GA reviews

edit

Hi there Analog Horror, a belated welcome (I know you've been here for a while now, but welcome nonetheless)! I saw your username come up at Wikipedia_talk:Good_article_nominations#Talk:W_New_York_Union_Square/GA1. From a quick scan it looks like you've done two other reviews: Talk:Sabine Lake/GA1 and Talk:Bikram Choudhury/GA1. As you know, GA reviews can be taken on by any user. However, if you're a newer user, your reviews are likely to encounter additional scrutiny. Since we mostly edit under pseudonyms here, we build trust by demonstrating that we can competently improve the encyclopedia. If you're new to an area, you haven't had the opportunity to make that demonstration, and so you'll likely find users a bit less trusting of you. To ease their fears, I'd suggest expanding your reviews to clearly describe why you think the articles do or do not meet the Good article criteria. Your GA reviews so far are very short and only peripherally address the article. Whether that's because you read the article carefully and found nothing wrong with it (which is totally fine), or because you didn't perform a thorough review (not fine), I can't tell because you've not been around long enough for me to have a sense of the kind of work you do. I'd suggest you expand your reasoning on those reviews and consider asking for help with your next one (folks who have volunteered to mentor GA reviewers are listed here). There is a substantial backlog at WP:GAN and we need more reviewers to undertake thorough reviews of those candidates, so I appreciate your enthusiasm. But if you continue to leave un-detailed reviews, you may continue to receive pushback. I hope all is well. Happy editing. Ajpolino (talk) 19:44, 8 March 2020 (UTC)Reply

Analog Horror, the pushback was sufficient that all three of your reviews have been unwound by various editors, and the nominations reinstated. At this point, new reviewers are needed for all three; please do not contribute further to them. If you do wish to do reviewing at GAN in future, I very strongly recommend that you take Ajpolino's advice and find a mentor to guide you, and—at least in the first few cases—that you not close any reviews before the mentor has a chance to go over what you've posted and make suggestions on what else might be done and how your analysis comports with the GA criteria. Also, at least until you've gained more experience, I'd suggest only one review open at a time. Best of luck going forward. BlueMoonset (talk) 17:30, 10 March 2020 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Stonks

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Stonks, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Nomination of Stonks for deletion

edit
A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Stonks is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Stonks until a consensus is reached, and anyone, including you, is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. CatcherStorm talk 02:56, 12 March 2020 (UTC)Reply

Edit warring

edit

I see you're relatively new but do have a number of edits so I'll spare you the templated notices. Edit warring is not cool, and if you've been reverted it's best to discuss the matter on the article's talk page rather than continue to attempt to re-add your content. I will not discuss the specific edit here because I would rather discuss it on the talk page where other interested editors can comment. Primefac (talk) 14:37, 15 March 2020 (UTC)Reply

Removing CSD templates

edit

Hi Analog Horror, I'd strongly recommend that you not remove CSD templates until you have more experience in the area - if you disagree with a tag, for now it would be better if you contested deletions instead of removing the tag outright. creffett (talk) 16:06, 17 March 2020 (UTC)Reply

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:CityEdgeForever.jpg

edit

Thank you for uploading File:CityEdgeForever.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator seven days after the file was tagged in accordance with section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.

The 50,000 Destubbing Challenge Summer Focus of the Week

edit

Hi, just to announce that I've filed a £250 grant request for a "Summer Focus of the Week" feature for destubbing articles which will be run from May 1 to the end of July. £20 is planned to be rewarded each week, £10 most articles destubbed for the allocated focus of the week and £10 for the most destubbed for any topic of choice in total, a full £20 if most for the focused area. While it is intended to be more relaxed and open than an official contest, allowing editors to take a break some weeks from staying on focus and editing as they normally do, the winner will be whoever wins the most prize money at the end, so it is likely that some weeks they will need to tackle entries from the regional area allocated. The Summer Focus of the Week is planned to commence on May 1 with a 10 day focus on SouthEast England but will cover many regions of the globe by the end of the scheme. S E England was originally planned as a full blown contest (which you signed up for) but it will now be run as part of this 50,000 Challenge and I will redirect the contest page to the 50,000 Challenge. Please sign up on the Wikipedia:The 50,000 Destubbing Challenge page if interested if you haven't already and hope this will be something enjoyable over the next few months!† Encyclopædius 13:49, 22 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

