Neto Bran moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, Neto Bran, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Speedy deletion nomination of Category:2021 establishments in Guatemala

edit

A tag has been placed on Category:2021 establishments in Guatemala indicating that it is currently empty, and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion. If it remains empty for seven days or more, it may be deleted under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself. Liz Read! small guatemalan parties

edit

could you explain what these smaller parties are or say if i am right or wrong:

  1. VOS: has many dissidents from both Winaq & UNE, here they're listed as [1] Centre-right (alongside Semilla though, here they're listed among left-wing parties [2]
  2. AxJ: Can't find much about them, they are like Semilla i guess?
  3. Somos Guatemala: appearently negotiated with Winaq?
  4. PODER: split from Libre [3], which itself split from MNR
  5. Nosotros: founded by the daughter & son-in-law of Torres, so i assum similar to UNE? Braganza (talk) 11:19, 29 January 2023 (UTC)Reply
Hi.
I had not seen your message.
1. VOS: It was founded by immigrant rights activist Marcos Antil to run for president, but was joined along the way by ex-UNE and ex-Winaq. Antil preferred to decline his candidacy and Manuel Villacorta is the new candidate. In summary, VOS is a new party and has adopted a centrist discourse, to differentiate itself from Semilla, MLP or Winaq.
2. AxJ: It is a party supposedly founded by former Attorney General Thelma Aldana with the aim of "uniting all the left" in a broad opposition front.
3. Somos Guatemala: Nothing is known about them.
4. PODER: PODER is already a legally constituted political party, but I understand that it has no direct relationship with Libre.
5. Nosotros: It is a syncretic and personal party around Rudy Guzmán. The party does not have that classic "social democratic" speech, so it is not the same as the UNE. Lord Maximoff (talk) 20:50, 1 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
thank you very much Braganza (talk) 18:57, 2 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
when will we know which parties will run, 26 march? Braganza (talk) 08:07, 9 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

Unexplained content removal

edit

Hello, I'm RahulR18. I noticed that you recently removed content from 2023 Guatemalan general election without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Hi. I have indicated before that I have not put candidates on the template because there are pending judicial processes and at any moment they could be left out of the election, so I prefer to put candidates until we have results from the first round. Victory (political party)

edit

Hello. With regards to this edit, did Victory members run on the LIDER list, or did the party not participate at all and simply supported LIDER? Cheers, Number 57 15:16, 10 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hi! Victory did not stand in the 2015 general election, but its main candidates ran with LIDER. Cheers. Lord Maximoff (talk) 16:06, 15 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Kamala Harris, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page ABC News.
