Kid Icarus
editThe Reference shows only sales in Japan. Kid Icarus was only released on the Disk System (as far as i know) in Japan. I have already moved the game to that Section. It schould be deleted here unless we use the Famicom Disk System sales. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Nebelmond (talk • contribs) 12:48, 22 March 2011 (UTC)
- Hmmm, I dunno. The source lists it as Famicom, not Disk System (I has both consoles' games listed). That said, it's quite possible that they simply put it in the wrong place, or even just made the figures up. I'm not sure I trust that source anyway - it doesn't give any sources for its figures and the site seems very amateurish to me (full of broken images, lots of plain text etc). - By the way, I notice you have made a great many updates/additions to various best-selling games lists - cheers for that, we need more people adding what info they have . Alphathon /'æl.f'æ.ðɒn/ (talk) 15:43, 22 March 2011 (UTC)

Nintendo shipments
editI found this thread where the poster lists all of Nintendo's shipments for their titles over a million. It seems to be correct and the poster seems to fairly accurate with her other posts on other sales topics. The issue is I would use other sources (since a forum post isn't exactly the most credible of sources), but it doesn't seem like all this is proper out there. Should I use this source or should I try looking harder? Astrogamer (talk) 14:53, 26 April 2015 (UTC)

CESA Games White Papers Citations Unclear
editThe CESA Games White Papers only go back to 1997, so where are these NES/Famicom-era numbers coming from? Which issue(s) are being cited? Xscapist (talk) 20:27, 5 January 2022 (UTC)
