editDeletion of redirect
editIf you are going to close a deletion debate, that is your perogative. Nor will I necessarily argue with your assessment of the direction that the debate was going. You can not, however, delete using a speedy-deletion justification once any editor has argued in good faith to keep the page. The rules for speedy-deletion are unambiguous. They are for deletions which every reasonable editor would agree require deletion. Once dissent has been expressed, however, you do not have the necessary unanimity to use the speedy-deletion criteria.
Speedy-deletion criterion G6 in particular can not be used to delete the redirects that are automatically created during the pagemove process unless, for example, you are only temporarily deleting in order to complete a multistep pagemove or history merger. Deletion of User talk:92.16.229.56
editHi, my watchlist says you G7'd this page. Did it appear to be at my request? If so, I think there might have been some impersonation going on. Can you sent me the diff for the G7 request, because I can't remember making such a request. I did post some vandalism warning messages there, though.... - Pointillist (talk) 00:39, 29 January 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks for undeleting. I thought I had only done that at User talk:78.86.213.106—apparently I was assuming more good faith than I realised, but the vandalisms and partial reverts at Bruce Forsyth took a lot of unscrambling, so maybe I made a mistake. Do restore the deletion if you wish: and thanks for the speedy response. - Pointillist (talk) 00:51, 29 January 2011 (UTC)

All right, new template up at {{Tweet}}. Image could use some work, but I'm sure someone will link a better-quality one eventually. I may make the wording more unique later (I based it on the "You've got mail" template), but the background strangely was already blue. =) CycloneGU (talk) 23:43, 15 March 2011 (UTC)

The talk page of the above has been deleted again (see my query of 19 March above). Is there some glitch in the works that I need to correct? Beebuk 10:09, 30 March 2011 (UTC)
- The page log (linked in my first reply to you) shows that MuZemike deleted it several hours ago, quite likely because the weekly update of Wikipedia:Database reports/Blank single-author pages included it again. The talk page can be undeleted for a second time, but it will probably continue to appear in that database report as long as you leave it blanked.

Avalanche City
edit→ in re: Avalanche City (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views)
I'm wondering why the page for Avalanche City was deleted. They are a notable band from New Zelaand, and it sems that New Zealand bands get deleted quite quickly. This is the third time that a band has been at number 1 for a while, and then I've gone to look them up (to get a more neutral perspective than the bands website) only to find out that they have been deleted.
I would create an article, but I'm not sure that it is worth the effort if it is going to just get deleted because they are a New Zealand band, and therefore not considered notable in the rest of the world. Mykuhl (talk) 12:40, 6 April 2011 (UTC)
- It contained only one line, was blanked by the author, and deleted per {{db-g7}}. If your article cites independent reliable sources which show the band's notability per Wikipedia:Notability (music), it is unlikely to be deleted. – Athaenara ✉ 12:57, 6 April 2011 (UTC)

- A non-free image not used in any articles would be orphaned fair use but a new version uploaded in an existing file which is used in articles is a different case in which deletion of only the larger version might be requested (I've had no experience with that). – Athaenara ✉ 09:20, 30 April 2011 (UTC)

Music of DJMax
edit→ see also: Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of DJMax track listings
So you just deleted the whole thing instead? No regard whatsoever about the content of those lists, or perhaps even move those lists to each game's pages? You may or may not know, but all of the individual games don't have those same extant lists on their page as they all link to the Music of DJMax page. Which you have just deleted. This results then in the DJMax pages not having any song list at all, in the same page or in a different page, here in wikipedia. Thus forcing someone looking for the list to go to deidicated wiki's like gaming wikia or djmax wikidot. In being too static and too keen in "following the rules", you ended up making a bigger problem. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wan2tri (talk • contribs) 05:48, 30 April 2011 (UTC)

