I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

Hey KTM Jared 683, Here's an opportunity to put your KTM or other bike expertise to work in the area of motorcycles. Cycle Chaos is a Wiki-styled web site that needs a lot of help from people who love bikes and can contribute more information and even more manufacturers. News Cape Lookout Lighthouse Hello WikiProject North Carolina members! A few of us at the The Newsroom Team decided to get together and re-energize the project, through these newsletters. This newsletter is hopefully the first of many to come. We want this project to be active in creating and expanding articles related to our state. If you're a current or former resident of the state, we hope that you will help spread the knowledge of how much there is to learn about North Carolina. A great way to expand new articles is by keeping track of the new articles list. Please add any new NC-related articles or older ones you come across that have not been tagged with the project banner. When you notice an article has been added to the list, read over it and check for citations, grammatical errors, and spelling. If you've written a NC-related article in the past 5 days, read the requirements for Did you know... and add your article to the DYK nomination list. It might be chosen for the Main Page! If you see a new member added to the project list, a great idea would be to leave them a welcome message on their talk page. Show them we notice new members and that we want them to become active participants. Congratulations to the editors who helped promote List of tallest buildings in Charlotte, List of North Carolina hurricanes (1900–1949), List of North Carolina hurricanes (1950–1979), and List of North Carolina birds to featured lists. Let's try to get a few more articles to featured status. North Carolina would be a great (and obvious) choice. Congratulations to the editors of Climate of North Carolina as well. This article was recently promoted to Good article status. A few suggestions for articles we can work on for GA are Raleigh, North Carolina, Charlotte, North Carolina, Greensboro, North Carolina, Geography of North Carolina, and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. If you're a history buff, check out List of Registered Historic Places in North Carolina. There are many articles to be written and your help would be greatly appreciated. If you have any questions in regards to the project, feel free to contact someone from The Newsroom Team. Thanks for all of your hard work and happy editing!
