Speedy deletion nomination of Fit 2 Fat 2 Fit

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Fit 2 Fat 2 Fit requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. —KuyaBriBriTalk 21:26, 10 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. I have noticed that some of your recent genre changes, such as the one you made to Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge, have conflicted with our neutral point of view and verifiability policies. While we invite all users to contribute constructively to Wikipedia, we urge all editors to provide reliable sources for edits made. When others disagree, we recommend you to seek consensus for certain edits. Thank you. Friginator (talk) 01:06, 14 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

Please refrain from changing genres, as you did to Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge, without providing a source and without establishing a consensus on the article's talk page first. Genre changes to suit your own point of view are considered disruptive. Thank you. Friginator (talk) 21:17, 14 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. Proposed deletion of 2016-17 Premier League results

edit

The article 2016-17 Premier League results has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

These articles are not notable per consensus at Wikipedia:WikiProject Football. Just list of stats.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Speedy deletion nomination of Hey Hey Hey (Echobelly song)

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Hey Hey Hey (Echobelly song) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, images, a rephrasing of the title, a question that should have been asked at the help or reference desks, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. I don’t have multiple accounts. I am protesting the actions taken by people such as you to ruin darts pages on Wikipedia, and for the way you have treated editors of these articles Drinkdrinker (talk) 14:20, 7 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
I don't think I have ever edited any article about darts, so I'm not sure what your issue is with me. You seem to be saying you are acting on behalf of or in support of blocked users. That's called meat puppetry and is treated the same as sock puppetry. Even if this isn't meat puppetry, your "protest" was inappropriate as there are proper channels to air your grievances with other users or how other users have been treated. You may make an unblock request for someone else to review. 331dot (talk) 14:26, 7 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
I think it’s a joke how you and other users have treated darts articles, suddenly deciding that they are no longer valid. You could put that they are a stub or that they need addition citations, that wouldn’t be an issue but I don’t see the benefit of deleting these articles. The reason why you are one of the people I have targeted is because I can see you had involvement in blocking James, one of my friends who I know personally, and I think it is a joke how you’ve treated him considering how helpful he has clearly been to Wikipedia over the years Drinkdrinker (talk) 17:04, 7 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
I haven't decided anything is or is not valid. I know nothing about any disputes related to articles about darts. What I do know is that there are proper ways to address disputes and grievances with how those disputes are handled- and vandalizing the user talk pages of people involved is not one. You also have made it clearer with this comment that you have engaged in meat puppetry. You may either request unblock, or not.
Without knowing any examples of what you are referring to, I can say if an article is deleted, it is because there was a discussion that reached a consensus to do so, or it met the speedy deletion criteria. There are ways to challenge the result of both methods. 331dot (talk) 17:17, 7 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

I've fixed the formatting for you, your initial statement should replace the words "your reason here", as I did for you. You aren't a sockpuppet, you are a meat puppet. 331dot (talk) 18:11, 7 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

I don’t see how I’ve been abusive to you snowflakes. Anyway let’s make a deal. You lot restore the European tour darts pages that shouldn’t have been removed in the first place, and I won’t blank your pages. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Drinkdrinker (talkcontribs)

The only "deal" here is that you will comply with policy or you won't be editing here. If you want to continue to vandalize the project, there's really no way forward for you here. Threatening us with blanking pages isn't much of a threat, and it certainly won't motivate us to allow someone to edit outside of policy. There might be other sites out there on the web that will capitulate to your threats, but this isn't one of them. Sorry. Obviously you've been blocked from editing this page, so I don't expect a response. But, if you create another sockpuppet account and continue this sort of behavior in the future, you can expect a similar outcome. --Hammersoft (talk) 17:30, 11 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

UTRS appeal #74937

edit

is closed. Although they were constructive in the past, the harassment and atrociousness that led to the loss of talk page access gives me pause. I told them "standard offer." I guess that would be Oct. 8, 2023. YMMV. If anyone feels like unblocking sooner, I'd be fine with that, but I think it's too soon to believe this editor is ready to return. -- Deepfriedokra (talk) 13:41, 17 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

UTRS appeal #91703

edit

I am accepting this appeal after discussion with the blocking admin. We've now got some distance to your disruption and use of emotional language in previous appeals. I'm hoping you have learned from the past and will not repeat the behavior again. Good luck. 0xDeadbeef→∞ (talk to me) 11:26, 30 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
