Is there a reason that you don't leave a redirect when you move a page? Most editors, even those with page mover rights, leave behind a redirect and don't uncheck that box. It's just unusual behavior as there is nothing wrong with a redirect from Draft space to main space. If you choose to move pages in this manner, please check "What links here" with each page before the page move so that the lack of a redirect doesn't leave any broken redirects behind to the previous location. I came here to say something similar. I have read MOS:Canada#Ridings and understand why you are moving pages, but you are only doing the easy bit. Cleaning up the wikilinks, checking that they all refer to the federal district, is a far larger task. It would be helpful if you could slow down and FIXDABLINKS as you go rather than leaving dozens of articles linking to the wrong page. Yes, it would be helpful if someone else familiar with Canadian elections could help you. I think what you are doing, including creating the dabs, and it's a great first step to getting everything right, but unfortunately a half-done job may be a worse result than the previous incorrect situation that you're trying to remedy. I also use coloured linking and find it very useful in many cases. Unfortunately, it would only show up these particular problems if someone looked at the pages containing the links.
