List of Houthi Drones And Missiles moved to draftspace
editAn article you recently created, List of Houthi Drones And Missiles, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. — rsjaffe 🗣️ 00:27, 6 September 2022 (UTC)
Inventory Tables
editPlease avoid cramming non-notable detailed information into table entries, the reader should be able to click a Wikilink to see details on a corresponding page - Further do not use unreliable sourcing, "Oryx" appears to be dubious at best - See: Wikipedia:Identifying reliable sources for help. And finally avoid personal attacks, as you did here, if you continue to disruptively edit, you may be blocked - Thank You FOX 52 talk! 15:33, 18 September 2022 (UTC)

editPlease stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at Kamov Ka-50, you may be blocked from editing. BilCat (talk) 22:16, 22 September 2022 (UTC)
- See this discussion on Oryx - there are questions about the site's reliability and the discussion says that at best the source needs to be attributed and shouldn't be used for anything controversial.Nigel Ish (talk) 14:43, 23 September 2022 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced or poorly sourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at Kraken Regiment. Twitter source is not valid, you have been warned about poor referencing before. TylerBurden (talk) 23:40, 29 September 2022 (UTC)
Please stop deleting detailed, sourced information, even if it is for formating. If you keep destroying the work of others for no reason like you did with List of foreign aid to Ukraine during the Russo-Ukrainian War, you may get blocked from editing. Disambiguation link notification for November 23
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited 25th Airborne Brigade (Ukraine), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Hvardiiske. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

editPlease refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Liberation of Kherson. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively, you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant noticeboards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Do not WP:EW. Aircraft inventory table update
editRefer to latest series of edits that updates aircraft inventory table on air forces pages, whereas you replace format on the "Aircraft" column from [Manufacturer Type Identifier Name] to just [Type Identifier Name], such as on 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
Kindly please do not change format of "Aircraft column" on Aircraft inventory table when updating those table. Wikipedia:WikiProject Aviation/Style guide/Lists#General lists of aircraft types suggest that Where possible use the same name as the aircraft article, in the format [Manufacturer Type Identifier Name].
Thank you. Ckfasdf (talk) 02:30, 7 December 2022 (UTC)
World Air Forces source
editAgain refer to your latest edit to update aircraft inventory table on air forces pages using World Air Forces data.
Such as on Algerian Air Force page, you remove Zlín Z 42 and Zlín Z 43 from the inventory table because WAF 2023 didn't list them. Meanwhile previous source is based on SIPRI data and there is still news on those aircraft in 2022.
While World of Air Forces issued by Flightglobal is generally considered as reliable source, it's not always best source.
If there is an Air Force page that listed an aircraft on its inventory table that is not listed on World of Air Forces 2023 (WAF2023), it doesn't means you have to remove that aircraft from the inventory table (esp. when the source is also reliable, such as Stockholm International Peace Research Institute/SIPRI or Military Balace issued by International Institute for Strategic Studies).
Please use common sense when updating. Thank you. Ckfasdf (talk) 13:36, 7 December 2022 (UTC)

Introduction to contentious topics
editYou have recently been editing Eastern Europe or the Balkans which has been designated a contentious topic. This standard message is designed as an introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.
A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as contentious topics. These are specially-designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia’s norms and policies are more strictly enforced and Wikipedia administrators have special powers in order to reduce disruption to the project.
Within contentious topics, editors should edit carefully and constructively, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:
- adhere to the purposes of Wikipedia;
- comply with all applicable policies and guidelines;
- follow editorial and behavioural best practice;
- comply with any page restrictions in force within the area of conflict; and
- refrain from gaming the system.
Editors are advised to err on the side of caution if unsure whether making a particular edit is consistent with these expectations. If you have any questions about contentious topics procedures you may ask them at the arbitration clerks' noticeboard or you may learn more about this contentious topic here. You may also choose to note which contentious topics you know about by using the {{Ctopics/aware}} template.

Care to explain...
edit...why in the articles for the Syrian Air Force ([3]), People's Liberation Army Air Force ([4]), Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force ([5]) or Japan Air Self-Defense Force ([6]), you keep adding the sub-heading "Special mission unit" for aircraft such as the Piper PA-32, Boeing 737 MAX, Boeing 707 or Boeing E-767, when nothing in the article, the article's sources, or the articles for those, or any of the other aircraft listed under the sub-heading, indicate any such use by those particular Air Forces? Unless you can properly support your edits, don't make them. They just make Wikipedia a poorer source of information and create work for other editors that have to fix these changes. - wolf 23:25, 1 February 2023 (UTC)
- Because they are listed as such in the 2023 World Air Forces Directory Uwdwadafsainainawinfi (talk) 15:48, 2 February 2023 (UTC)
- Oh really? While some aircraft are listed as "Special Mission", you were linking that sub-heading to the article "Special mission unit". Have you read the article? Can you show where, on either the 2023 WAF Directory that "Special Mission Unit" is used, or in the SMU article, where it mentions anything about aircraft, (aside from the USAF 24 STS)...? If not, they you will need to stop creating links to incorrect articles. - wolf 22:58, 2 February 2023 (UTC)

