I disagree. It's a work in progress, and so far, that is what it is. I see your point, I just disagree with it. If we don't win it all, I suggest we combine 2007 and 2008 sections. Hopefully, though, we will have to write a sub article on the Great 08 Cubbies.

That said, what a great day.... 10 more games.... NO PRESSURE!!!! I love it!!!!

Hello, There seems to be some areas missing in Chester benningtons history the early years (actually quite a bit)!... there are some missing additions as well as bands he has played for that have not been added. To make the last statment true prior to linkin park (XERO, HYBRID THEORY) The last band that he played for prior to Leaving Phoenix to go audition for Xero was NRG with Coney Huhn, A two piece. Please make note of it so the information is correct. Thanks 98.165.129.90

hey. this is a shout out. seriously, if someone wrote on a page and the text sounds legible and wouldnt upset anyone but is not cited, shouldn't the user to delete the text veryfy if the text is actually correct? shouldn't they go on the internet and check if the user was correct but didn't cite? if they were wrong the user must delete it, but if they were right, they user who would otherwise delete the text, should cite it or atleast try to help the other user for their work was put in and they probably wasted all that time. please answer this!!

that is fine...but the fact is that if you take the responsibility to post correct information on a website as big as wikipedia, shouldnt you be generous enough to respect what someone else has done and check it before deleting it. if you find it fake then deleting it is the best thing you could do...but deleting it even if it is true....dude...thats a bit cruel.. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.231.131.94 (talk) 07:28, 27 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Exactly!!!! StarScream1007 keeps deleting anything he cannot Google. I'm sorry guy but everything doesn't always appear on Google nor the web. Again you should at least please try AZ Secretary of State trade names from the years 1998 - 1999 is when the name should have been purchased and published for NRG music. The Trade names if they are not re-newed I am not sure if they stay on file or not with the AZSOS. I could make a website and post all kinds of information that is not true just like anyone else but that doesn't make the information TRUE AND CORRECT even though it is now VERIFIABLE! Anyways, my point being the information is absolutely true and correct so please let it post! It appears you've attributed to revisions made to the Madden NFL page by an anonymous IP to me...which they weren't. So I took another look at what you did. My apologies. I read it wrong and thought you were attributing the edits made by the IP 66.229.246.168 to me. Resident Evil 5

edit

I believe that Ozwell Spencer's fate is an important fact to be mentioned in the Resident Evil 5 article. He has been made a pivotal character in every RE game since the first, and there are sources that there are many fans who are saddened by his abrupt, unexpected demise. [1] EgraS (talk) 00:36, 9 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

OK this isn't Resident Evil 5-related but I've noticed at least some people are appreciating my work and have put my the release date style I created into their own version :) instead of others complaining its too discriptive....there could never be such things as too much information so um this is rare for me to say cause some admins here act like A-holes and complain about my way of doing things when each of us have our own so thank you nad I'm glad i'm inspiring people to put some of my way of writing an article in this case a resident evil article into their own...even myself I look at some of the latest article versions n compare it to mine to c what im missing or what need to b updated so glad to help...instead of sum of you admins complaining you should know that Wikipedia is a user created website where every1s voice should be heard...now ofcourse we are all not gonna agree on the way we edit but thats also the beauty of it we all have our own unique style of editing. I take some info from updated article versions n put it into my own in case im outdated in some information in my version of the article and the same goes the other way around so instead of some of the admins complaing about how some people do things they should appreciate that there's millions of us here editing for a good cause(at least most of us LOL) so thanx again guy or girl who put so of my ideas into your own....lets hope we inspire each other and no argue n not get harrassing emails form admins telling you they dont like your way of doing things cause we r all unique in doing articles....some look almost the same others completely different but even in the slightest way we r somehow working together for the same cause (n most of us dont even get paid for it lol).Like hopefully most of u I want to come here and look for an article that contains the most updated info n most informative facts so i wont have to go to a bunch of sites to look for a certain fact...its better to c all dat in just 1 article than lookin for many articles on different websites to get info lil by lil which I did for example in the releasde dates in the resident evil franchise which is mainly my focus until i finish them all....like some of you I put hours of editing and research in some websites in my case I found a very informative website that gives me the release dates n other info of most the release on the resident evil franchise called "Lost Releases".com ,gamefaqs.com and other articles in wikipedia mostly to get my facts in releases so all u other editors can go there too and tell some of them simple minded admins that my information is as accurate as possible....thnx again and I'm glad ppl are taking some of my ideas and put it on their own....69.125.30.234 (talk) 16:52, 29 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

