On to-do #7

If you want individual characters to be circled, there are Unicode characters for that (ⓁⒾⓀⒺ ⓉⒽⒾⓈ).

Or this could be what you're aiming for.

Might be worth having a look at the real-life examples at WP:SIGTUT too.

If you want an actual circle with text inside, I am almost sure that there is a way to do that (I swear I've seen a circle with text inside on a userpage before), but I don't remember how. I'm finished with a revised draft of the article and am currently trying to align it with the Manual of Style. Unfortunately, I've been caught up in some personal affairs, so I haven't finished as quickly or updated you as much as I wanted to, but I expect to have the final draft completed by tomorrow, at which point I can share the draft for it to be looked over and nominated. Hi! I wanted to provide you another update. I'm finished looking over the draft myself and have submitted it as an edit to the mainspace article, which you can see here. If you want to take a look at it yourself, I'd really appreciate any comments or criticism. Because it's a significant revision, I wrote a message on the talk page in case any conflicts arise from one of my changes. After consulting with another significant contributor to the article, I've co-nominated it as a good article with them, which you can see on this page.
