Generally, successful admins have been around for a couple years at least and have thousands of edits. However, long tenure and edit count don't automatically mean someone will have consensus for them to become an admin. There's no mystery as to why you're blocked. Your goal should be convincing administrators why they should trust that the reasons for your block will not continue, constantly threatening to continue the disruption is an extremely poor way of going about that.