I removed the CSD11 tag as totally inappropriate - the article, which is quite a reasonable one on a technical aspect of Indian music, is unsourced, but to try to speedy it as promotional or spam - what on earth were you thinking?! Ingratis (talk) 22:10, 25 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Ingratis, I have bolded every single promotional part of the article, please read.
Niraval also known as Neraval or Sahitya Vinyasa is considered to be one of the important features in the extempore improvisation aspect (Manodharma Sangita) of Carnatic music. Niraval is a pure Tamil word which means expansions or elaborations. Niraval is an important feature in most of the concerts by legendary artists.
Niraval is essentially the extempore construction, elaboration and improvisation of melody for a particular line in the kriti
The singer can drop certain words as they like without damaging the linguistic integrity of the line.
Also, the entire article is unsourced and the next time you remove the tag with no explanation, I will PROD or AFD. Kori (@) 22:14, 25 April 2020 (UTC)Reply
Obviously it's unsourced! your illustrations of what you consider "promotional" are mostly not - what is the linguistic integrity of the line, for example, supposed to be promoting? - and to tag it for speedy deletion as promotional is absurd. It could be cleaned a bit for peacockery, but most of it is on the subject. Have you actually read the whole thing? I get the impression that you are trying to run before you can walk.
Also, I left an explanation on the talk page, as required, which you've overlooked.PLEASE BE MORE CAREFUL. PROD or AfD is exactly what you should have done in the first place, so that there could have been some discussion - for you to try to use that as a threat is just silly. Hello, you added File:Trio-toykeat-high-standards-cover.jpg this image of an album cover to the article Trio Töykeät. The image had been tagged by a bot as an orphaned non-free image after the album article was deleted. However, I don't believe that the image can be used in the article of the band itself. Your kind offer on Talk:Privokzalny (inhabited locality)

edit

We’ll, you’ve arrived on the scene at an interesting time. Some Russian local governments appear to be going through a bout of restructurings, and a lot of Wikipedia articles will be affected. Editors who know the language and the arcana of Russian municipal administration will – to the extent they have time – be sorting out which articles need to be renamed, which boundaries disaggregated and so forth. It is probably best to leave restructuring activity to the experienced editors who know the subject matter, but you can definitely help with content.

And that’s the real problem. Content editor shortage. The world outside the English-speaking area is huge, but the number of active English Wikipedia editors on the subject is not. Russia has 88 federal subjects (roughly the equivalent of US states), about 1,900 districts (think US counties), 24,000 or so cities and towns, and according to Yandex 177,000 villages, hamlets and other localities. The EN-WP editors on that beat could maybe fill a minivan.

So the question is “what content to prioritize”?. In my view, there four main strategies.
(1) Address red links. This may be useful the extent the locality is above, say, 10,000 in population, or home to someone or something notable. But tens of thousands of stubs don’t really add anything that Google Maps doesn’t supply, although stubs are useful for catching edits from casual users with interests in the area. Energy on stub creation would be much more productively spent on upgrading existing articles.
(2) Create bare minimum “start article” content. This is where I have spent a lot of time. A locality stub reaches real usefulness when it gains a picture (‘a thousand words’ right there), a topographic/ecological snapshot (such as whether the town in the mountains or surrounded by peat bogs), enough history to suggest who the inhabitants are, an indication of the primary industry (“cheeese factory” tells you a lot), and the official website of the local government.
(3) Update Articles. General maintenance is a thankless task, and bots can help, but there is always a backlog of outdated population statistics, broken reference links, retired city officials, and reorganized administrative entities. I once went through the 1,900 Russian districts and added coordinates and website references to 400-500.
(4) Create Quality Article Content. I believe this is the greatest need, but also the most time-consuming. For geographic information, Wikipedia has lots of competition in the basic data realm – you can use Google Maps or one of the Geonames services for coordinates, population, postal codes and the like - but Wikipedia is unique in its ability to explain a foreign region to English-speaking people. Not to mention the WP features like rich hyperlinks and Wikicommons photos and gazeteer functions of the set-index-articles and Wikidata. A good start for a municipal district in Russia would look something like Monastyrshchinsky District, which I picked at random.