I notice that you've just deleted this, under G8. I don't understand this - there should be a significant article there. There have been some recent disruptive edits to railway gauge related articles (a banned mega-sock, see WikiProject Trains) and it has likely been renamed. However it needs to be restored, and links to it (under this name) certainly shouldn't be restored. As you used G8, I'm assuming that the page had become a redirect to a deleted page. Can you please tell me which, so that I can try and track down the real page. Thanks Andy Dingley (talk) 00:02, 5 May 2011 (UTC)
- It was 15 inch track gauge (page log). – Athaenara ✉ 00:10, 5 May 2011 (UTC)
- Just confirming the message from Andy Dingley (talk · contribs) - this is an important article within the Trains WikiProject, albeit still developing. It has been lost through the Wiki-rape of the trains articles experienced over the last few days by mega-sock TC. It is important that we get it back. Timothy Titus Talk To TT 11:53, 5 May 2011 (UTC)
- The problem is that the article we're after probably wasn't deleted, but rather moved somewhere else. If this was G8'ed and didn't have a page history with content in it, it was presumably just a redirect. We still ought to find it, but it's "sideways" rather than "behind". Hi there,
I've been researching Nate Dunn to create an article which you deleted. I know that the article did not have references. I am in the process of adding those and don't check my Wiki account often enough to have protested your proposed deleting. Can this be restored so that I can add the appropriate references?

- Done, but after this people who want expired prods* restored are going to have to seek wider input at Requests for undeletion. Proposed deletion is a deliberately gentle community process with a built-in seven-day grace period. Marvel Entertainment Group
edit- Page blanking
Hi. I'm writing about Talk:Marvel Entertainment Group, which is listed as deleted as per my request. I'm involved in a merge proposal regarding Marvel Entertainment Group and Marvel Entertainment, and I'm unsure what I may have said or done to have that page blanked, but that was never my intention. For whatever I may have inadvertently indicated, I apologize. Is there any way to correct this? --Tenebrae (talk) 05:06, 9 May 2011 (UTC)

- Requesting guidance
Hi, Athaenara. You've been helpful to me and you have some passing familiarity with this page, so I'm hoping you can give me some guidance on how to proceed on a merger.
At Talk:Marvel Entertainment/Archives/2012#Merger proposal, after a week and after public notices on three pages (including WikiProject Comics and WikiProject Business), three disinterested editors hold a unanimous consensus for a merge of Marvel Entertainment and Marvel Entertainment Group. (Marvel Entertainment Group is the direct predecessor of Marvel Entertainment, so the material there would become the first part of the Marvel Entertainment article.) The one dissenter was the editor who split up Marvel Entertainment and Marvel Entertainment Group in the first place, without a split discussion — which, as the results here show, would likely have resulted in a "do not split."
What is the next step? Does an admin give approval? Does an editor afterward merge the material and notify an admin that it's done so that the talk pages can be merged? How does it work? With thanks, --Tenebrae (talk) 23:13, 9 May 2011 (UTC)
- I'm looking into that now. WikiProject Comics has a tag on the page, so might one or more members respond to a request on the project talk page? – Athaenara ✉ 08:20, 10 May 2011 (UTC)
- Whoops, I went over there to see how active the project was and found a five-day-old Merge proposal post from you. Did nobody show up to help out? – Athaenara ✉ 08:26, 10 May 2011 (UTC)
- My ability to intervene is constrained by the limits of my expertise (which does not include the comics universe) and as I've no experience with merging disputes I haven't a clue about their usual course. Sorry I wasn't more useful! – Athaenara ✉ 08:34, 10 May 2011 (UTC)
- No, you've been helpful and considerate, responding to requests and clarifying things. The extra work that you and other admins take on, in addition to your own editing, is much appreciated.
- I've completed the merger (which also included apparently long-overdue copy edits of atrocious grammar and other issues), and all that remains now is to remove the empty page Talk:Marvel Entertainment Group, if you could again extend your help. With thanks and regards, --Tenebrae (talk) 00:39, 11 May 2011 (UTC)

