Here are some useful tips to ease you into the Wikipedia experience:

re: RA

Ah, interesting source of references. My reference comes from the HyperRev magazines of Japan that focus solely on the Impreza, it's history and it's mods. I've actually sent an e-mail to Subaru of America to hear their response. Perhaps one can be sent to Subaru of Japan as they did build the Type RA versions. I will get a Japanese-fluent friend to do as such.

It translates to R = Racing, A = Group A (for WRC class, Group A racing)

Type RA marketting

The Type RAs were used to homologate for Group N rallying. I think the chassis was used for the Group A homologations before the 1997 change to the WRC class, aka Group A8. It is also possible that the acronym has changed over the years to adjust to what marketers need. I noticed the Legacy RS-RA, which set endurance records had RA as "Record Attempt". This was also shown for the 2005MY WRX STI Spec C Type RA that managed to lap the Nurburgring track under 8 minutes.

Benzodiazepine

Hello, Mr. Bungle,

The wikipeida article on benzodiazepines used to provide a link to a support website for a book I wrote on the topic. When I noticed that vistors were no longer coming to my website from wikipedia, I checked and saw that the external link had been removed. I replaced it, and then saw that you had removed it, apparently referring to my link as "spam."

The website for "The Benzo Book" contains information useful for people who may wish to discontinue usage of the drugs and links to online booksellers who sell the book. It also contains a downloadable pdf of the entire book which people can have for free, if they can't afford to buy my book. I have sold four hundred copies of The Benzo Book, but over two thousand people visiting the website have downloaded it for free. My interest is not to make money from this book but to share information that may be critical to people attempting to discontinue benzodiazepine use.

I ask you, respectfully, to reconsider your removal of the external link to my website. One of the other external links is to drugs.com. Above the information about benzodiazepines, drugs.com has Google advertisement links to buy Xanax on-line without a prescription. It would not be reasonable to believe that my website is spam while the drugs.com website is not.

Mr Bungle, can you please explain why you removed a reference to the documentary on 1080? It is a first account of people witnessing and recording the effects. The video was broadcast on national TV channels and cannot be classified as unreliable. Great work! I gather you have the Bresinsky book..very handy. I was planning on getting Tricholoma pardinum to GA (and maybe FA) at some stage but was stuck trying to get a ref for it being mycorrhizal...and distribution is a real headache for all of them. Amanita ocreata is at FAC at the moment though Peter G. I note your repeated insertion of the inline citation tag. All articles go through FAR at some point, regardless of their condition, and placing inline citations in the article today will not stop it from going through FAR in the future. If you are concerned that the primary editors are made aware of your concern, a more effective method of advising them would be to notify the primary editor directly. In this case, that would be Giano. Alternately, a note on the talk page may be appropriate. There is certainly a strong feeling amongst many in the community that cleanup tags such as the one you are inserting are less than helpful; if you have concerns about the verifiability of the article, please consider helping to add the inline citations. The reference sources are all right there in the article. It strikes me there are tens of thousands of articles that have absolutely *no* reference sources where your tagging would be of more benefit; perhaps you might wish to give that some consideration. I reverted myself, I didn’t realise adding a simple tag would get this reaction, I figured placing inline citations in the article today would stop it from failing FAR. I cannot put inline tags in the article as the references are completely obscure (i.e. Wynn-Williams, D. B. (1982). The basilicas of F. W. Petre. MA thesis, University of Canterbury, NZ Historic Places magazine, June 1984, p10-11. March 1995, p33-34, New Zealand Tablet), I don’t think anyone but the primary author is going to be able to inline cite this article. It looks like you don't like cleanup tags and I tend to agree with your thoughts as I don't particularly like them either as they tend to make a article look a bit rough. On the other hand if the article is fixed up then they can easily be removed when the work is done. The point that there are "tens of thousands of articles that have absolutely *no* references" does not alter the fact that this article has no inline cites. So the helpful advice of an admin is to: go and tag all you the articles you want just not this one? :) Additionally perhaps you could follow up this edit/user [1] with a condescending note on their talk page also? Sorry for coming across as condescending, but repeated insertion of a maintenance tag on an article instead of communicating directly with a person sort of comes across that way too. You're probably right, the primary author may well be the only one able to do the inline cites, and he either has the article on his watchlist (in which case a talk page message would be the best course) or he can be reached on his own talk page if he is still here (which I happen to know he is, you can click the link I left above). Either would be preferable to sticking a tag on a Featured Article. There is a disproportionate drive to tag featured articles, for some reason, which is why those of us who work in the area become hypersensitive to being expected to drop everything and fix an article right away before a tag is removed. At the time of its promotion, the article's sourcing was checked out. The article is not "unverifiable", because its reference sources are listed. It simply doesn't have the same number of footnotes it would have if written today. Many featured articles are sourced with scholarly texts that the editors may have had to borrow from special access libraries, some of which are distant from their homes; I can think of a few articles, even some recent ones, where editors traveled some distance or had to make special arrangements to obtain access to these references. That is why when articles are on Featured Article Review, the only notice is on the talk page of the article, and an extended review time is provided. Maintenance tags are intended to be "fix now" issues that can be quickly resolved. Again, apologies if I came across as snippy. I don't really want you to go around tagging thousands of articles; I'd rather you do what you seem to have a real talent for, which is finding those reference sources and cleaning up those articles. Thanks for uploading Image:TheD4.jpg. You've indicated that the image is being used under a claim of fair use, but you have not provided an adequate explanation for why it meets Wikipedia's requirements for such images. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check

• That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for each article the image is used in.
• That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.