If you want to join the Russian geography effort (or any other country off the normal Anglosphere/European path), I’d suggest bringing, say, 3 articles up to the quality level of priority #4 above. I’ll match any number that you do. Well, to a maximum of 50 in case you’re one of those zealots. The thing is, once you’ve added to one article, you’ve created a template that makes the next one much easier for you and for others. I'd suggest picking an existing stub in a geographic region you might like to learn about. Perhaps a place near a historic battle, or nature reserve, or birthplace of an admired person. Creating a new article on a Russian locality requires a lot of technical experience so it's probably best to hold off on that for now. I can review your work and offer suggestions.

As to your question about sources, for most localities, the district’s official website will give you most of what you need. Google translate is your friend.
If you are really interested in seeing a standard list of the 24,000 or whatever Russian administrative districts, you could look at the 2018 dataset from the Russian Statistical Services. It’s an Excel spreadsheet with one row for each district/town/village. You would need to download the compressed file (.rar format) from (URL of population file at GKS), and extract the file ‘tbl-26-18.xlsx’ using an application like 7-Zip. Then cut and paste table sections into Google translate to get English versions of the text. Then match the city/district name to the corresponding article in WP (hey! WP:Set-Index-Article to the rescue!) From there it is a matter of routine internet research: search for the city website, or newpaper, or Russian/Soviet Encyclopedia, etc. But as I said, the local government website will be the best starting point. Thank you for your interest! Every-leaf-that-trembles (talk) 06:12, 25 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

CFD and AFD tags, and removal of tags

edit

Koridas First of all, please do not remove CFD of AFD tags, as you did at Bayfair Center. That particular tag was put there by an administrator. Allow the AFD tagged articles to go through the process. Also, I am coming across articles where you are double-tagging them. Many instances such as UNDER FIVE IN ZAMBIA, where it was already tagged as a PROD for deletion by another editor, as part of a proposed merge, and you added a tag for Speedy Deletion. If articles are already tagged for deletion by another editor, that's enough. — Maile (talk) 12:38, 2 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Maile66,
I contested the PROD on Bayfair Center, which is allowed, and if it is contested, then they can take it to AFD. The PROD template clearly says:
You may remove this message if you improve the article or otherwise object to deletion for any reason.
However, the tags on the Zambia one were a mistake, I meant to put it on another article that actually was supposed to have those tags. Koridas (...Puerto Rico for statehood!) 16:52, 2 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
OK, thank you for explaining. Everything is cool. — Maile (talk) 20:45, 2 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

More bad tagging

edit

Your prod of File:Stairtpwer.jpg was a colossal blunder. You gave the reasons "Unused file. No encyclopedic use".

First of all, being unused is not a reason for deletion. There is no deadline and editors may upload files that they intend to use later – even years later. Having the file uploaded also makes the file available to other editors to use in articles.

Secondly, it is ludicrous to suggest that an image of an architectural feature of a Grade I listed house has no encyclopedic use. Those buildings are automatically notable and we have a substantial article on Waddesdon Manor, where it could easily find encyclopedic use. You will also notice that a copy of the image exists on Commons, which is usually a good indicator that the file has some value.