Can you please provide an explanation as to why the Conduit (network and publisher platform) page was deleted? The page wasn't biased and used perhaps dozens of articles in order to support the claims within. What was the reason for the deletion? The sources used were credible, too. It makes no sense. Please advise. I would like the page to go back up, or at least there should be a discussion regarding its deletion. Beobjectiveplease (talk) 20:52, 30 May 2011 (UTC)
Looking at it, it seems a user re-directed the page to go to "Conduit (virus)" instead of the "Conduit (network and publisher platform)" page. That page was subsequently deleted, which is why, it seems, the "Conduit (network and publisher platform)" page was deleted. Is it possible to put the legitimate "Conduit (network and publisher platform)" page back up? Conduit, as can be seen in the articles used to build the page, is not a virus and this user is simply acting maliciously. Would love your help here as I think the deleted was unwarranted (Conduit was even rumored to be the subject of a bidding war by Google and Bing recently, so for this user to paint Conduit as a virus is absurd).Beobjectiveplease (talk) 21:03, 30 May 2011 (UTC)

Thank you.Marty Rockatansky (talk) 03:19, 29 June 2011 (UTC)
- It had no cited sources (merely four external links which would never be considered independent WP:RS: www.wfca.info, www.fightclub.lv, www.wfca-germany.de, www.wfca-czech.cz) and had been tagged for lack of notability and needing references since January 2011. Hi Athaenara, Thank you for your response, The person who proposed this page for deletion, Harley Hudson aka Oatto471 is a user that has been permanently blocked by Wikipedia. Australian football category talk deletions
edit→ in re: category talk pages in 06:10, 01 July 2011 (UTC) update of Database reports/Orphaned talk pages
You might want to check your deletions of the Category Talks for the Australia football ones. I think Unreal7 did a lot of moves of the Category talks before the Categories got moved. For example, Category talk:Football (soccer) in Australia articles by quality was moved to Category talk:Association football in Australia articles by quality. However, Category:Football (soccer) in Australia articles by quality is still there.
Unless I'm totally confused. There does seem to be some mass renaming going on, but I think a few of the moves were done early. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 07:23, 1 July 2011 (UTC)

This article was only half completed, and was tagged for AfD. The author, Tyler j1992, asked me what to do. I suggested that he develop it his own user space and in the mean time, to avoid deletion by AfD and so avoid WP:CSD#G4 when it was finished, to tag it for {{db-author}}. Well, the user did just that. The AfD was closed, and the user started work in his user space. To my horror, another user Ck786 has just created the same half-empty article (with two columns swapped), under a slightly modified title.
Can you look at Triple J Hottest 100 Australian Albums of All Time, 2011, please? It's not worthy or an article because half of the list is half empty. If there's nothing we can do, then can we re-open the AfD; it only had four days to run. I feel terrible, and this sets a very bad example for Tyler j1992: play by the rules, and get beaten to the draw. — Fly by Night (talk) 06:54, 3 July 2011 (UTC)

- I'm not sure that an AN/I is the place for this. If I mention it, they'll just say that no-one owns articles and it doesn't matter who creates them, as long as they get created. My experience of AN/I is that quite a lot of the admins don't actually want to deal with anything. It's usually: "What do you want us to do?" or "You're in the wrong place." It usually has to be very serious before it's even read. Besides that, I opened an AN/I yesterday. If I go back again today then I'll look like a moaning old git. What about re-opening the AfD? — Fly by Night (talk) 07:13, 3 July 2011 (UTC)
- I don't see you acting like a moaning old git or being credibly accused of it. My view is that the issue needs more admins assessing it. – Athaenara ✉ 07:22, 3 July 2011 (UTC)