Replaceable fair use Image:TomWad.JPG

edit

Replaceable fair use

Thanks for uploading Image:TomWad.JPG. I noticed the description page specifies that the media is being used under a claim of fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this media is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the media description page and edit it to add {{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original replaceable fair use template.
  2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per our non-free content policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Wizardman 17:09, 22 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

The reason I continue to remove your "additions" to the NHL 10 page is because you are simply adding a paragraph with no basis. You say that the be-a-pro feature will be changed, but you do not specify as to how, or where you are receiving this information. Hello StarScream1007/ShadowJester07,

I was curious as to why you undid my edits. What are the "uncanny misfortunes" they have encountered? In watching the series, they have been phenomenally fortunate, achieving wealth and fame that even the most successful mainstream rock bands in this world have not approached, let alone death metal bands with a much narrower audience. They have survived all assassination attempts, usually by without even being aware of it, and there's no sign that there success will abate in the future. If I misunderstood what you wrote, please clarify what you meant. Since I think what I wrote was accurate in context, "often massively destructive actions and supernatural good fortune", there should be a way to include both your text and mine in the article. Please let me know your thoughts.

Tom Waddle "vandalism"

edit

I added material to the Tom Waddle page. It was removed and I was accused of vandalism.

If you were the person who cited my addition as vandalism, you are either an idiot or you don't know the Tom Waddle subject. Tom Waddle gained fame as a Chicago Bears wide receiver and his most memorable event was the day he was administered smelling salts three times, thus tying the unofficial smelling salts record.

If you don't like the way I wrote up the event, then edit it. Or even remove it and tell me that the tone or tenor was off. Don't act like I was vandalizing Wikipedia. I only added the material because I saw an article that was so badly lacking and I wanted to contribute.

Madden Curse

edit

I'm sorry, you just erased an hour of my work on Madden NFL. The talk section doesn't really explain the grounds for you doing that. I'd appreciate an explanation as all of my edits were cited and correct. The whole section of "Madden Curse" is based on circumstance, certainly there is no such thing as a curse but there's no reason to eliminate the coincidence of the situation. Furthermore, the Madden NFL talk page shows large interest in keeping or expanding the "Curse" section as well as disappointment in the removal o the original curse article. From what I gather, you are the only one in that discussion who's against it. The majority of the editors want the information in there. You have no right to delete someone's work because of your own personal opinion.ASPENSTITALKCONTRIBUTIONS 16:18, 11 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

  • The discussion on the talk page of the original Madden Curse [2] article it was decided to Merge the information with the Madden NFL article, not to remove it or reduce it. There is no reason to allow 2 references but not 6 or more. The "Madden Curse" is brought up every season because every season the player on the cover of the game gets injured. Its interesting and notable and based on most of the talk discussions, most editors find the information worthy. I'm not sure why you're going so far over this, all this information enriches the article and it harms no one. It also doesn't detract anything from that core of the article. Gears of War 2

edit

I'm going to presume this was a mistake as I've seen you make good edits consistently, but you messed up here when you reverted gibberish. You also reverted a good edit and made it look like you made a bad one. --ThejadefalconSing your songThe bird's seeds 10:00, 3 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

AfD nomination of List of creatures in the Resident Evil series

edit

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is List of creatures in the Resident Evil series. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of creatures in the Resident Evil series (2nd nomination). Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:11, 27 October 2009 (UTC)Reply
