  1. ^ apparently due to a paging-bug in the securePoll interface , related to timestamps , User:Mr._Gustafson does not appear at the bottom of the page , when paging through by sets of 18 raw votes... please reset your URL to be https://vote.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:SecurePoll/list/560&offset=20151123205105&limit=18 , after passing User:Tonyinman , so that User:Mr.Gustafson appears at the bottom of the page as expected. For the paranoid, please note this appears to be a logic flaw in the programming of the securePoll GUI resulting in a mostly-harmless rendering-bug , and very much does *not* appear to be a problem with the innards of securePoll itself, in terms of election credibility.  :-)     No need to WP:PANIC about this.

  •  Y I've done a preliminary check... not sure what the 'struck' means not counted for whatever reason and 'greyed' things mean though, maybe just indicate re-voting? have asked Guy Macon about the 9 usernames , and marked them above. If somebody can double-check the names, that would be helpful, to make sure I didn't miss any greyed-out stuff. anybody who does NOT want to be contacted at present... there are 3 usernames I found.
  •  Y compose and get consensus for User talk:75.108.94.227/exit poll possible questions the new group at User_talk:GamerPro64/ACE2015_exit_poll
  •  Y figure out if Gamer/Ryk/Samtar are willing to receive email-responses, from any of the possible participants who wish their feedback to be anonymized before publication
    •  Y Gamer says yes , Special:Email/GamerPro64 should be configured and working , can somebody else please test it out, by sending them a test-email?
    •  Y Ryk72 says yes. ...but not sure Special:Email/Ryk72 is configured, shows as a redlink?
  •  Y verify whether any possible participants are marked as retired , have added themselves to the no-spam category , are bot-accounts(!) , or other red flags that suggest we ought not spam them
  • hand-deliver usertalk messages to each of the possible participants
  • as results and responses arrive , calculate the averages in batches of ten and create a results-table ; after all results are in , we can do a final recalc of all the data , rather than the incremental 10-per-batch thing
  • publish preliminary piece as a subsection of WP:Wikipedia_Signpost/2015-12-02/Arbitration_report WP:Wikipedia_Signpost/2015-12-09/Arbitration_report
  • keep updating the piece , as additional survey-responses arrive , in small independently-analyzed batches of ten on-wiki sets of answers , and separately batches of ten-off-wiki answers , as the answers come rolling in
