On our talk page , the group directed our attention to the progress page for the project. I would say that any "three squares" article would probably still be A-Class, and a "two squares" article would be B-Class and still usable. "Four squares" would seem to mean "complete" but I don't think any have reached that point yet; nevertheless even the three square articles look pretty impressive to me.

We should refer to the Chemistry worklist . This is officially just "proposed" at the moment, but I think it's highly likely to be adopted. Assessments still being done, but already quite a few A & B-Class.
We should refer to the WP Chemicals worklist , which tracks around 380 articles. There is a monthly summary posted here . As of January there were 3 FAs (now 4), 25 A-Class and 87 B-Class.

These project split off from WP:Chemicals in mid-2005. The worklist is still part of the WP:Chemicals worklist. It contains 5 B-Class, no A-Class, though these haven't been assessed recently. The group also has an extensive list of articles , but these have yet to be assessed.
