Category:Wikipedians who use Joli OS, which you created, has been nominated for discussion. If you would like to participate in the discussion, you are invited to add your comments at the category's entry on the Categories for discussion page. Thank you. Pichpich (talk) 16:00, 24 October 2011 (UTC)
The article Dylan Tombides has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Fails WP:NFOOTY as he has not yet played at a fully-professional level of football. Also fails WP:GNG due to a lack of any significant media coverage.
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. PKT(alk) 23:58, 31 October 2011 (UTC)
- If you want your comments about not deleting Dylan Tombides they should be made on Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Dylan Tombides and not Talk:Dylan Tombides. Nfitz (talk) 16:35, 6 November 2011 (UTC)
I have deleted this article, which has been deleted before - see Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Joe Dixon (footballer born 1989). On previous occasions it has been found to be a hoax, and that seems to be the case this time, too - the West Ham website does not show him in their team.
Please check out WP:Verifiability: "any material challenged or likely to be challenged must be attributed to a reliable, published source."
As this article has now been deleted four times, I have salted it - protected it from re-creation. If this person really exists and meets the requirements of WP:NFOOTY, you will need to make a userspace draft which cites reliable sources to confirm it, and then ask an admin to lift the protection.
Do not add him to articles, as you did to West Ham United, unless you have a reliable source. JohnCD (talk) 17:13, 14 February 2012 (UTC)
Thanks
If you are wondering, I AM Kari. I appreciate your support, and I would love to come back but that really is the truth. I am so sorry. :(. Do you know how I claimed I'm an August 19 too. well, that day of this year is when Quiet Andrew! The McCarvers are coming! (talk) 20:56, 26 February 2012 (UTC)

The article Joe Ward (footballer born 1995) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Fails WP:GNG and WP:NFOOTBALL

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

The article Joe Ward (footballer born 1995) has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this newly created biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article. The nominator also raised the following concern:
- All biographies of living people created after March 18, 2010, must have references.
If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. GiantSnowman 19:27, 8 December 2013 (UTC)
Footballer infobox stats
Hello, and thanks for trying to keep footballer stats up to date. When you're updating stats, please also update the correct-as-of date to a timestamp that matches the stats, otherwise the reader won't know when the stats are supposed to be correct at. This is the |club-update=
parameter (some articles still use the old name, |pcupdate=
) and the easy way to update it is to replace the contents with five tilde characters ~~~~~ which the software will automatically convert to the current date and time. Please do this after the last match included in the stats, not before or during. Thanks, Struway2 (talk) 16:04, 28 December 2013 (UTC)

Hello, I'm Egghead06. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Jaanai Gordon, but you didn't provide a reliable source. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Joe Benjamin
Regarding your Joe Benjamin edits made on 22 November 2015: Where do you get these statistics from?
According to Soccerbase, Benjamin featured 13 times for Chelmsford City in 2011 , scoring one goal.

He featured for Waldstone six times: Against Hornchurch (H), Harrow Borough (A), Sutton United (H), Folkestone Invicta (H), Tonbridge Angels (A) and Harrow Borough (H).

Hi, when updating stats in player articles, you should first check the cited sources in the career statistics section. Had you done this, you would have realised that two additional sources have been cited to account for the two extra league appearances. I am therefore returning the article to the previous version. Please keep this in mind in future. Thank you. LTFC 95 (talk) 01:38, 30 December 2017 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited David Rouse, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Luke Steele (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Jazz Richards
Hi, I notice you added a YouTube video as a source for Jazz Richards playing for West End. Can you point me to where in the video it is mentioned or by whom? Just so I don't have to watch a ten minute video. I'm not sure The Ground Hopper would qualify as a reliable source if it's mentioned by them. Kosack (talk) 14:44, 24 January 2019 (UTC)
- Should be ok I think, although the publisher is questionable, the quote is clearly directly from the club chairman and can't be misquoted or taken out of context in a video. Kosack (talk) 20:41, 24 January 2019 (UTC)

Ekpiteta
Thanks for doing that work to Ekpiteta's article, you'd obviously had a bit in hand there already? I started it today but paused when I saw his stats on Soccerbase, which were clearly inaccurate, including his date of birth. Is Soccerbase always that bad? I'll stop using it if so. Cheers, Bretonbanquet (talk) 14:43, 3 August 2019 (UTC)
- Also, any particular reason you've taken his club out of the lead and the timestamp from the infobox? Cheers, Bretonbanquet (talk) 14:46, 3 August 2019 (UTC)
- No worries, I've checked the birthdate elsewhere and you're right. Time I stopped using Soccerbase... Cheers! Bretonbanquet (talk) 14:53, 3 August 2019 (UTC)

An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Neasden Gaels, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Kingsbury (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

The article mentions a record attendance of over 4,000 for an FA Cup third round match against Northampton (it just wanted listed in the records section); I assume the somewhat more paltry figure is for the new version of the club? Cheers, Number 57 23:34, 15 February 2021 (UTC)
Good morning. I can see you have been editing Chelmsford City and wondered if you had any sources to help tidy up Andy Duncans player page. I am assuming he retired at some point after 2008 with Chelmsford as he has been working in a marketing capacity for Cambridge Utd, but it's unclear when this took place and / or if there are any statistics for his time with Chelmsford. Are you able to help? Koncorde (talk) 03:47, 24 March 2021 (UTC)
- Thanks for the link. Ideally I am looking to effectively wrap up his career definitively. I hoped you were a Chelmsford fan with. If you can take a look, please do, because I have exhausted my usual googling. Otherwise I will head to Twitter and try and get a club contact / Duncan himself. ENFA
Hello. So far, I've found it worth the subscription but it depends entirely on what you want to do. It's purely stats; apart from (if known) full name, birth details, death year, there's nothing about the players themselves. Visit https://enfa.co.uk/ and click on Database contents to see what's included: it's basically full season-by-season stats for players at Football League/Premier League clubs broken down by first-team competition (league, FA Cup, "other"), and then you can click through to see all the matches he played in each season. For non-league clubs, it has rough dates the player was first "known" to be at that club, but that's all. For league clubs, you can click through to each season to see apps/goals for all that season's squad. It's good for filling in career stats tables, appearance tables on club season pages, top scorers on List of Foo F.C. seasons pages... If you're not sure, maybe invest £2 in a 24-hour subscription to have a good look at what they've got. hope this helps, Struway2 (talk) 08:30, 27 June 2021 (UTC)

Infobox timestamps
Hello, I just wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions were not quite right. When updating statistics within the infobox of a footballer, please make sure you update the timestamp at the same time, so that both readers and fellow editors know when the information was last updated.
You can do this by replacing the existing timestamp within the |club-update=
or |pcupdate=
parameter for club stats, or the |nationalteam-update=
or |ntupdate=
parameter for international stats. For articles that use a DMY date format, use five tildes (~~~~~), or for MDY dates, use {{subst:mdytime}}. This will generate the specific time the update was made.
If you have any questions about this, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you, Mattythewhite (talk) 16:59, 29 August 2022 (UTC)
