Does anyone have any idea why my searches for the names of WikiProjects keep coming up pointing to the articles on issues of the Grantville Gazette?
Request for help
editI am an unregistered editor, and I attempted to edit http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=College_tuition_in_the_United_States&action=history where I see you have edited recently, but 'Nasnema' just now apparently vandalised the page, and reverted my edits, falsely claiming that I did not cite my sources; I did cite my sources.
I am a religious person who believes in God, and I do not wish to cause unnecessary pain or trouble for 'Nasnema,' but also, I must defend the truth and what is right: It would appear that this user is valdalising this page, & falsely claiming that I am --which makes a good case that I should not join Wikipedia. Could you please look itno it? Thank you.71.101.40.113 (talk) 17:08, 9 July 2011 (UTC)
Cross-namespace redirects
editIf you read WP:ASR, you will see that many of the redirects you have created should not exist, since they are in the articlespace and redirect to the Wikipedia namespace and are therefore self-reference. In general, cross-namespace redirects should not exist. Thank you for trying to help Wikipedia, but please make sure you understand policy before creating so many redirects. Uncle Ben
editJust so you know, the Uncle Ben in FNSM isn't the real Uncle Ben (as opposed to Bucky and Todd's resurrections). --DrBat 20:39, 24 June 2006 (UTC)
Articles you might like to edit, from SuggestBot
editSuggestBot predicts that you will enjoy editing some of these articles. Have fun!
SuggestBot picks articles in a number of ways based on other articles you've edited, including straight text similarity, following wikilinks, and matching your editing patterns against those of other Wikipedians. It tries to recommend only articles that other Wikipedians have marked as needing work. Your contributions make Wikipedia better -- thanks for helping.
If you have feedback on how to make SuggestBot better, please tell me on SuggestBot's talk page. Thanks from ForteTuba, SuggestBot's caretaker.
P.S. You received these suggestions because your name was listed on the SuggestBot request page. If this was in error, sorry about the confusion. -- SuggestBot 12:43, 27 October 2006 (UTC)
User box suggestion
editI suggest you use the user box layout that I use. I developed it for when the page is mostly user boxes. Some of your boxes are partially hidden on my 1024x768 screen. Please note that I switch my table from two colums to three columns after I run out of Babel boxes. With my previous layout, I had problems with a lot of unwanted empty space. The table system fixed that. Will (Talk - contribs) 04:06, 1 December 2006 (UTC)
Attack Page
editThe template Chadbryant created got deleted as a attack page [1] so thus why cant the other one be? DXRAW 23:11, 6 December 2006 (UTC)
It may well be, but you're too involved in the situation to make a dispassionate, neutral decision on whether to speedy it. I reverted your edit not because you were wrong, but because your viewpoint was potentially biased.-Toptomcat 15:53, 8 December 2006 (UTC)
An Automated Message from HagermanBot
editHello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! HagermanBot 04:15, 13 December 2006 (UTC) Yah, yah, yah, I just forget sometimes. -Toptomcat 04:16, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
Alternate Reality Game
editHey, thanks for the heads up about "The Tremendous Adventures of Major Brown". That's awesome! Here's the Unfiction discussion about it. Thanks again! --Quadraxis 03:57, 28 December 2006 (UTC) Heh. Cool. I was worried I'd be jumped on by Wiki-nazis screaming 'ZOMG ORIGINAL REASERCH' about this- kudos are a pleasent surprise. -Toptomcat 19:13, 28 December 2006 (UTC)
FTL
editLight has alwase fasinated me. I don't recal where I had heard the speed of light issue from (bad me for not haveing a source!) but I'll see what I can find.
That shows how flexable the speed of light is...
- Experiment to measure the effect of a magnetic field on the speed of light in vacuum - Fermilab P-877 - That might have been the study...

- Speed_of_light#.22Faster-than-light.22_observations_and_experiments has some interesting info on FTL observations. ---J.S (T/C/WRE) 03:44, 10 January 2007 (UTC)

Ultimate X-Men (story arcs): Peer Review
editGreetings! In January, you participated in the discussion for the 2nd deletion nomination of Ultimate X-Men (story arcs). After two months of rewriting, reorganizing, and referencing, the article is now undergoing a WikiProject Comics peer review. Your editorial opinion would be most welcome to help us improve the article to A-class status. Thanks for your time! - fmmarianicolon | Talk 06:41, 15 March 2007 (UTC)
No blanking of talk pages
editStop blanking talk pages like you did here. This is called vandalism. You agreeing with an editor who contributed one (1) edit on that same talk page and nine (9) edits total is a bit strange, but ok. But you better come up with the wikipolicy you think to implement here. Misou 01:25, 14 April 2007 (UTC)
Could you help me write this article?
editHello,
I was wondering if you would be willing to help me write either Seikichi_Iha or Shorin-ryu_Shido-kan. Tkjazzer 21:48, 22 April 2007 (UTC)
Shido-kan
editYes, I have a little experience with it but http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Scottalter is a much higher ranking student. Unfortunately, he is extremely busy until summer. Tkjazzer 23:50, 26 April 2007 (UTC)

Very Helpful
editGreat UserPage. Let the critics be damned! It is immediately obvious that you are not just listing userboxes "willy-nilly." You probably know more about yourself via this process. Self discovery is wonderful. Taxa should try it herself. I have used a number of them. Thanks for grouping them together. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Europe 10,000 Challenge invite
editHi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Europe/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like Germany, Italy, the Benelux countries, Iberian Peninsula, Romania, Slovenia etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. If you would like to see masses of articles being improved for Europe and your specialist country like Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon, sign up today and once the challenge starts a contest can be organized. This is a way we can target every country of Europe, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant and also sign under any country sub challenge on the page that you might contribute to! Thank you. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 09:09, 6 November 2016 (UTC)