Finally, the proposed deletion process is "is a way to suggest an article or file for uncontroversial deletion". Please note the word "uncontroversial". Now, considering the first two points above, do you really think that deletion would be "uncontroversial"? I suggest you remove the prod yourself, and please try harder to understand the process before using it again. --RexxS (talk) 22:09, 2 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Reverted

edit

Hi, I reverted your redirects of several districts of Mongolia, like Bayan-Ovoo, Ömnögovi. Given that they are often thousands of square kilometres it's incredibly ignorant to assume that just because they're unsourced and undeveloped they can't be expanded or aren't notable. Looking at your browsing history you seem a little angry right now, with edit summaries like "everybody hates me right now" and most of your edits seem to affect content in a negative way. It would help Wikipedia more if you expanded articles you have a problem with and avoided templating regulars. Thanks.† Encyclopædius 08:45, 4 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Encyclopædius, as a student I guess I can understand how Koridas might feel. I know -- from prior experience -- that when users (esp. young users) get irritated or annoyed, they start behaving much more deletionist-like. I also know that as it's June, it's exam time -- either summer or winter -- and exams mean that people can get annoyed pretty easily. (I, for example, am annoyed about my workload.) With that being said, Koridas I think that it might be beneficial to stay a bit cool, and remember that having a disagreement with editors is much less of a deal than, say, failing an exam or getting agitated. Thanks to all, and stay safe! ;) Eumat114 formerly TLOM (Message) 12:54, 4 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Remzie Osmani

edit
Notice

The article Remzie Osmani has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Speedy deletion nomination of Irma Prego

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Irma Prego requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator.   Kadzi  (talk) 21:03, 8 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

I removed the A7 as there is a reliable source with significant coverage in the article and plenty more on Google Books, however you should really consider expanding these stub articles more, if only to prevent people from slapping A7 tags on them... one sentence stubs just aren't all that useful. Notability of populated places

edit

Hi, I just wanted to give you a heads up about Wikipedia's guidelines on the notability of populated places. Community consensus is that any community, no matter how obscure or small, is notable as long as it verifiably exists. AfD nominations of articles about communities that verifiably exist are usually closed quickly because there's zero chance that the articles in question will be deleted. Feel free to ask me any questions you might have. −−− Cactus Jack 🌵 08:49, 11 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Zephyr Cove Elementary School

edit
Notice

The article Zephyr Cove Elementary School has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable school.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. -KAP03 (Talk • Contributions • Email) 19:29, 11 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Ekelotwjw, I want to tell you about notability. You have to have significant coverage in order to have a Wikipedia article. Those YouTuber you mentioned have an article because they have a lot of sources, websites, books, journals, magazines, and newspapers about them. You need these to have an article
I also would like to tell you that you cannot write articles about yourself without declaring a conflict of interest, I'm not specifically saying that you did write about yourself, but the way you wrote made it look like that. Thank you. Koridas talk? 03:39, 25 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Replaceable fair use File:David Joanasie.jpg

edit

Thanks for uploading File:David Joanasie.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the file description page and add the text {{Di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}} below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing <your reason> with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable.
  2. On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Whpq (talk) 13:02, 7 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Doolan Canyon.jpeg

edit

A tag has been placed on File:Doolan Canyon.jpeg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a file licensed as "for non-commercial use only", "no derivative use", "for Wikipedia use only", or "used with permission"; and it has not been shown to comply with the limited standards for the use of non-free content. If you agree with the deletion, there is no need to do anything. If, however, you believe that this image may be retained on Wikipedia under one of the permitted conditions then:

  • state clearly the source of the image. If it has been copied from elsewhere on the web you should provide links to: the image itself, the page which uses it and the page which contains the license conditions.
  • add the relevant copyright tag and if necessary, a complete fair use rationale.

Whpq (talk) 13:45, 7 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

Did you check the license at the source before removing the speedy deletion tag? Click on the symbols if you don't know what they mean. It leads to CC BY-ND 2.0. That is not the same as CC-BY-SA 2.0 as it does not allow derivatives. This was also posted on the file talk page. -- Whpq (talk) 16:01, 7 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Michael Landsberry

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Michael Landsberry requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from thepinetree.net/index.php?module=announce&ANN_user_op=view&ANN_id=37794. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

CAPS, redirects and dab pages

edit

Hallo, I've undone your edit here last year because I don't believe that readers are much more likely to want All caps than all of the other uses of CAPS such as Cryopyrin-associated periodic syndrome put together.