Hi Athaenara
I just noticed that you have deleted the page on Dr. Nabil Ayad at http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Nabil_Ayad&action=edit&redlink=1 quite surprisingly for your concern that 'Notability is not asserted'. I find it hasty and reckless because Dr. Ayad is a notable and distinguished personality of worldwide recognition and repute.
If you had just googled his name you probably would not have proceeded to delete the page.
Dr. Ayad is the founder head of the Diplomatic Academy of London which is world's top school of diplomacy and the only one of its kind. DAL has taught and trained generations of diplomats for over three decades and Dr. Ayad is the founder leader of the school. He has worked with Sir Peter Marshall and written a number of books on the subject. - Vandalism without a trace??
Hi. I see that you are the admin who deleted the Talk page for "David S. Rose", so perhaps you can help explain what's going on. Until a week ago there was a page titled "David S. Rose", which was a living person biographical page about the technology entrepreneur. The page had been in place for a number of years, was fully sourced, regularly updated by multiple editors (including me), in compliance with all guidelines, and non-controversial. Apparently at 05:15 on 13 July 2011 a user named Barsoom1988 (a new account with no other activity) deleted the page in its entirety, and redirected the original to a seven line article about David Stuart Rose, a nineteenth century mayor of Milwaukee. The strange thing is that the deletion seems to have been done without leaving a trace, and there seems now to be no edit history of that page. All the Wikipedia links to the original article are now coming up as invalid, including the link to the original article's Talk page (which I gather that you deleted, because with the original article vandalized out of existence, there was nothing to talk about.) Can you explain how a page can be deleted/vandalized without leaving a trace? And how the original article can be restored (and, I assume, the vandal banned)? Thanks! Yorker (talk) 05:23, 17 July 2011 (UTC)

Snow White and the Huntsman
edit→ in re: Snow White and the Huntsman (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views)

- Snow White and the Huntsman movie page deleted
I don't quite understand why the movie page for Snow White and the Huntsman was deleted. The bookmark I saved for Snow White and the Huntsman now directs me to the generic Snow White page where there is a one line blurb about the film.
I found it in the deletion log and and it led me here and the codes used were "F5: Unused non-free media: WP:CSD#G7: one author who has requested deletion)" But the title in the deletion log is "File:Snow White and the Huntsman.jpg" But it wasn't just a jpg that was deleted it was the whole page (confused)
I am curious if the 'author' requesting deletion is someone official (with the film or otherwise) or just another poster like myself. And if it's one author, and/or an issue with an image(s) then why was that content not deleted without the entire movie's page being deleted?
Is the page going to be redone or can it be restored?
(sorry this is so long) Janna47 (talk) 10:26, 26 July 2011 (UTC)
- The article (which was not deleted) was redirected per WP:NFF at least twice. The uploader of the file requested deletion, hence the WP:CSD#G7 aspect. – Athaenara ✉ 12:22, 26 July 2011 (UTC)

Dear Athaenara,
I noticed that you deleted EGovMoNet claiming that it was "(...) Nominated for seven days with no objection (...)." Unfortunately, I had added objections to the talk page and was in the process of improving the page. Please give me the opportunity to recuperate the content that I had created so that I can start over the article later.

BalboaRV deletion
edit→ in re: User:BalboaRV (edit | talk | history | links | watch | logs)
Why was I deleted? I am trying to build information about a rare motorhome built in the late 60's to early 70's. I need others out there to fill in a dying history of these RV's. I am not promoting a business. Just trying to build an imformation base. BalboaRV (talk) 02:22, 29 July 2011 (UTC)
- I undeleted it, but it's still tagged as spam. – Athaenara ✉ 02:27, 29 July 2011 (UTC)
What part of it is spam? I'm not selling or promoting anything. What can I remove to help? I only have the links for reference material. BalboaRV (talk) 02:33, 29 July 2011 (UTC)
- The perception of spam on Wikipedia is probably the combination of the username and the subject matter. At any rate, it could be moved to a subpage of your userspace where you can work on it as a {{userspace draft}}. Would you like me to move it for you? – Athaenara ✉ 02:37, 29 July 2011 (UTC)
Sure what ever works. I just want to create a page where others can contribute history on Balboa Motorhomes. I removed all the links if that helps. BalboaRV (talk) 02:40, 29 July 2011 (UTC)

