Your SPARQL query for Inari Saami
editHi there, Yupik. I was happy to see that on the basis of this query, you were able to establish the proportion of women¨s biographies in the Inari Saami version of Wikipedia. Would it be possible to use this approach for other languages when Humaniki runs into problems and there are serious delays in posting updates? As women's biographies on the EN wiki are now running close to 20%, it would be interesting to see the result of a similar SPARQL query for English, if you could find the time to adapt it. Thanks for your continued interest in Women in Red. Happy editing!--Ipigott (talk) 07:31, 24 August 2024 (UTC)
- I can't get it to work for English; it just times out. But Tagishsimon is a wizard with sparql! - Yupik (talk) 13:52, 24 August 2024 (UTC)
- Thanks for trying. Let's hope Tagishsimon responds but he has not been very active recently. In any case, we can still expect regular updates from Humaniki.--Ipigott (talk) 15:19, 24 August 2024 (UTC)

ArbCom 2024 Elections voter message
editHello! Voting in the 2024 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 2 December 2024. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