edit Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Wagner Group into another page. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). Ukraine's Military unit article move
editHi.. I noticed that you moved some of Ukraine's Military unit article from [military unit page (Ukraine)] to [military unit page], such as on 1, 2, 3. You also create new Ukraine's military unit page without "(Ukraine)".
Kindly please note that we have guideline for government agency (which includes military unit) page on WP:NCGAL. It was explicitly state that When creating an article with a common title, be sure to disambiguate it properly
For your reference, other existing military unit article use "( [name of country] )" to disambiguate such as E Company, 506th Infantry Regiment (United States), 1st (United Kingdom) Division or 1st Air Defence Division (Russia). Ckfasdf (talk) 12:49, 9 February 2023 (UTC)
- But isn't that always the case? i thought this would only have to be done if there is a unit with the same or similar name Uwdwadafsainainawinfi (talk) 18:17, 9 February 2023 (UTC)
- WP:NCGAL is Wikipedia guideline, every editor should follow it. Since military unit article title/name is usually somewhat follows generic naming or common title such as "nn-th Corps/Division/Brigade/etc", it is very possible that there will be new military unit article with the same name but different countries in the future. WP:NCGAL also suggest When creating a new article with a name that might refer to another existing entity for which an article is not yet written, take care to "pre-disambiguate" it. You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Kraken Regiment. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Points to note:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Continuing to restore disputed content using WP:SYNTH references. TylerBurden (talk) 01:31, 20 March 2023 (UTC)
- Also on Skala Battalion, where you inserted content not supported by any reference at all, you have been warned about doing this numerous times. If you continue the same behaviour there doesn't seem to be any other option than reporting you to WP:AN/I. TylerBurden (talk) 01:41, 20 March 2023 (UTC)

editHello, I'm Ɋnym. I noticed that you recently removed content from List of equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine without adequately explaining why. Edit war
editYour recent editing history at List of equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war; read about how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. editYou were warned at 18:45, 7 March, 2023, to not continue to edit war at List of equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. At 22:40, March 7, 2023, you commited the same edits yet AGAIN. Unblock request
editUwdwadafsainainawinfi (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
I was banned for disregarding the edit warning because I thought if I clarified the issue on the article's talk page (which I believe we did) it would no longer apply. So that something like this doesn't happen again in the future, I will not revert any edits unless there is a reason to
Decline reason:
Not a bad unblock request, however you should read WP:CONSENSUS and follow its advice. You are only blocked (not banned which is slightly different) from 1 article, and can post on the talk page. To be unblocked early, you would need to convince an admin that you would not edit war. Saying that you would not revert unless there is a reason to does not instill this confidence. PhilKnight (talk) 17:05, 8 March 2023 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
Unblock request...
edit- I personally wouldn't have placed the block as Uwdwadafsainainawinfi has reverted edits made in violation of the WP:GS/RUSUKR extended-confirmed restriction. If these reverts had been made for the sole purpose of enforcing the ban, they would have been exempt from the edit warring policy as described in point "D" of the restriction. This was arguably not the case, though, as not even Uwdwadafsainainawinfi has claimed this exception. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 06:42, 9 March 2023 (UTC)
- Will my unblock request be addressed once again or left unanswered? Uwdwadafsainainawinfi (talk) 09:38, 9 March 2023 (UTC)
- Unblock requests appear at CAT:RFU and usually take multiple days, sometimes months, to be answered. Whether there is a quick answer usually depends on two factors:
- If it's an easy case, and
- if there is an administrator left who hasn't yet declined.
- For example, neither 331dot nor PhilKnight will decide about the newest request. They were quick, others are slower.
- I am afraid your newest request might not really be honest, as the WP:GS/RUSUKR violation was probably not the reason for your reverts. You would have said so much earlier, perhaps even when reverting.
- The block is also not really much of a problem, I'd hope. It's a time-limited block from editing one single article and there are 6,628,191 other articles you can edit in the meantime.
- Best regards,
~ ToBeFree (talk) 20:07, 9 March 2023 (UTC)- Thanks for the clarification :)
- Just wanted to get rid of this block since I was trying to figure out a way to shrink List of equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
- So what would you suggest? Delete the unblock request? Uwdwadafsainainawinfi (talk) 20:17, 9 March 2023 (UTC)
- If, in all honesty, the restriction violation was not really the reason for your reverts, then I'd indeed recommend removing the appeal. Waiting for the block to expire is probably the easiest approach for all involved. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 20:20, 9 March 2023 (UTC)
- Thanks, will do. Uwdwadafsainainawinfi (talk) 20:21, 9 March 2023 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on Wagner Group activities in Libya requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. Warning for removing properly sourced contents, vague edit summary and copyright violations
editIn this edit, you removed numerous references from different websites which are reliable and instead applied a blanket reference to Oryx website. Your edit summaries are vague or misleading which I have already warned you about in December 2022. Furthermore, you're committing copyright violations by copying text straight from Oryx's webpage. I have manually reverted your changes. Wikipedia is a collaborative project and there are expected norms in this community. If you continue to insist on your personal preference of content or violate these policies, I shall have no choice but to begin issuing escalating blocks that restrict your ability to edit. OhanaUnitedTalk page 05:04, 19 May 2023 (UTC)
- Many more changes to the section of military vehicles remain unreverted, and page is locked.
- See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:List_of_equipment_of_the_Armed_Forces_of_Ukraine#Please_revert_page_to_when_it_was_useful. Franfran2424 (talk) 10:38, 24 May 2023 (UTC)
- Since the article was/is many times too big, compromises had to be made, unnecessary information etc. was therefore removed. Uwdwadafsainainawinfi (talk) 10:52, 24 May 2023 (UTC)