Eyeka entry deletion

Hi, I wrote an entry yesterday about a French company called Eyeka, that I descrbed -to my opinion- quite objectively. It was flagged and removed within no more than 20 minutes, which is quite frustrating. It was my very first entry, so I might have not met the appropriate tone or structure for the description, but I did my best and looked at other corporate articles as benchmarks. Some of my friends also proofread it and did not notice "unambiguous promotion" as it was mentionned by Wikipedia. Now I'm here to learn, so I'd gladly review it in order to make it better... could you userfy the entry so that I can work on the draft? Perpetuum

- Deletion of article on Perpetuum
As this articles was marked for speedy deletion under 'G11. Unambiguous advertising or promotion' (although this was done 'speedy' only several hours ago and now deleted, without me being able to contest it), I'd like to point out that the article was almost solely based on the article for EVE Online, a very similar entity and as such a good starting point (in fact, I did little more than change details). If this article was to be 'fundamentally rewritten', well, you can probably see where I'm going with this. Additionally, Perpetuum is a fairly new game, with little 3rd party sourcing possible, so I was actually more than careful to remain neutral and informative. I did put some hours into this, was given no prior warnings on deletion or a chance to discuss why or why not this article is not Wikipedia material. It all seems fairly counter-productive.
Thanks,
Doek (talk) 01:32, 30 July 2011 (UTC)
- There was no indication that the game might be notable, it was promotional, and the only citations were to perpetuum-online.com. Deletion of Avner Shats
edit→ in re: Avner Shats (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views)
On June 29, 2011 the article about Avner Shats was deleted for the following reason: '"Avner Shats" was a joke by a group of slam poets in Tel Aviv called Bama Hadasha. It's funny but not about an actual person.')
It's funny but Avner Shats is an actual person. I have personally met him and I also have read some of his books and short stories. I would herewith like to attest to the genuine and actual existence of the real Avner Shats on this planet. I don't know if there might have been any other reasons for deleting his article, however, Avner Shats not being an actual person is definitely not according to the facts. Sometimes reality is funnier than fiction.

What does this mean?
edit→ in re: User talk:82.35.98.72 (edit | user page | history | links | watch | logs)
This cryptic message appears on my Watchlist, and in the Deletion Log along with many similar to it::
- (Deletion log); 18:57 . . Athaenara (talk | contribs) deleted "User talk:82.35.98.72"
- (G7: One author who has requested deletion or blanked the page: created and blanked by Ornithikos)
The message also appears in the Deletion Log. I don't need the page restored, I don't even know what it was. I have no idea what this message means, but I'm hoping you do since it has your name on it. Can you enlighten me? Ornithikos (talk) 20:56, 5 August 2011 (UTC)
- "G7" refers to one of the standard criteria for speedy deletion. In the deletion log, it was linked to WP:CSD#G7. If you follow that link, you'll see the full explanation (shortcuts are used because the software can't fit long rationales in a deletion field). – Athaenara ✉ 21:09, 5 August 2011 (UTC)
- Before writing you, I read everything I could discover, including G7. Author requests deletion. It is perfectly clear, but it tells me nothing. I did not knowingly create anything that would deserve deletion; blank anything, which would implicitly request deletion; or explicitly request any deletion. Whatever happened has no known connection to me of any kind, but my name is on it. Either I have something important to learn, and I hope to learn it, or I have been spoofed, which is what really worries me. Eternal vigilance is the price of online security! So I must ask you: do you know a way I can discover how this event relates to me? Ornithikos (talk) 22:37, 5 August 2011 (UTC)
- Sure, I undeleted it so you can see. – Athaenara ✉ 23:03, 5 August 2011 (UTC)
- Many thanks! I did indeed create that page, so I could extoll someone who had used only an IPA, then realized the futility of that technique and moved my message to the modified article. So I was wrong, I did blank a page, I just hadn't thought of it that way. I will blank it again and let nature take its course. Many thanks for your help! I was catastrophically spoofed once, and morbidly fear the slightest possibility of recurrence. Ornithikos (talk) 00:07, 6 August 2011 (UTC)

