I do now. Leckson (talk) 17:36, 6 June 2020 (UTC)

Leckson58 I cannot comment on that, its your decision. I have done and suggested what I can offer you. Thank you. ~ Amkgp

Resubmitting might lead to declining. I've done all that was required of me by the former reviewer and I don't know what to do next. You're a respected Wikipedian and a veteran at that, please help me look at the draft and reference and suggest next steps so I will know where to look at and improve. Thanks for your time. Leckson (talk) 17:42, 6 June 2020 (UTC)

Leckson58, The best place to your queries is at Teahouse, a friendly space on Wikipedia where experienced editors lend a hand to help new editors like yourself ! ~ Amkgp 17:48, 6 June 2020 (UTC)

I'll repost my request there again. Thanks so much for your time. I appreciate the kind gesture. One last thing, after I improve the draft can I notify you to take a look at it for me before I resubmit. Thanks once again. Leckson (talk) 17:52, 6 June 2020 (UTC)

Rollback granted

Hi Amkgp. After reviewing your request for "rollbacker", I have enabled rollback on your account. Keep in mind these things when going to use rollback:

  • Getting rollback is no more momentous than installing Twinkle.
  • Rollback should be used to revert clear cases of vandalism only, and not good faith edits.
  • Rollback should never be used to edit war.
  • If abused, rollback rights can be revoked.
  • Use common sense.

If you no longer want rollback, contact me and I'll remove it. Also, for some more information on how to use rollback, see Wikipedia:Administrators' guide/Rollback (even though you're not an admin). I'm sure you'll do great with rollback, but feel free to leave me a message on my talk page if you run into troubles or have any questions about appropriate/inappropriate use of rollback. Thank you for helping to reduce vandalism. Happy editing! ~ ToBeFree (talk) 11:10, 17 December 2020 (UTC)

Hi, a user is saying that you have approved this article, I have disputed the notability. He is referring to your approval. Please clarify your position on the talk page. Please see the comment on Talk:Tulsi Gabbard bibliography. --Walrus Ji (talk) 17:33, 17 December 2020 (UTC)

Walrus Ji,   Responded at the appropriate venue.Amkgp 💬 17:48, 17 December 2020 (UTC)
Amkgp, thank you. I appreciate the quick response. Walrus Ji (talk) 17:55, 17 December 2020 (UTC)
Regarding this comment by you. Actually I found your name from here. If that action was unintentional, then may be you can undo your action. I believe an admin worth his salt should delete / redirect it. Walrus Ji (talk) 18:09, 17 December 2020 (UTC)
Walrus Ji, You are right currently its showing un-patrolled, as it was recreated after you turned it to be a redirect. I patrolled the old version in anticipation that something soon will be added and it had no flaws but now I find your reasons for delete or redirect correct. You may proceed whatever you think right. I find WP:AFD the best as its being recreated/reverted without proper justification. — Amkgp 💬 18:15, 17 December 2020 (UTC)
Amkgp, ok. I think it is not appropriate to approve article in anticipation of page improvements. The approval decision should be based on the notability and the present condition of the article. This is a straight forward case which is why I boldly merged it. I have followed the PROD procedure for now. If the author disagrees then I will mark it for AfD, as you have suggested. Thank you for the guidance. I have also installed the reply link tool, it was in your edit summary and I find this tool to be very useful. Saves lot of clicks. Walrus Ji (talk) 18:21, 17 December 2020 (UTC)

Glad!!

Thankfully all was resolved and quickly too I might add. Celestina007 (talk) 19:16, 17 December 2020 (UTC)

Open queues

Hi, the reason I used to leave notes at WT:DYK was because we were running 2 sets a day and we needed to open up prep sets to fill them. But now that we're running 1 set a day we're on a more leisurely pace. There's no need to rush to fill queues when empty prep sets are available for filling.

Thanks for promoting the last entry in Prep 4. Best, Yoninah (talk) 17:38, 19 December 2020 (UTC)

Yoninah, OK — Amkgp 💬 17:40, 19 December 2020 (UTC)
By the way, every morning we can count on Cwmhiraeth filling a queue. So unless things are really out of hand, with almost all the queues empty and almost all the preps filled, there's really no need to remind administrators. Thanks, Yoninah (talk) 17:41, 19 December 2020 (UTC)
Could you do another promotion? Template:Did you know nominations/Erfreue dich, Himmel, erfreue dich, Erde is ready to go into Prep 6. Thanks, Yoninah (talk) 17:59, 19 December 2020 (UTC)
Yoninah,   Done ALT4 (201 words) as ALT3 is around 230 words long — Amkgp 💬 18:09, 19 December 2020 (UTC)
A double-hook nomination can be longer than 200 char. ALT3 is a better hook IMO, it also mentions the writer's name. Yoninah (talk) 18:12, 19 December 2020 (UTC)
Yoninah, swapped the hook — Amkgp 💬 18:15, 19 December 2020 (UTC)

Congratulations! With 9,540 views, your King Ludwig Oak hook is one of the most viewed hooks for the month of December. Accordingly, it has been included at DYKSTATS December. Blocked

As ST47 has previously warned you about editing logged out in project space in violation of our policy on using multiple accounts, and you have continued to do so, I have blocked you for a week. You may appeal this block by following the procedures at WP:GAB. The next time this occurs, the block will likely be indefinite. TonyBallioni (talk) 22:20, 4 January 2021 (UTC)

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who accepted the request.

Request reason:

Will never ever edit without logging. Sorry for not able to comply the guidelines regarding this. I will follow the policy strictly. I completely misunderstood IP editing. I again went through all the points of WP:PROJSOCK policy and found where I was doing wrong and I promise that this will never ever occur next time. Please unblock my account — Amkgp 💬 04:35, 5 January 2021 (UTC)

Accept reason:

Reduced to 36 hours per below. TonyBallioni (talk) 06:40, 5 January 2021 (UTC)

@TonyBallioni and ST47: Please unblock me. Its really a shame for doing editing without logging when I have an account. I assure this will never ever again like this. Thank you. — Amkgp 💬 04:35, 5 January 2021 (UTC)
But why did you continue doing this after being warned? Why were you "not able to comply"? NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 05:56, 5 January 2021 (UTC)
NinjaRobotPirate - I think that he meant to say that he failed at complying, not that he was unable to do so. :-) ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 06:19, 5 January 2021 (UTC)
NinjaRobotPirate, I feel that I was not able to comply because I misunderstood the IP editing in main-space by registered users is considered as WP:BADSOCKAmkgp 💬 06:26, 5 January 2021 (UTC)

TonyBallioni, I wanted to say that my violation applies everywhere. And I committed mistake at Wikipedia noticeboard — Amkgp 💬 06:32, 5 January 2021 (UTC)

Okay. If you’re agreeable to it, I’m fine reducing the block to 36 hours from now. 1 week is my default for minor socking issues, but I’m also not set on that if someone is fine talking through it. Does that sound okay to you? TonyBallioni (talk) 06:37, 5 January 2021 (UTC)

TonyBallioni, OK I agree with you and request it to make it to 24 hours as I have violated after warning — Amkgp 💬 06:38, 5 January 2021 (UTC)