. OhanaUnitedTalk page 14:10, 31 May 2023 (UTC)- @OhanaUnited Oryx personally gave me his official permission to use them.
- And because banning me from everything is meaningless, just do it for the articles that are pertinent. Uwdwadafsainainawinfi (talk) 18:45, 31 May 2023 (UTC)
- If you have anything against me, just ban me from List of equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Uwdwadafsainainawinfi (talk) 19:04, 31 May 2023 (UTC)
Unblock request
editHey @ToBeFree, I would be very grateful for any advice on how to at least clear the blockage on the other articles.
Best regards, Uwdwadafsainainawinfi (talk) 19:33, 31 May 2023 (UTC)
- Hi Uwdwadafsainainawinfi, the best recommendation for users affected by a sitewide block that automatically expires after 61 days is to wait 61 days before continuing to use the English Wikipedia. In the meantime, check if there's a Wikipedia in another language you are fluent in (meta:List of Wikipedias) if you want to prove that you already understand how to edit productively. Editing other Wikipedias is a relatively common advice (for example, WP:SO mentions this) and is fine because your block applies to the English Wikipedia only. However, if you do not actually understand what led to the block and if you just continue making similar edits on other wikis, you'll worsen your situation.
- Take your time to learn what led to the block and to learn how to avoid making the same mistakes in the future. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 19:41, 31 May 2023 (UTC)
- Thanks, but if I have Oryx's written permission, that shouldn't be copyright infringement, should it? Uwdwadafsainainawinfi (talk) 19:44, 31 May 2023 (UTC)
- If you haven't done so, you will need to ask Oryx to send an email to Volunteer Response Team (VRT) indicating that they are releasing their website's contents under a suitable copyright license that allows Wikipedia to re-use Oryx's contents. The VRT team will note the email ticket # which confirms that Oryx's contents have been appropriately released for re-use. Until and unless that happens, we have to assume that what you did was copyvios. Furthermore, a number of editors have raised concerns about your blanket reliance on Oryx as source (while removing non-Oryx sources) and removing contents. You have been reminded twice by myself about using misleading summaries, removing properly sourced contents and committing copyright violations [7][8]. Yet you failed to engage in conversations or change your behaviour, but continued to "do things your way" without participating collaboratively. Honestly, two months is quite short when you could be blocked for any of the following reasons: vandalism, removing sourced contents, removing references and copyright violations. OhanaUnitedTalk page 20:19, 31 May 2023 (UTC)
- It was already determined that the article was too big, I shared the article with another user, one possible solution was to replace the various sources with Oryx (reduces the article) Uwdwadafsainainawinfi (talk) 20:34, 31 May 2023 (UTC)
- @OhanaUnited And what action made you block me now and not before? Uwdwadafsainainawinfi (talk) 20:40, 31 May 2023 (UTC)
- Blocks are meant to be preventative. I have attempted to assume good faith and explained what you could to do improve, but your disruptive behaviour did not change and I had no choice but to impose the block. OhanaUnitedTalk page 20:48, 31 May 2023 (UTC)
- I haven't removed any more content without attesting to it, and I've also put everything in lower case, as you requested. Uwdwadafsainainawinfi (talk) 20:50, 31 May 2023 (UTC)

- @OhanaUnited And why don't you just block me on the respective articles? Uwdwadafsainainawinfi (talk) 20:46, 31 May 2023 (UTC)
- Because others are discovering more and more problematic edits by you, see User talk:Ceriy#Edits by Uwdwadafsainainawinfi. Within last 24 hours, we have expanded the scope of your overt vandalism from 2 articles to 4 articles. How many more page vandalism are we going to discover? At this point, I'm inclined to up the block to indefinite because you've been shown to be not here to build an encyclopedia. (Pinging ToBeFree as courtesy) OhanaUnitedTalk page 14:02, 1 June 2023 (UTC)
- Thanks – OhanaUnited, if there was actual vandalism, intentionally damaging, malicious behavior involved, by all means do feel free to increase the block duration including to indefinite. My only concern about doing so would be the time spent by others on evaluating the sure-to-come appeal(s). The beauty of automatic expiry is the ability to simply decline an appeal by pointing to it. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 17:18, 1 June 2023 (UTC)