Thanks for the speedy deletion. I changed my name because I didn't want one that looked like a real name anymore. Is there a way to delete the link between my current and previous usernames? right now it says the one page was moved to the other at the user space. 018 (talk) 19:41, 15 August 2011 (UTC)
- The deletion log says that, yes, where it's visible only if someone clicks on the link for the deleted page. It could be restored and re-deleted with a different deletion summary but then both summaries would have the same marginal visibility. If there's a way to make an old deletion summary disappear, I don't know what it is; maybe Atama knows. – Athaenara ✉ 20:33, 15 August 2011 (UTC)

Hi Athaenara; I'm flummoxed to find that you deleted this article. The creator of the article has a spotty track record, with numerous articles speedy deleted, and some vandalism; I commented here: [6]. When they initially requested speedy on this, I did not consider it a good faith request, and took the trouble to find and add sources that would solidify its notability. Now it's gone and I'm shaking my head--literally. Were the sources and content not sufficient? It's received fairly broad coverage as one of the favored golf courses in New England [7]. Is it possible to SALT Peter Pepper and Peter Pepper (musician)? The latter has now had to be deleted three times in the past month. The first one was deleted four times in the past month, and seven times overall. Prior to this latest re-creation of the article, I explained to the author about G4 and why he had to go through DRV. He appears to be suffering from WP:IDIDNTHEARTHAT, and gave the same comments about why the article should be re-created when he re-created them this latest time. As was commented by the nominator in the most recent AfD:
- "I suggest we salt this article, and the redirect, as this article has a high likelihood of being recreated. If the point of our policies not allowing these articles is not gotten after 2 years of trying, I think a little more eloquence is needed. Hi! Thanks for deleting the page "Dilip jeste". I moved it to "Dilip V. Jeste" - it is a biography of the living person and both names should be capitalized. However, the wrong name is still visible as a "deletion log". Is there any chance to remove it from Wikipedia? I am not sure how to do it and I don't want to offend anyone (by this typo...). Even if it was full of fluffery, at least a consensus decision would be warranted here? I put it to you that you have overstepped your boundaries as a janitor and abused the privileges given to you by the community.
Please undo your "work" as soon as possible, and list it through AFD if you can't be bothered to improve or stubbify it. -- Marcika (talk) 14:29, 13 March 2012 (UTC)

Why did you delete Flores-Villar v. United States? Thank you very much. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.108.138.49 (talk) 04:27, 19 July 2012 (UTC)
- The author Tkobylski (talk · contribs) created it at 22:58, 10 November 2010 (UTC), at which time its sole content was an infobox giving the date and the docket number. One minute later, Guoguo12 (talk · contribs) tagged it for deletion per Wikipedia:CSD#A3 ("no content"). Currently, the explanation of A3 includes the following qualification:
- "However, a very short article may be a valid stub if it has context, in which case it is not eligible for deletion under this criterion. Similarly, this criterion does not cover a page having only an infobox, unless its contents also meet the above criteria. Caution is needed when using this tag on newly created articles." [emphasis added]
- (In November 2010 the wording of the middle line was Similarly, this criterion doesn't cover a page with an infobox with non-trivial information.)
- At any rate, Tkobylski blanked the page two minutes after that and Pdcook (talk · contribs) re-tagged it almost immediately per Wikipedia:CSD#G7 (author blanked page or requested deletion). I deleted it about ten minutes later.
- I don't know the current guidelines for Wikipedia articles about U.S. Supreme Court cases so I recommend taking it to Wikipedia:Requests for undeletion for discussion, because it could be undeleted and at least minimum referenced information identifying the issue(s) of the case added. – Athaenara ✉ 01:45, 23 July 2012 (UTC)
Hi Athaenara.
I noticed that you had deleted the talk page for this individual album. I have started a discussion on the parent article talk page about this. Perhaps you might like to take a look at the discussion?