But as a more general point, please take care when you change the target of a redirect. If you're going to retarget a redirect so that it no longer points to a dab page, because there really is a WP:Primary Topic (as with EA), you need to add a hatnote to help the reader who wanted one of the other meanings to find their way to that dab page:

{{redirect|CAPS|other uses |Caps}} would produce
and would be better than nothing, though it really ought to be
{{redirect|CAPS|other uses |Caps (disambiguation{{!}})Caps}}
to avoid it being a direct redirect to a disambiguation page. See Electronic Arts.

After your edit, the reader looking for the illness CAPS or any other use apart from "All caps" was left stranded, not helpful.

Thanks. PamD 15:57, 4 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

Istrapedia

edit

Hi there, thanks for your edit on Istrapedia. Here's the thing, the website, in spite of its name, requires to notify via email the pro editors before allowing an edit (similarly to most non wiki encyclopedias, I guess)); also, probably around 90% of its entries are copies from e "real", textual encyclopedia. So I wonder a) should we define it as a wiki? And if not, how do we include the fact it's restricted and largely consists of unmodified copies transferred to it from an academic encyclopedia in a few words in the intro?--Wiki.Jaap.07 (talk) 21:22, 5 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

Hope we don't step on each others' toes too much. If I am overlooking something, please let me know. Several editors have stated to me the lede should be condensed as much as possible too. Regards, --Kieronoldham (talk) 21:59, 29 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

Kieronoldham, I believe her death was incredibly important. I mean, it's the main reason she became famous, surely it should have a mention in the lead. I think that the lead should be condensed, but it should have important details too (e.g. her death). Koridas 📣 22:09, 29 April 2021 (UTC)Reply
We'll have to wait and see what others believe. I have contributed extensively to this article since 2019. The arguments and reversions about the lead always came to some form of mutual consensus to what it was. I do not see many other articles of a true crime nature reading like that (definitely in the first paragraph). May be interesting to take it to the teahouse or talk page. I cannot be bothered arguing. No offense. Regards,--Kieronoldham (talk) 22:15, 29 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

Also, does it really matter if it is in British English? I mean, the content is still easy to read. Koridas 📣 22:03, 29 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

I agree with the paragraph regarding the injuries being included (arguments in years past were for the condensing of the lede), but definitely not the way the case is introduced to the reader in the first paragraph. I'm British myself. Cases from Britain are written in British English. American cases are written in American English. Would've thought if you used Twinkle you'd have known this?--Kieronoldham (talk) 22:15, 29 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

Hello Todd at Figs, I added them to the page. Koridas (Heyyyyyyy) 02:26, 24 June 2021 (UTC)Reply
Hi, Thanks so much for implementing my requests so quickly. I have one more concern about the article that perhaps you would not mind considering. Looking at the article as a whole, it seems to me inappropriate that the Marketing section, which deals with only one incident in the entire 8-year history of the company, is nearly as long as the entire History section. Can you see if there is a way to trim the length of the Marketing section without giving up any of the essential information, or maybe to incorporate that section into the History section in a way that makes it more in proportion to the rest of the article? I would truly appreciate it if you could take the time to do that. There is also one other small thing: The date of the IPO is wrong, and should be changed to May 27, and not May 28 as it is stated now. Thanks so much for all your help. Short and sweet, but there's always more to discuss at WT:AFC. Stop on by, maybe review a draft on the way? Notice

The article Yukiwo (disambiguation) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

This disambiguation page contains the primary topic and one other topic for the ambiguous title and no other topics can be found within a reasonable time.

This bot DID NOT nominate any of your contributions for deletion; please refer to the history of each individual page for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 10:03, 24 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