Undeletion request for BSA CF2
edit→ in re: BSA CF2 (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views)
Hi Athaenara. I notice that page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BSA_CF2 was deleted last year (22:34, 9 May 2011) by yourself. any chance that page could be restored? It is linked to from page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gamo_(air_gun_manufacturer)#BSA_brand_Air_rifles. Although the BSA CF2 rifle may not be notable to everyone, Both the rifle and the manufacturer are well know in the UK west midlands area, and there is very little information available about it elsewhere - online or otherwise. Wasn't sure if I should come to you directly or just follow the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Requests_for_undeletion guidelines. Apologies if I should have done the later. Regards Steve.Stevegray63 (talk) 14:37, 24 September 2012 (UTC)
- I restored it per your request and removed the expired May 2011 WP:PROD tag, but it remains vulnerable to deletion as it is not yet encyclopedic and has no references at all. – Athaenara ✉ 00:14, 28 September 2012 (UTC)

- Except for notability and primary sources tags and the WP:PROD (the tagger's concern was ' Could not find sources verifying song's notability beyond its use in Family Guy '), here's the total content deleted last May:
- "This is a famous saloon piano song by Sam Fonteyn. It is used as the "Play me off, Johnny" music by the Vaudeville characters, Johnny and Vern, on Family Guy. This song shares a name with the nickname of the Tacoma Narrows Bridge (1940), though it is unknown if the bridge got its nickname from this song.

Your assistance please
editYou deleted the redirect Sarajudim (Guantanamo detainee -- not on the official list), as db-g7. Could you please tell me where it pointed?
Thanks Geo Swan (talk) 23:16, 3 May 2013 (UTC)
- Sorry for the delay - it was a db-g8 redirect to Sarajudim, which was a redirect you had tagged db-g7 after moving the article to User:Geo Swan/Guantanamo/Sarajudim, which now redirects to User:Geo Swan/Afghans repatriated from Guantanamo on 2003-03-23. – Athaenara ✉ 16:55, 8 May 2013 (UTC)

Richard Pearce (British actor)
edit→ in re: Richard Pearce (British actor) (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views)
Hello Athaenara. A few years ago in 2011, the article Richard Pearce (British actor) was deleted, causing a few red links to suddenly appear (see disambiguation page Richard Pearce and article The Adventures of Tintin, that I am trying to improve for FA. The red link in that particular article is not a point in favor for it, referring to Mr. Pearce's suddenly non-existent article. I understand the notability issue. My question is, can we get the deleted article back? Maybe then I can expand it a bit and we won't have red links. Cheers. —Prhartcom (talk) 21:18, 28 June 2013 (UTC)
- I restored it per your request and removed the two-year-old WP:PROD tag. I hope it can be improved sufficiently to protect it from further deletion tagging (WP:AFD would be a possibility, although it probably couldn't be speedied or prodded again). Good luck. – Athaenara ✉ 13:18, 30 June 2013 (UTC)
- Thanks to you, Athaenara. Yes, I suppose I'll have to work to improve this small article so that it won't be a black eye on the big article (that I'd rather be working on, that no one had been working on for two years). Thanks for wishing me good luck. Cheers. —Prhartcom (talk) 02:51, 1 July 2013 (UTC)

- It was created three years ago by user Eaglerunner24 (talk · contribs), who edited it for about 15 minutes on 12 July 2010 and then blanked the page and added a {{db-g7}} tag to request deletion.

Hello! This is just a polite notification to say that Ameritz, an article you deleted, has been resurrected as a disambiguation page. Ameritz Karaoke, which was the subject previously at Ameritz, has been redirected to the song it covered because there is not enough information to justify a standalone article. Could you move the deleted revisions of Ameritz to Ameritz Karaoke please?--Launchballer 01:07, 27 August 2013 (UTC)
